The only reason I don't give five stars was that the food didn't blow me away but the price was fair, the portions generous, and the beer list quite good for a big chain restaurant. I've been here several times, and the staff is always super friendly. The food is great, and the deals are pretty decent too. I'm a fan of wings and beer, but I have almost zero interest in sports. With that being said, I still have a great time here, every time I go. Although it is a bit noisey here, you have to put into consideration that it's not a place for fine dining, it's a social place where people are expected to yell and get excited about the games that they are watching, and to have a great time out. It's family friendly, and it's about the only restaurant where a crying baby doesn't make too much of a scene. Their selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, is vast, along with the selection of wing sauces. And even though they revolve around beer and wings, they still do a great job on all of the sides as well. Took my daughter and wife out for dinner. My daughter said her wrap was awful and missing the main ingredient and my wife's chicken sandwich was good. I had wings which came out good. The service was not good however. Overall it was just an average night out. Drinks were completely empty by the time they were filled again. The service industry has taking a big hit in service. Great food great atmosphere. Nice cold beers nice clean environment and a very professional wait staff. However when you go in to watch a game on one of their various TV screens, it feels as though the staff almost rushes you out the door is if you're in there just to eat dinner and that's all. You come there to eat drink and watch a game. It would be best if the wait staff ask their patrons if they're going to be watching the game, therefore they can treat it accordingly when they see that the game is almost over they can bring the check. read more

It seems to me like a lot of the people who rate this place poorly didn't order wings...if you wanted a salad then what in god's green earth are you doing at buffalo wild wings? I have to say, if it was not for the panic attack inducing noise in the place which is just beyond absurd, I had to YELL to talk to my friend and the waitress, and I could NOT HEAR the poor girl this place would quite literally be my FAVORITE restaurant in Concord if it wasn't for this, and I can't give it 5 Stars for that reason. I actually left with a migraine it was so bad. I get the whole sports bar theme... but I have never been to a sports bar... or a club for that matter, that was so LOUD. It's not a place where you could expect kids to tolerate, and it is not a place where you can sit, enjoy food, and talk. Went to watch the Patriots play and of all the TVs that were in the room, maybe 5 were on the Patriots. The rest were on other teams, or other sports all together. The service was horrendous. It shouldn't take 25+ minutes to get a draft beer. Also asked for a water at the same time and that didn't come at all. Food came out in a timely manner, but the runner bringing it to us stopped at at least two other table asking if the food was theirs. And then the wings were under cooked. Two of them were completely inedible. Talked to the manager about the service and he said he would look into it. Ended up taking some stuff off the bill, but the service didn't improve. It actually got worse. It took almost half an hour to get out check. Overall this was a horrible experience and I will never return to this location. read more

Absolutely love BWW. This location is the one I always go to. Ive been to one other one before in NH and it wasn't as good so i'll stick with this one! The wings are always great,usually pretty busy and the waiting staff is good! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because sometimes I go and the music is played at like "club level" high! I went into the new Concord restaurant three nights ago and ordered take out after a long day of work. I was told that the wings were great here and I should try it. Since I had never been before, I was exited to try a new restaurant in my neck of the woods. When I walked into the take out door, I felt like I was walking into the kitchen entrance of a seedy old night club. The noise and music was so f***king loud that I could hardly hear the voice in my head let alone my actual voice. No worries though, I was tired, and only planned to do take out that night any way. I ordered the ten piece, Bourbon Honey Mustard, and the Parmesan Garlic, and an order of fries, and a Root-beer. I was told it would be 25 minutes so I paid...F***King $25.00...these better be the best damn wings ever... and decided to wait in the truck for my order. I opted out of the vibrating coaster thing cause, I don't know. I sat in the truck for 25 minutes doing paperwork then went in and was told it was not ready. This time I took the vibrating coaster! 