I did a to-go order and got the Thai Curry sauce along with some wedges. The wings were inedible. The sauce was so salty I ate two wings and gave up. There was no flavor beyond salt. A few weeks back we had a poor experience at Westport, but we thought we'd give this location a shot thanks to a gift card I received. Sadly, a similar experience. No-one to greet us. Finally, a server takes us to a table, drops 2 menus on it and walks off. Just rude. Then our server comes along to take our drink order. We asked what beer was on tap. She was clueless. But understandable, as bDub has quite a list available. It would have made more sense to actually bring the tap menu on her first visit. A few minutes later our drinks were served by a different server. Unfortunately, she didn't know the Coors light from the Miller Light. Clueless strikes again. Apparently, it never dawned on her there could be different beers for our table. Three times we asked for utensils. And twice we asked for napkins. Our server brought us cocktail napkins. Said that was all they had. We pushed for real napkins, and Lo and behold, she found them at another station. We placed our order. The fried pickles were excellent, but a ridiculously small portion. Same with the side of fries I ordered. Except they were just lukewarm when served. My wings were excellent...and my wife's order of Buffalo tater tops was a mistake. Greasy. Mushy. Nasty. Giving BDub the benefit of the doubt, the wings are still good, but the poor service from relatively untrained and indifferent servers can't make up for it. I know it's difficult to find help these days, but it seems to me, the Manager just isn't training or properly supervising, or motivating. This once great franchise is flailing. Skyler was our server. She was SO sweet, cordial and attentive, checking on us to ensure we had what we needed. I noticed her fellow servers were also great assets for this establishments. I interacted with several of them and impressed with their demeanor. We had extra crispy fries with several sauces (Wild, Mango Habanero and Jammin Jalapeno), beer battered onion rings (slightly oily) with a cheese sauce and boneless wings with Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero sauces. All the sauces we had were very spicy to hot on the heat scale. Next time I will probably try some less HOT ones. There are a lot of large screen TVs showing different sports games. B-dubs has always been my go to place for wings and beer. It pains me to give them 3 stars because I know there is so much more potential behind wildest wings in the Ohio Valley. The food has remained the same, fresh and delicious and always changing to new items. The issues we have had the last 3 times have been the service. We have either had to wait an hour an a half to order our food or had to wait 45 minutes to get our food or been told our wait would be 15 minutes and ended up waiting 35. Today we kicked off March Madness at Buffalo Wild Wings. Sadly Louisville couldn't pull out a win in the first round but we had a great time. We visited BWW as a group of six during a busy lunch hour. I decided to order the boneless spicy garlic wings with a cesear side salad. Matt ordered the potato wedges as his side and I helped myself to a few when our food came out. Sadly my boneless wings did not come smothered in sauce how I would like them. Our waitress, Taylor, was fabulous and always had refills coming. We enjoyed watching all the basketball games on the multiple TVs and the service was great. 3.5 It's been a while since I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings. It used to be a staple of mine until it seemed like the wings quality was slowly going downhill. I had a craving for some wings and decided to stop back in. This location in Clarksville is kind of tucked away. It's usually not too busy. I came in on a Friday afternoon and it took a few minutes for someone to wait on me to get a to go order. Once someone did they were kind and attentive. The wings-- not too bad too. I've been eating BWW for a few years now. I find them to be consistently good no matter which state I'm in at the time - VA, GA, TX, IN. Whenever I'm in the mood for wings and don't feel like taking a chance with a new nearby spot (or there's simply not any other good options), I can always count on BWW to satisfy. I don't enjoy the boneless wings. I ordered these once and was hugely disappointed. I had to look around to make sure I entered the right place because I had such higher expectations based on my past experiences. I don't care for some of their sauces or rubs because the wings seem not to not always be fully covered with the sauce or rub, in addition to the sauce simply being way too thick. Besides the above and considering the numbers of years and visits I've made with BWW, the good certainly out-weighed the couple of bad experiences. Their traditional wings are very meaty and they don't look deformed like some restaurant wings.They mostly serve drums in an order. I got one flat in my most recent order, which was OK with me. My personal favorite sauce is the Caribbean Jerk and it comes plenty on my wings every time. The Habenero is also good, but piping piping HOT!! The onion rings are huge, delicious, and comes with a pretty good specialty sauce that I always mix with ketchup. The onion inside the breading is thick and doesn't pull out or separate from the breading when taking a bite - at least most of the time. The breading is perfect for the size of the onion inside, so each bite is like biting into a solid onion ring. Now...they really could do better on the ranch and blue cheese dressing. Their flavors are good enough, but basically uneventful. I've always found the customer service to be good and friendly. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here, probably because it's the closest BWW's to my house and of course we love the wings! This is the 3rd time in a row I've been here and my order was incorrect. They were pretty busy thand when I got to the counter for my Togo order the girl told me that they were making fresh fries and my order should be out soon . I DIDNT EVEN ORDER FRIES, so that right there tells me she or they don't give a shit what they tell you. As long as it sounds like a great excuse. Being busy is not an excuse to be so lax on your customer service. How hard is it to teach your team to be observant and take an extra second to check the order the make sure it's correct. The first time this happened I got all the way home before I noticed my order was wrong (20 minute drive) I called and the manager apologized and sent me a coupon in the mail for the inconvenience. My husband and I love wings, and bdubs was always our go to place for dinner in our teens and early 20's. To this day, they have some of the best sauce selections. My favorite item on the menu doesn't exist any longer so that makes me sad. That was a molten queso dip.
