In general, I like this place a lot. Located not very far away and have their own one way exit (shaped like a highway exit) from the main road into their parking lot. It's kind of hard to explain but more convenient than a normal opening in the side of the road with both entrance and exit. It's plenty spacious on the inside and has outdoor seating. Plenty of TVs. Plus the best wings I've ever had from Bdubs were at this location. 4/5 because of takeout. While they do have parking spaces marked off at the front for takeout customers, and a different entrance for them that leads right to their takeout counter, the service could be better. For example I recently ordered food that they told me would take 15 minutes, but I asked if I could pick it up in 30 and they said yeah no problem. I got there 30 mins later and had to wait 10-15 mins until the server brought out a few bags of food. She set one down on the counter and started showing other people everything inside their 3 bags. Apparently something was forgotten so she was back in the kitchen for another 5 mins before coming back and asking who my order was for. When I told her she picked up the one bag on the counter and asked if I'd like napkins before showing me my food. I said yes and assumed she put them in when I was getting my card out and signing the receipt. Realized at home there weren't any in the bag. Maybe I'm being a little picky, but since they weren't busy beyond me and the other people picking up food, I thought it should've gone more smoothly. read more

Awful, awful experience at this location from the moment we walked in until we left. Went on a non busy, Thursday evening... host wanted to seat us at a high top and we asked for a booth (and there were several available and we had kids with us). Gave us a total attitude about it... Took server forever to get to us...one order was wrong...no drink refills... I could go on and on and on. To top it off, contacted corporate by email AND took their on-line receipt survey (both of which asked if I wanted to be contacted, which I replied yes) have still not had a reply. That was a week ago today. Very, very disappointed!! As you can tell from my YELP reviews, I don't give bad ones but this experience definitely warranted this rating!!! read more

I mean, c'mon...who DOESN'T like a little Bdubs action? The new location on Beechmont Avenue is supposed to be a new concept by the chain, because of it's open-air layout. The bar is centrally located, exposed brick walls...very nice. At this location, I have had only pleasant experiences with the staff, and the food quality has always been great! Ordered wings over the phone, specifically asked about the discount on wings, including bonus, and the server said it was fine. However, when we got to the store the bill was $110, the price without the discount of course. They were totally unhelpful with resolving the situation. Wings are small dry and tasteless. I personally watched the cook walk to restroom and I walked in right behind him. He went into stall to do number 2 as I was faking doing number 1 he finished and he walked right out the door with out touching the sink to wash his hands..!!! I immediately left.! Took the family there along with most the soccer team. We told the waitresses that it would be laid back ordering. Meaning when the food is ready please bring it out. One group placed order and the food took over an hour too come out. Odd, it was a two top and they ordered long before other people that sat near our grouping had ordered and the other groups of 6 top got there's first. One would think an order for 10 boneless wings and 6 boned wings wouldn't take an hour but alas it did. This place insists on opening up your wings and other food to show to you before you leave for your approval. Every time I have to fight with them because I just want to take my wings and leave. Tonight I got lucky--I snatched up the bag that Linda sat on the counter as she prepared by scrubbing up with hand sanitizer. I dont know if the local hoodrats were coming back in and demanding refunds if they screwed up their order or what. If I get all the way home and my order is screwed up I sure am not gonna drive back to get it fixed--I just wont be back for awhile. If the order isnt right or the food is messed up then dont bring it to me. I had 3 boxes of wings so I guess Linda was expecting to display/examine each one for me. Man, the TSA doesnt have anything on these people. Get my order right in back before you bring it to me. I really dont want the cashier and everyone else at the front desk giving my food the once over as it gets cold before I can leave. Sometimes I dont even feel like fighting them and just bend over and take it like a man. Tonight I snatched my bag up and Linda looked at me like I was stealing them. She started her whole "We have to..." story. I just smiled and said if the orders messed up I wont be back. I paid for the wings already. If you dont want to give them to me and insist on the inspection every time then just give me my money back. Next time maybe I'll just say if you open my wings I want my money back. If they want to insist on the wing inspection then dont make me pay until after that. The way I see it, once I pay they are mine. Definitely an improvement over the prior two locations. The food is better and the bathrooms are useable! It is loud, but perhaps that goes with the territory. Frankly, the biggest negative to me is that I'm forced to watch boxing! I don't want my family forced to watch it and we can't sit anywhere in there and not have it in our face. I honestly wish I could give less than a 1 star. So i work in beechmont, and i love Bdubs, well i did atleast until this experience. Everytime i go to the one in milford, ohio my service is speedy so during my hour lunch i knew i would have enough time to go here. We sat down at 2:07 and ordered at 2:09 and we got our food, at 2:50. Why? Good question. We had to get boxes and ate our food as we drove back to work. They were noy busy, our server which i was told later on was actually a manager(bald man) i think his name was Will- rolled his eyes at my friend twice- very professional. He also didnt serve our food, another server i think her name was michelle WHO WAS AWESOME BTW- brought our food out. Then i see him out the door leaving with some food. So it made me think his food was more important than ours. I was gonna do the survey on the recipet but it had michelles name on it so no way she was great. I will never return read more