20 minutes later it vibrated, and they handed me the lightest bag of wings I have ever held...probably should have checked my order then and there! I was tired and tired of waiting so I went home. I got off work at 7-7:30, it took me a half an hour to get home and I sat there waiting for almost an hour so when I got home and opened my order and found not only the wrong order, but a bunch of shriveled up wings that look like they were cooked yesterday, a bunch of chips not fries and no sauce, napkins or anything. I was pissed to say the least, but that wasn't the worst part! One of the dried out wings had what looked like it had been eaten!!! WTF? I quickly called the store and they didn't sound surprised, even kind of giggly. They said I got someone else's order and asked if I wanted to comeback in and get a new batch made? I seriously hope they look better than these so yes, Hell Yes. The lady apologized and said she was embarrassed, and said they would refund my meal. That's all and good but I really just want to get home and eat and relax while I finish my paperwork. YEAH! No such luck, they had to call a manager over and I think it may have been her first day because she must have dicked with that computer for ten minutes before telling me she would have to put the refund through tomorrow. I'm still waiting! They probably could have had time to have made me another batch but no mention of that! She apologized and thanked me for understanding and handed me my order. As I was walking out I remembered that half eaten wing and had to ask, WTF was up with the, what looked like a bite, in one of the wings! she told me it wasn't another customers order it was her lunch, and pointed to a giggly fat chick in the back ground! I couldn't even speak, I was stunned! It was insanity, and no one there could seem to see the sheer stupidity of the whole thing. I don't think there is enough IQ points in the staff of the take out counter to spell Stupidity! Like I said in the beginning, it was my first trip and will most likely be my last! I mean...Holy Shit!!! P.S. I didn't eat until nearly 9:30! And the Wings...EEH! Every time we come back this place slips down a notch. After our first visit I would've given them five stars. Service was attentive, food was hot... You know, what you'd expect. We love wings and beer, so this place should be perfect! Today, not even close. Although it's been steadily slipping, it's just as crummy as the Manchester location now. Usually, if you see an empty table and dare request it (because they never ask your preference) it throws the hostess into a tailspin wobble since the servers are assigned sections and whoever the next server up to get a table is, is the section you get seated in. Whether you like it or not. If they do decide to accommodate it takes at least three host/manager people to figure out the logistics of asking the server to take a table outside their "station". So then you sit... You order a beer. Kids drinks come immediately and in the time it takes for the beer to get to the table the server has asked at least a half dozen times if you're ready to order. Sorry, yes I've been here before but I want to chill with my beer for a minute before I order. And NO, we won't order and app before we put the rest of our order in because we know if we do that the app will no sooner be on our table before the next runner has our food. At any restaurant there is nothing more annoying than that... And maybe they're catching on because that would explain what happened today... Food came a decent amount of time after our hot and delicious app. The food was cold. Probably not 50 degrees let alone the 140 safe food was supposed to be. When the server came to see if we were satisfied it was clear she didn't care because after asking, and glancing at her next table she was off. Didn't even wait for us to finish chewing so we could answer or address my husbands gesture (waving hands to answer "so-so"). Back to the wings though... Before We even touched them we were a little annoyed. Two of the drumstick ones on a plate of 20! Wow - staff is eating well tonight! There should be a 50/50 split, it just makes sense. And if it's not it should be so close that there's no need to count. Counting two of "the good wings" wasn't hard though. At least the fries were hot today... I guess. Paper plates, paper napkins, it's so simple that the small details like hot and consistent food should be a no brainer... It's more like a fast food joint at this point. We were waiting to ask the waitress for a bag for our takeout boxes after we signed our check for the second visit now... I guess once they give you the ink you're out. Because although the servers tables are all located in the same quadrant they will not make eye contact with you post-check. We're at the point I don't want to go back again. I will search Yelp for another place on the ride up 93 in NH. Sorry Concord, but it's all true and our family has given you more chances than I think we should