These chain restaurants are always a hit and miss. They have a certain menu to follow and is prepared a certain way according to corporate standards. Usually, the chefs at different chains put their heart into their food and most are just there for a job and the paycheck and you can tell in the food. However, this particular restaurant and day, the food was on point. Service could have been better, it's not like the place was packed. The food came out promptly, hot and fresh. My burger just melted in my mouth and my wife's wrap was just as delicious. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly, not undercooked or overcooked. The only thing we didn't like was the loaded tater tots. Whatever sauce they put on it just didn't go with the other flavors. Next time we may just hold the sauce. I usually do not leave a bad review ,but this has got to be mentioned. We waited 40 minutes for our food. When seated, very few people there. Waitress never checked on us, brought any more water, nothing. There were several tables that begin to fill up and they begin receiving their food before we got ours. Horrible experience. First off, the restaurant is not staffed to handle a Saturday night crowd. Waited over 30 minutes just to get seated just to wait another 20 minutes for some nasty old wings. You could tell the wings were old as they were shriveled up and hard as a rock and tasted like old grease. Don't even bother coming to this place and waste your money like we did. Buffalo Wild Wings has good food, but suffers from service related issues. Located in the newest retail development off of I-12, Buffalo Wild Wings is still very new. The restaurant is sports themed and has televisions covering every square inch of the restaurant. I came here on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The restaurant is quite large, but was very crowded. The server was friendly, but service was very slow. To his credit he did warn us that the kitchen was backed up, but everything from drinks to food took an abnormally long time. BWW focus on wings and has an enormous variety of flavors in boneless and traditional styles. I opted for the traditional in hot and habanero flavor. I also ordered a buffalo chicken salad. The wings were very good. They were perfectly fried and well coated with sauce. The sauces were both hot, but not overpowering. The salad was just ok. The chicken was not coated in sauce and was very dry. Next time I will just stick with wings. The restaurant would be a great place to watch a game with all of the TVs. I will probably be back, but will wait a few months to let them work out their service problems. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The service is trash and so is the customer service. This review is after three visits having a bad experience. Our server, Dennis, was not attentive at all. We had to ask for basic service things like refills and wait for 20+ minutes for service and our check. It took over an hour for us to get our food - the restaurant was not busy and we watched everyone around us get our food. A table with the same server across the way from us got up and left because they had not been taken care of at all. When we finally got our check at the end of our 2.5hr adventure we prompted our server to cash in our rewards for $5 off $25, BOGO Traditional Wings, and a military discount. We paid cash. Dennis came back with our check and cash and had not honored the $5 off $25, or the military discount. We went to the Manager, she was visibly annoyed with us and after only a minute of "trying to fix" the situation so we received the correct amount of money back she said her computer crashed and that there was nothing she could do to fix it. Dennis Smirked, and walked away. Why have a rewards program if you aren't willing to honor it? Why offer a military discount if you continently can't apply it? Why have a shit attitude and work in the service industry? Wild. Our family has ALL worked service, food, and customer based jobs and we're always polite and helpful and considerate so for us to have been treated this way was unnecessary. read more

if i could leave 0 stars i would we were for THREE HOURS got our order in an a hour after being seated it took an hour to get our food and another hour to get our checks (it took us twenty minutes to eat because of how hungry we were) but i will say our server sara was absolutely amazing she was so apologetic and understanding of our complaints sara did absolutely nothing wrong and was a complete angel but the "manager" (a sad excuse for one may i add) was horrible i used to be a manager and never have i ever brought my attitude from stress,other difficult costumers or anything of that sort. Since moving to the area, we have had continuously worse dining experiences here, with this last visit being the final straw. There were only two adults and a baby in our party, yet it took 20 minutes from the time we were seated to even receive a water (only one). We ordered our food, and then waited 35 minutes, only seeing our waiter for refills of water (although we had to ask the hostess to find our waiter the first refill). We received the pretzel we ordered, and requested that our fries be brought out before the rest of our food, because we'd waited so long already. Our fries arrived, and then nothing other than more water for another 35 minutes. A manager brought out our wings and apologized for such a long wait. We had ordered 20 wings, 4 flavors. After they set our wings in front of us, we discovered that two of the four flavors were wrong. Instead of leaving the two correct flavors on the table for us to eat, the manager insisted that they had to bring them all back to fix the problem. They wouldn't let us eat our food! Instead, they made us wait until the order was correct. The waiter returned and told us the reason they couldn't leave the wings on the table was that the kitchen would re-spin the incorrect wings to remove the sauce, and then be able to put the correct flavors on them. We were stunned! That made no sense, nor does it sound sanitary. We asked for our bill, minus the wings, and requested to speak with a manager. The waiter returned with the bill, but said the manager was busy, and we could leave our name and number with him, because "that's what they'd been doing all night." The manager would not even take the time to personally apologize or try to make it right. The restaurant was steady, but not overly busy with customers. Where to start.. total disaster out of a date night. 