Sauce was garbage and honestly slow service chicken was fatty not going back blehhhhhhhh

Tonight I went into bdubs to watch the finals of the NBA playoffs. I had a couple of beers and ordered the sampler appetizer, which includes four items. I ordered the spicy chicken strips, the bone-in Caribbean jerk wings, the sliders, and the everything pretzels with two sides of ranch and two sides of beer cheese sauce. McKayla, who never wrote down my order was the bartender. When I received my food I did have the chicken strips, the pretzels, and the sliders, but I got boneless chicken instead of the bone in Caribbean jerk, and two sides of blue cheese instead of ranch. My sliders were burned to a crisp, and the beer cheese was ice cold. When I told McKayla that I ordered bone-in wings and not boneless, she responded, no, you ordered boneless wings. I told her no I didn't, I know for a fact that I ordered bone-in because the chicken strips were boneless, so I wanted bone-in wings. This wasn't really a big deal, mistakes happen, but when she told me I didn't order the bone-in instead of just getting me what I ordered I became a little annoyed. Especially since she didn't write down my order. Plus, I received blue cheese instead of ranch, my sliders were coma toast, and the beer cheese was ice cold. I told her to just take everything back because I didn't want it. She never apologized for any of the mistakes, and she made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. I've been going to this bdubs since they opened a little over a year ago, and I would say at least 90% of the time I order food it's either wrong, cold, or just plain not good. I keep going back hoping things will change, and because it's literally a few blocks from my house. We don't have many options in this area to go to, especially later in the night. However, this bdubs just keeps disappointing. I usually only drink there, because like I said, I always have issues with the food. I just feel like the people who work there just don't care about their customers and the product they're putting out. It's feels like we're an inconvenience for them. I'm still hoping someday they will get the right management in there that will inspire the crew to take pride in what they do. I know the General Manager is very young, and the crew is a reflection of management. If they don't care, the employees wont care either. All I know is this bdubs is very disappointing, and the owners definitely need to make some changes. I do have to say Chloe, one of the managers, is always there at night, and she busts her butt in the kitchen. I think she's great, but I don't think she has the support she needs to run a good restaurant. Also Amber, one of the bartenders, is great too. She's always in a good mood and makes you feel welcome. read more

This visit was worse than the last review I wrote. We arrived at 7:10p. The place was not very busy. From the time we placed our appetizer order to leaving the establishment it was 2 hours. the waitress, her attitude cost her a $30.00 tip on a $132.00 bill. The waitress claimed she was just waiting for just one more thing before bringing out the food. I explained to them just bring it out now. This was at 8:50p. Everything was either room temperature or worse. My wife talked to the manager. Heard the same basic excuse. We are shorthanded, sorry. This is crap. A good manager would review staff that is here and PLAN accordingly. The MANAGER should get out of the kitchen and visit their customers, instead of hiding in the kitchen. First and foremost, the manager is the face of the store. If the owner of this franchise wants to thrive and compete with the competition On Tap just a block away, you need to get people with sales/service experience. If the store is having an issue, then MODIFY what you have. IF you tell the customer up front that there is an issue and will keep you updated accordingly. We had to BEG for a second glass of pop/ice tea. HAD to BEG for SWEETNER for the tea. YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT what is happening and address it. Otherwise, you will lose. read more

I have been here twice since opening and I have to say other than being extremely busy it's been a great experience every time. My order has been perfect, the food has been very tasty and the customer service has been fantastic. read more

Worst burger I've had in a while. Food was awful and cold. Fries were also cold. Won't be back.

Service was bad had to wait 10 minutes before someone came out from the back to wait on the customers the takeout area was full!

I could say many words but I will be polite. They took a while and gave us tequila instead of titos which I am highly allergic. And that damn buffalo was staring into my soul while I ate my finger thin wings @ 2$ a piece. read more

Went with a family member for lunch, while the service was ok the food came out cold. Nothing worse than spending good money and having cold food. I will give it a few months and try again to see if improved but not holding my breath. read more

First impression was subpar. They had trouble sitting five with 95% of the restaurant empty. It was probably a server preference issue, but amateur for a chain restaurant. The server was pleasant and nice. The food took two or three times what it should've took. It was decent food. This area could use a restaurant like this. My partner and I arrived on a Monday evening to meet friends for dinner. First thing I noticed was this location had full lighting, not subdued like other locations, making the industrial surroundings appear quite blaring. When our friends arrived, we ordered coffee with creamer. The waitress came back with black coffee and informed us they did not have any creamer. We asked if the bar might have some and were told no. That was odd, but we ordered our food, which was fine, but not outstanding. So we went ahead and ordered desert -- the "New York-Style Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce". When it was brought to our table, it was a plain slice of cheesecake. We asked about the caramel sauce, and the server said it doesn't come with caramel sauce, but she would ask in the back. She came back to tell us they had no caramel sauce. I've been to other locations, and even remember when it was "BW3", but we likely won't be back to this location. read more

I've ordered takeout multiple times from here. When they first opened, they had the food ready close to the scheduled pickup time. But the last few times, it's been 15 - 25 mins late. Both times, the takeout associate seemed very unorganized and overwhelmed. They also forgot my side sauces after I specifically asked if they were in the bag, and she assured me that they were. Seems like there's a lot of disorganization in the kitchen and with the overall staff. Needs improved. Food was fine. read more

Absolutely horrendous service for no reason whatsoever, except the wait staff was awful. The place was not busy. We asked to speak to the manager who apparently could not be bothered. It took over an hour to get our food, and even then the order was not complete. It was painful just to be there and the waitress was just another young girl who has no work ethic and thought rolling her eyes and being a brat was an okay substitute for saying she was sorry. read more

I wanted to love this place given its location and awesome outdoor space. I've gone several times hoping my early visits were due to the restaurant being new. Unfortunately it's gotten worse. The service is slow if not downright rude. The food is really expensive given that it comes out cold and incorrect. On our last visit the bartender just completely ignored us and chatted with other people until the people next to us yelled at her we needed drinks. Go to one of the other sports bars, you'll have a way better experience. read more

We ordered take out. They said it would be ready in 20 min. When I got there, I waited another 15 min. The food was over cooked and cold! I wouldn't recommend this place or go there again. Glad to finally have a new restaurant in the Falls. However, their "handcut" fries are CRAP. They're like potato sticks. Landscaping flowers were pretty. Maybe we can eat those. No fully covered roof only a pergola. Guess they don't expect rain. read more

My wife and I went early afternoon so they were not busy. We sat outside and liked the atmosphere. The problem was the food. The wings were cold, small and just ok. My wife had a cocktail that was just bland and weak. This place just opened but we left unimpressed. I don't understand how the food could be so cold when the restaurant was practically empty.