I eat at this location every week during my lunch break and always have excellent service, but today when I went to pick up my order I was told that someone had made a mistake and didn't put my order in. I didn't have enough time to wait for the new order to be prepared. I was a little bit upset about the error and even more upset that I wasn't going to get my weekly wings fix. The young lady up front apologized and the manager apologized several times as well. They even offered me free wings for the mistake. I told them no because of time and that I would try again next week. Even though I felt that it was an honest mistake, I left feeling a little agitated and really hungry. 20 minutes later at work I had a bdubs delivery from the same young lady from the carry out desk. She told me the wings were on the house for the mistake and that if I called back I could get another order next week for free. She knew where my work was from the shirt I was wearing. The wings were delicious as always! I'm leaving this review to salute the Beechmont BWW for their awesome customer service. They took a mistake and what could've been a negative experience and turned it into a positive one. read more

PLEASE READ--I usually love b-dubs but tonight me and my friends had a terrible experience. So to start out, today we one a football game against a very good team Troy 12-0. So we decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate. We got there and waited around 1 hour to be seated which we understood because there were a lot of us. I got seated at a table with 5 other people. We got our waiter and she seemed pretty cool and likely at first but then she started making of of my friend that is short for his age and sounds very young. Which is one of his biggest insecurities and it was obvious. We ordered before all of the other tables and got our food last. By the time we got it it was two hours of us sitting on our asses waiting in a booth. So a total of 3 hours waiting there. When ever we asked how long until our food gets there Ashely (the one with the face piercings and tattoos) would say a respond with an attitude. She had a attitude with us the whole time. One time that stood out was when my friend asked how much longer and she said "uh, when it gets served to you" in a very unfriendly voice. By the time we got our food ALL of our food was cold. So that means are food was just sitting there for sometime when she could've served it. To make it even worse she got my friends order completely wrong and denied it but we all know what he ordered. Ashley also didn't give anyone napkins, silverware, or ranch and once again gave us an attitude when we were asking for these things. And maybe the worst part was when we got our money. None of us were having it and were going to give no tip because she obviously didn't deserve one. So my meal came out to $14.31. I gave her a 20 and he only gave me back $5 and didn't ask if I wanted the rest of my change. Ashley did this to all of us. So of course we were pissed and trashed the table and gave her no tip (except for the money she took). And I guarantee she was complaining about us teenagers trashing the table and giving her no tip. I went here with a bunch of my bros to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter was kind of moody which did not make the atmosphere too welcoming. The wait was long which I completely understand but our food took forever as well. When giving back our change for our meal. The waiter shortened 7.99 to just 7 dollars back in change which is unacceptable. To top the whole thing off, when I asked for a box, I never got one so I had to stick it in my pockets and leave.