1st off, the music was WAY too loud for a dining and even bar atmosphere, you'd expect it this loud at a night club that was just getting opened. Even our waitress chimed in on how loud it was, nothing changed. 2nd off, our sons food (Mac and cheese with fries) came out cold, had to ask for silverware. Then a good 35-40 minutes later, our food finally comes out. So here's the 3rd strike. Not sure what they brought, but it wasn't the burger we ordered, not even dressed how we wanted it, and it was cold and the fries seemed unsalted. The wings were dry, and overall we were completely displeased with the second chance this year we've given to this location and will not be returning. My friend and I came here to have a drink or two and share an appetizer for our girls night out. We decided to sit at the bar, which was desolate. The bartender was a guy named Ron (I think). He greeted us with a whisper and then proceeded to heavily inspect our ID's, already not feeling comfortable but whatever. It was 10 minutes until happy hour, so I had told him I was going to order my food then. He looked confused and told me "that's only on the weekends". I then showed him in the menu where it said happy hour was Monday-Friday. He sheepishly replied with "oh... hmph". Additionally, I ordered a side of celery (which was inedible because it was rotting) and a side of potato wedges w/ cheese and sour cream. My friend ordered the happy hour tacos and he told her that he didn't see them on the computer under happy hour????? So he would just have to charge her full price (????). After waiting 25 minutes for 2 shareable sized appetizers, he never once came to check on the rotting celery sticks or any of the food that we got. (Also never asked how the drinks were) When my friend, who is also a bartender, asked if they had honey jack (because she didn't see it on the menu and it's at every other BWW) he acted like it was a dumb question and told her no. Not to mention he literally stood right in front of us at the long, empty bar and basically eavesdropped on our whole conversation. Quality of food was bad. The boneless buffalo wings were dry despite ordering mild sauce. The chips and salsa did not have the salsa used in most Buffalo Wild Wings, it was more ketchup-ey. I have gone to this BWW a few times and have not ever had to send my food back. My boyfriend ordered wings, as usual, and they were great. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which sounded pretty good aside from the rest of their bland sounding menu. What I got was literally something the cook must have learned to cook at McDonald's. It looked like it was thrown together in about 2 seconds. With one or two chicken strips in the whole wrap, and mostly vacated by lettuce and cheese. The wrap wasn't even grilled and was cold. Every time we try this location the service is terrible. Consistently not busy, over 5 mins to get a hostess to come to the front and 20+ minutes to get a drink order. Saturday afternoon at 3, 6 tables full and the bar tender was no where to be seen, one waitress was cleaning tables here and there walking by without so much as acknowledging anyone trying to get her attention. Another table said they had been waiting on their check from her for over half an hour. Back near the kitchen door a small group of employees chatting it up but literally no one approached our table in the 25 minutes from the time the hostess told us to "seat ourselves." This is a easy 5 star location if you rate everything from the manager down. The servers are great and friendly. One night I went in and we were drinking for happy hour. Our last call drink turned into 6 drinks for 3 people because the server kept "messing up". I don't know if it was intentional or not, but we were drinking the same thing all night and all of a sudden, we had "wrong orders" and got free beer. I have no idea if it's intentional, but it is what it is. The other night I went in there and yet again shut it down. Last call again and the bartender saw my glass for 1/3 full. So she made the suggestion of me ordering now, and she would pour it later. I said it would be cool and I finished my beer. The manager comes out and asks why I just got a fresh beer when last call was 5 minutes ago and she told him why. He then said I needed to hurry up and get out. His name was Dusty and I then spoke to some people that work there and found out good ole Dusty has some issues. Not the best at following company policy and just overall rude. Now this is the first time I have called someone out in a Yelp review and I would not have if it were a server or bartender. Stopped in after a Pelican's game to redeem the "Free Fries if Pelicans score 100" promotion, manager wouldn't honor it because they were not a participating location. Either they are doing so well at this location that they don't need returning customers, or they're doing so bad that they can't afford a few orders of free fries to customers who are obviously buying other menu items (my buddy and I ordered wings and a beer, came to $31 before tip). Either way, the last couple of times we've been there, there's always a fair amount of trash on the floor and the bathroom needs some repairs (missing soap dispenser). On a better note, you ~can~ get a decent beer with your SLAMMERS™ ... or it really would be just like eating deep fried, frozen, defrosted, re-deep fried, and then microwaved food-like "stuffs" while you are sober. The upsides (vs a gas station) is that you get a table AND a chair, there are about 4,000 TeeVees, and very friendly staff bring your poppers or slammers or zingers directly to you in a saucy heap that really doesn't require you to have cutlery.
