Giving only 2 stars because, 1. Our waiter gal was everywhere and anywhere other than our table, mind you, the place was only like a quarter capacity full. 2. Waited a hour for our food. 3. Some other gal (who was NOT our waitress was getting what we needed and refills and such, asking if our food was good etc). Not going back. Oh, and the wings were good( a given), but the burger was not good at all. Recently had lunch with a couple of friends at the Conway location. Waitress was friendly enough but our order came out of the kitchen wrong TWICE. Once it did come out correctly, the boneless wings tasted like they had been cooked hours before and left to sit under a heat lamp and the fries were ice cold. I believe they reused the fries from our previously sent back order but can't be sure. It was warm bordering on hot inside the restaurant and there seemed to be a shortage on ice for drinks. Tables were not cleared promptly so we were left trying to eat lunch amongst a pile of dirty dishes and napkins. Needless to say, will not be going back. read more

Do NOT waist your time and hard earned money at this location. The employees will bully you over masks but will allow others to not wear them. Even their workers don't wear their mask correctly. I was with a party of 5. We sit outside and 4 people in my party was walking threw the whole restaurant to use the restroom. I chose to walk threw the front to avoid all of the people in the bar. I was the one the rude employees chose to bully. We were kicked out and will never be back. I will not be silenced. My last review was removed. The public needs to know. If I could give zero stars I would. This location serves hot wings pre-cooked out of a bucket. Even if you ask for them fresh and are willing to wait. They were horrible. I had a pretty bad experience here. I understand it was kinda busy but it took us forever to get seated and we watched 4 people just standing there watching us. So the lady behind the counter had to yell for someone to seat us. Than our food took forever... my food was dry, didn't have the sauce that is supposed to come on it, and it wasn't even really hot. Our server Laura didn't even come ask how our food was or anything until she brought the check. my husband told them very nicely I didn't like my food and they did make a new one, but the manager didn't try to do to much to make us satisfied. I still paid 40$ for a wrap, fries, and chz bites that weren't even hot cause we waited so long for our food. I will not go back and that server needs to attend to tables more coming from another server. read more

About 3 or 4 years ago I worked for Buffalo Wild Wings in Conway as a server, management was always changing and their was constant turnover in employees. I had a server today that did a great job, but after asking some questions I began to realize that nothing has changed if anything it has only gotten worse. The restaurant it's self looks and just feels like it is not being taken care of, the chairs are all torn up, some TVs don't work, there is a funky smell in the bar all in all I just feel like the restaurant has so much to live up too and right now it is not pleasing in anyway. Went with my boyfriend and his first time at BWW, he loved their sweet tea so much that we asked for a gallon to take home and they don't have them for sale :( other than that it was awesome. It's the slow service during a slow period that upsets me. I visited this location twice and it took 5-7 minutes to get a beer. The bartenders were nice but slow to serve me. I had the beef nachos and they were just average...did not have much beef in them. I would probably visit them again because of the atmosphere and to enjoy March Madness. read more

True to its name, Buffalo Wild Wings specializes in wings. And, much like other wing restaurants, the atmosphere is very much that of a sports bar. That said, the food itself is actually very good, and pretty reasonably priced. For lunch, you can get wings (regular or boneless), fries, and a drink for $7. There is a large variety of wing sauce flavors (Caribbean, Asian, Traditional, Hispanic, etc.), with a variety of heat levels, and the menu explains them very well. If you like chicken wings, and you like to try a variety of unique wing flavors, this is not a bad place to try. The atmosphere is loud though, and there are at least 30 TV screens all over the place. Depending on your outlook, that may be a selling point or a detractor. For me, the food speaks well enough to make it worth the venture. read more

Went on a Sunday afternoon to catch a football game/wings. Plenty of tables/tvs/servers, clean. Friendly service, I was a little disappointed they didn't have the first 2 beers I requested from their menu - they have a bunch of beers on tap NOT listed on the menu. The wings were great - standard for B-Dub's, no complaints, price was fair. Don't kid yourself that it's a real restaurant - it's a sports bar with restaurant-like tendencies. Probably the best BWW I have ever been in. Probably the best service out of all the resteraunts that I have been in , in the last 6 months. Stopped in for a break on the way to Oklahoma. Michael was our server (hope I spelled it right). We could not have asked for a better server. He delivered a quality experience. This guy could be a waiter in a 5 star. The only reason this restaurant holds my attention is the wings and some good beer options. They offer traditional and boneless wings and a buffalo-sized panel of sauce and dry rub options. I like wings, and these guys make them alright (though I've had better) in lots of varieties, so I keep going back. We've always had decent friendly service. The ambiance drains my soul however. In this 2-room spectacle there are 5,000 televisions, all of which are grandpa-level loud and none of which can actually be heard. It is a cacophony of audio-visual distraction. But I like wings. The other food I've had has been lame and pricey for what is delivered. Even the kids' menu is lacking. But the wings and beer are good. So I'll probably see you there soon. read more

Service was great. Our waitress Stephanie was very nice and very helpful. Atmosphere was fun and full of sports stuff. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. I'm not difficult to impress so the food being only decent isn't enough for me to give it 4 stars or more. Been here twice and will NEVER return again. First time, my wrap was supposed to be warm and it was cold by the time they brought it out. Second time, we went out with friends and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. Luckily she cut it in half before biting in because it was RAW. No joke, gooey pink. OMG, I went to this place finally in Conway and now I know why everyone says it's terrible. I actually have no idea why they are even in business, it was that bad!! We ordered some wings that were terrible and the ranch tasted like chemicals. They gave you like 3 carrots and 3 celery and charged close to 15 for them. Disgusting! They were practically uneatable. I also ordered the nachos. OMG, they were DISGUSTING!! Tasted like a big huge pile of SALTY, SALTY chips. There was hardly anything - just a huge pile of salty chips and they charged like $11 for them. YUK!! Well, where do I start? The mediocre service or overpriced chicken wings? Let's go with the food first. So, I get 10 wings, order of fries, and a soda. Now, if this was the Price is Right you would think a meal of that caliber would be maybe $10-$12. Nope, not at Bdubs. It's $17 before tax and tip. Seem a bit steep? Because it is. Want some extra ranch? That costs extra. Oh, you want a "veggie boat" instead of fries with your sandwich, that's extra. Now, that isn't the restaurant itself's fault, but should be noted. The wings were good, but not worth the price you have to pay. The fries were typical French fries. So, now the service. The girl was friendly. She took our order and the food came out mostly correct. Forgot my fries, forgot some ranch that was ordered, but all in all it was okay given there were 10 of us. Time for the check, the check was messed up a little. 2 beers that my parents ordered ended up on my check. The manager happened to walk by and ask us how everything was going. I let her know about the issue on the check and then says "I'll go find your server". My thought was "aren't you the manager? Don't you have the ability to correct a check?". The server comes back and I show her the mistake on the check and then she proceeds to correct it. She drops the check back off and then she's gone. We ended up needing a few to-go boxes. After about 5-7 minutes I simply get up and go find someone to grab me the boxes. Long story short it's okay food, overpriced, and below average to average service in general. The sauces are pretty good, but it's better to get them on the side or else you may get the person who doesn't put enough sauce on them.