have. Your restaurant is disappointing. Probably wont go back. My husband and I love buffalo wings and have been to a BWW in Mass. before so we were excited that it was opening in Concord. We finally got over there today and it was a huge disappointment. We ordered jalapeño bites for a starter and the bacon flavor was way too over powering. I love bacon but I also love the taste of jalapeños and all you could taste was bacon. For the meal he had the combo. The wings looked like they had been sitting out for a while and the boneless wings were just terrible. I got the naked chicken tenders which say they are grilled. They tasted like they were cooked in a pan with way too much butter. We both had cole slaw (tasted like it was made with miracle whip - gross) and French fries (run of the mill frozen shoe string). The sauces we tried were the honey BBQ (tasted chemical), medium (husband said it was so-so), and carribean jerk (the only good one). If I am going to go out to a meal I expect something better than what I could make at home...from a frozen bag. read more

Umm, no. Stick with the chicken wings and get drunk first. Wife and I went, we each ordered appetizers and a meal at the same time. The waitress left with our order after we told her and (and she correctly repeated) wait a couple minutes after we get the appetizers, then start cooking our meals. We wanted to chat and be social and were seeking a slower pace. Just not so slow as we got. I had boring Nachos, totally not 'Ultimate', the cheese was grey-white with a hint of yellow. Not much cheese flavor. She had mini corn dogs with a honey mustard sauce, the honey mustard sauce was a little interesting. Boring appetizers otherwise. We finished our appetizers, our waitress saw us from where she was talking and she came to us to collect our appetizer dishes. "I'll be right back". 15 minutes later, we realized she hadn't returned. She was talking again, at the same table where she had been talking before. My wife recognized 2 of that tables customers. A supervisor, and a former manager from a local steak house that had closed a month or two prior to BWW (proper acronym is BW2, not BW3). Our waitress was evidently schmoozing. After that 15 minute delay, we got our COLD meal delivered by someone who was not even our waitress. These meals we had... they can be totally prepared in that 15 minutes. I had Pepper Jack Steak Wrap, it was almost as good as the Wendys version, after a 2 hour drive home in the cold winter: unidentifiable gummy stuff was, umm, MAYBE it was cooled but previously melted Jack cheese? Pepper Jack? Did they make it using Pepper Jack cheese or a bland white Cheddar cheese?? Flavorless. My steak pieces were barely warm at all, my wrap contained my salad. Not sure why the salad was IN the wrap, but when I ordered, the waitress couldn't wait long enough for me to ask about whether the salad was considered as a side order or if it was included with the wrap dish I ordered. She simply said we can do that. Ok, 'we can put that INSIDE the wrap' is what she thought I wanted? Next time, I'll spell it ALL out, or maybe I'll ask for a different waitress. My wife ordered a 'Build your own burger', but she only added Cheddar cheese. A simple cheeseburger. She asked for Ketchup, Mustard and pickles, and that was all. Before the appetizers arrived, our waitress brought a tiny bottle of mustard to our table, pointed to the ketchup bottle on the table menu tray and she said "We bring the basic meal, we let customers put the mustard and ketchup on the burgers". Fair enough, this is a sports bar. Her burger arrived with a pickle SPEAR on the side, and the waitress said "We don't have pickle slices, sorry". We then had to ask for a knife to cut the pickle. So the waitress knew the pickle wasn't sliced, but neglected to bring the knife. Not too fore-thoughtful, but whatever. It was a good quality Pickle, but geez, people, lets think a bit. After a few bites, my wife realized our waitress never asked how the burger was to be cooked.... our waitress happened by, so my wife asked how well the burger had been prepared. The waitress then said something like 'Our burgers are frozen patties, so we only cook them to Medium Well'. Which happened to be the way my wife wanted it cooked. I believe our waitress was too 'eager to please' while we ordered (jumping in with her sentences when we were speaking), so she didn't get good interaction with us, and therefore our order was not clearly taken. Then we lost time and waited while the waitress was busy schmoozing with the manager (who happened to be present for the Pats game) so our meals sat in the kitchen over 10 minutes, cooling, after we had finished our appetizers. So, even though this is NOT a restaurant, meaning the food is not regarded as culinary and thus is more pedestrian, the service is lacking even when the big game is yet an hour away - can't imagine getting beers delivered mid game! While we were at the restaurant, the Pats