I came to this place and the service is so poor. I've been sitting here for about 30 minutes waiting for a refill and the lady still hasn't gotten it for me. I'm so upset because my mom let me have extra soda tonight and I haven't gotten my worth. She forgot the parmigiana for my friends wings which are also my wings. This is a typical B-dubs, which recently has come to mean a great deal. The whole chain, and this place with it, is committed to high quality food. I LOVE their street tacos, the chicken and the sauce are fantastic. They come three per order, but I could eat a thousand. I used to hate regular wings, but now it we order them crispy and wet, they are my first bite. The boneless are great too, and the wedges are perfect. Service is speedy and friendly. read more

I feel like this place is best described as a sit-down restaurant/sports bar for dads? He doesn't have to stand at the front of the store and ask every kid what he wants, they can just be seated, fixated on the TVs (far better than what the other location had, but hopefully they don't wait 15yrs to replace these). Maybe that's not fair but there are always a ton of children in these places no matter where or when you go. The food is standard pub grub with the sauces taking up a majority of the menu. I would avoid this location and try to find another. This restaurant should be out of business with the way the treat their customers. They will blatantly lie to your face and kept me on hold for 20 minutes to take a single an order for a single entrée claiming they were busy. Yet when I go in 10 minutes earlier then the suggested time to pickup the employees are just sitting around. I called again later asking to speak to the manager explaining to the current employee I preferred not to be on hold for another 20 minutes, but like of course I sat on hold for another 20 minutes waiting for this manager to pick up the phone give me lip and hang up almost immediately. Never cursed at her, never yelled or belittled her employees. Okay. As I walked into this place for a Doordash order. There were tons of orders and 4 women working the same spot at the To go area. Well.. I've showed the woman name of the customer and waited. Numerous of Door dashers came in and some gotten their orders and some haven't. I've seen waitress and a guy come in goes from the kitchen bringing orders out. I haven't received mine at all. One dasher asked how long it would be to get customer order. Because we have to keep in touch and update with why order is late and what's taking so long. It's slow with orders. I've even seen a guy walked up to the to go counter and asked when they'll be seen to be seated. Waitress talking to another waitress to help him. I've waited 45 mins to an hour and not once I've gotten my order but other dasher did. I've gave up and assigned another dasher to take my place and explained to door dash customer support what's going on and gave me my pay for my waiting there for almost an hour to wait for customer's order. It's silly to see that many waitresses in one spot when they should be on the floor helping others and in the kitchen to make things faster. It seems to be slow in the kitchen while everybody else is awaiting for their orders. I wouldn't recommend coming here when ordering your food. I've never had a bad experience when I actually ate there and was always attend to. But foood ordering. You might as well order from different Buffalo Wild Wings in Milford or somewhere close to Mount Washington. Least you'll have better services there. read more

I ordered pickup food from BW3 in Milford. We had ordered dinner for the family at a cost of $56 including a $9 tip. There was a sticker on the bag, attached to my check which stats that my order had been checked. When I got home, which is 20 minutes away, I discovered that my order did not include 3 items I had payed and tipped for, namely a chicken sandwich, Cole slaw, celery and carrots with blue cheese. When I called, the manager offered to give me a credit or to come back. I did come back because it was a family member's dinner. I asked that they deliver the missed items, as they offer delivery. He refused. It took me nearly an hour extra to get my total meal, for which I had tipped 20%. I will not be back. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

B-Dubs is usually one of my favorite places, on this night I went with my boyfriend for some late night snacks. When we got there we saw some open seats at the bar, we sat down only to be greeted by a less than stellar bartender. From the very first interaction she seemed like we were a bother to her. She gave at attitude when my boyfriend asked her to change the channel on one of the TVs. Please keep in mind there was only 4 other guests at the whole bar. We are not needy customers but every request seemed like an inconvenience for her. I understand some nights are better than others for servers, I myself have been a server for 10 years. Hopefully if we return our next experience won't be like our last one. read more

My family and I just walked out of your restaurant after waiting over 10 minutes for a greet. We were one of four tables experiencing the same thing. Those that got up and complained were quickly given service while we and others waited patiently. We finally had to leave after watching several staff members ignore us while we watched them converse in the service well, give hugs to new staff arriving and changing the tv channels. Simply, nobody was in charge and the staff was not interested in wanting to help. We left and drove to Goodfellas down the road were we we quickly greeted upon entering by a smiling host and interested service. Shame on you staff at BW3...you should do a better job! read more

On-Line ordering is totally boned up! Created an order, followed every direction possible and then it wouldn't let us submit it. Tried two different computers and three different browsers thinking their code wouldn't load on a specific browser and kept getting the same results. Our family gets a to go order of boneless wings every Thursday evening. It's our one night a week that we actually plan on eating out. It's a nice break in the week. We constantly get our orders to go, easier to eat at home with the little ones. The environment is loud, but not overly obnoxious. They always get our orders right and on time. After four different visits, regardless of the day of the week or time of the day, our food is always 25 plus minutes to deliver to our table, I am convinced BW3 places a artificial "pause" into the order process where the server places the order and the order sits in a queue for a bit before being released to the kitchen. As soon as we sat down, the lady took drink orders for a party of 5. She skipped one person at the table, and didn't come back for 10 minutes. She had way too many tables to handle. We then ordered about 15-20 minutes later. We had been sitting for about 40 minutes without food, People behind us, had sat down 20 minutes after and us, and ordered about the same amount of food and they received there order before us. The food came out a little later, and we had missed one of our orders of potato skins. We then received the missing order 5 minutes later. We placed a very expensive carry out order and were quoted 20 minutes- we showed up 40 minutes after calling due to traffic and were told their electric had just gone out and our order was not ready- in fact nothing had been made even though it had been over 40 minutes. I get things happen and electric goes out but they were completely rude and couldn't explain why, if the electric just went out, none of our order was complete. We received no apology, in fact the manager requested to see our cell phone to "make sure we called". I will not return here even though it is one of my favorite places, I will go to a different location. read more