game had NOT started, and the sound system changed from playing audio for some screens, to playing music, to playing a different song, to playing a different song, back to the game audio, and all over again. In less time than a song can play, but pausing 20 or 30 seconds each time. Leave the sound alone, kids, it is for the benefits of the customers, not for the pleasure of the waitstaff. I've already had some of their 'boneless wings', barely 2 small bites each, so expect overpriced but good quality 'boneless wings'. FWIW, their 'seasonings' are powders, not sauces. Not sure how "Buffalo Wings" came to be made as powders, this is the first time in 25 years I've ever had "Buffalo Wings" that were NOT made as baked on SAUCES. I expect 'Buffalo' to be a sauce. This is a young, freshly opened sports bar. It is NOT a real restaurant, I already got that. I promise I will return, and I won't be there for over 2 months, so the next review will be much less forgiving of such important details discussed in my review.. read more

Staff was friendly and present throughout the meal. Even offered a drink suggestion from the tomes of menus on the table. Beer daiquiri cocktail was odd and cumbersome but surprisingly good. My wife had 2 flavors of boneless wings on the milder side. Honey BBQ & teriyaki. Honestly they tasted like frozen nuggets just deep fried for us. Perhaps normal wings would be better. I had a jerk chicken sandwich. It was good in flavor but the bun fell apart while trying to eat. Heat was at a good level. This place and its service has gone way down hill. The food has also become sporadic...some days it is good, others it looks rushed and/or it comes out cold. Not to knock young people, but I think that has become the issue as far as service goes. The last time my family and I went here everything went wrong. Apps came out with main entrees. Food had to be returned because it was cold. There was no sauce on the 2nd round of wings. We barely saw our waitress. The thing is, they had plenty of help around. When I went to use the restroom, I saw five young women servers and a young man that looked like the floor manager all talking, while my server and another were running around. I used to go to a BWW in Texas all the time and the food was always fantastic ; I was super psyched when I saw this one as I really did enjoy the food ; I have been here a total of 4 times and every time things have been worse ; first of all get used to spotty dirty dishes as this place has had both ; service is okay depending on the waitress twice they were on point twice they were not at all ; the complaint I have is the food it is not at all like ANY OTHER BWW that I have been to ; this is the only place that does not under any circumstances allow u to swap something on the appetizer platter - we did not want mushrooms and wanted extra chips / pretzels instead was even willing to pay for it - the waiter said he had to ask manager and came back with " we do not swap out food " so I said just don't put them on the platter as they were not going to get eaten anyway ; the beer battered onion rings were like grease hangover awful ; the warm pita chips were cold as was the artichoke dip ; the wings were okay but not great : bottom line this place needs a lot of improvement and perhaps their management and staff need to go back to training as I said before I loved BWW in Texas they were delish and service was fantastic read more

Ok service, in-experienced staff. The most disappointing experience was at the end when the manager collected our tab and directly tried to take $20 cash for our group. We waved to him from far across the bar and he started counting the money as if he was trying to cover up the "mistake". He basically tried to steal from the group. After speaking with the GM, he said he would talk to his manager and that he never knew of him to steal and then acknowledge that he only knew him for 3 months...WOW! The GM offered nothing to our group because of the mistake, not even a free app towards the next visit. Very poor service by management. read more

Went to this new Concord location on New Year's Eve around 6:30 with another couple as we had never been to one before and we heard good things about it from others. The place was busy, but we were seated right away. First off, the place is a good size with plenty of TV's, but the layout promotes noise as it is basically one giant high-ceiling room with lots of hard surfaces for sound to bounce off of. For some inexplicable reason the music was pumped up so loud and it was of a dance or techno variety, not something more mellow that would blend into the back ground. As a result it was difficult to carry a conversation. There were a few times that the music did switch to a more pleasing rock, but it didn't last long. Tone down the loud music and install the sound-docks as another reviewer stated and it would be much better. Why they would open without that equipment is beyond me and gives bad impressions. They do have a lot of beer on tap, and while I'm not a beer drinker, two of the others in our party ordered a beer and a Guinness. The guy with the Guinness was impressed with the perfect pour and head, but he was a little dismayed that the pricing of the Guinness (which the waitress said was on "special"), was more than what other local bars charge for their regular prices. The menu consists of some standard appetizers, bone and boneless wing offerings with about 20 or so different sauces or dry seasonings, and the usual pup fare of sandwiches and burgers. Nothing really stood out to us as being unique. One of us got a 6 piece boned wing order with the garlic sauce. He said the wings were good, and the sauce had some good flavor with a little heat. Exactly what would be expected with the sauce being listed in the medium-heat section of the list. One of us got the appetizer sampler plate, with mozzarella sticks, loaded nachos, boneless wings (think nuggets about 3/4 the size of a golf ball) with the mildest sauce, onion rings, and maybe one other thing I can't remember. The nachos were probably the best thing on the plate after the mozzarella sticks. The onion rings looked pretty standard, and the boneless wings were actually pretty dry inside and over-cooked. The sauce was very mild with only a hint of spice and no heat. One of us ordered a burger that came with bacon and cheese and fries along with one of the wing sauces on the side. She got the honey BBQ sauce, which was very mild and exactly as you'd expect, but with maybe a little too strong of a smokey flavor. I got an order of boneless tenders with the jalapeno sauce that comes with fries. Again the tenders seemed over-cooked and were dry inside. The sauce was what I would call traditional buffalo spice, flavor and heat. Problem was they only gave a small container of sauce to dip them in - not nearly enough to dip every bite of the 6 tenders on my plate. The fries were also a disappointment - they tasted like frozen fries, not hand-cut. All in all I'd say the stars I gave it says it all - we all agreed that we had better. There are other restaurants that do wings and pub fare better - even though they are not wing or pub places. Even though they are new and probably working out some kinks, I'd have to say that the service was good and prompt, but the food and atmosphere was lacking. They can train the workers and weed out the bad performing wait staff, but the food and atmosphere is their trademark, so those things will not change. read more

I'm disappointed with the lack of consistency with this chain. Have been to BWW in Hamilton, ONT, and in New York state, and the wings were so good that I made a 30-minute drive from my home to get to the nearest location to me in Concord, NH. I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The bar was out of my first two choices of draft beer. The wings were not cooked properly. The skin is supposed to be somewhat crispy under the sauce, but these were soggy, like eating raw chicken skin. The same was true for the other diners in my party. No QC on Sundays? Easy access and plenty of parking. New facility, very modern with a very industrial feel. Loud music, many TV's all blasting at the same time, all echoing off all the hard surfaces. Rock concert feel to the place. Dirty tables, slow, very slow service. Menu is a list of appetizers Chicken Wings, French Fries and Veggie Sticks, not a bit of real food on it. I have tried it three times now once at lunch and twice for dinner, with all the wonderful things I heard of this place I thought I was missing something, but this has to be the worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever seen. read more

I've been to other B-Dubs locations and Concord needs to get it together. We went to friends & family night. The music was super loud, the service was horrible (especially considering each waitstaff only had 2 tables), the music was way too loud (not that loud at other locations I've been to), the food was not cooked through which it should have been considering the length of time we had to wait to get it. When we complained to a manager, he just shook his head and smiled to appease us. We went back a couple of weeks later and the music was turned down some, the waitresses were right on top of everything but the kitchen is still very slow. I will say that our food was pretty good, even though they burnt our flat bread and had to make us another one, at least the manager (different manager then the one from visit #1) came out to let us know what was going on. My understanding is almost all of the staff have worked food service before so I don't understand why there are so many issues. It's a pretty straight forward menu. I will prob go back when I'm in Concord, but it will be more for drinks and to watch a game, not for a meal. I hope people that have never been to this chain give another location a try because it really is pretty decent food. read more
