Terrible from start to finish. Ordered a short beer, brought and paid for a tall. Arrived at 4:45 so not busy at all. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food with no check ins from our waitress as to what the hold up was. After a while it was obvious she was avoiding us since the food was nowhere to be found. Watched table after table that came in well after us get their food - even burgers, while we waited for 5 FRIED chicken fingers, a chicken sandwich and one order of wings. When it finally arrived the chicken sandwich was tiny and cold - imagine it was not sitting under the heat lamp like the rest of the food. Gave up, boxed it up rather than wait for it to be microwaved. Mustard asked for at order placement forgotten. Waitress said she could not understand why our took long. As an ex-waitress I know - because you forgot to put the ticket in or never checked the food SITTING in the window for forever. There is no reason a party of seven and party of fives food should come out WELL before our party of three that came in 20 minutes earlier unless you messed things up or left the food in the window. Crazy part is, I asked for a box for my cold food as soon as it was delivered because I was so done at this point. Waitress never called a manager over, never offered a discount. Unbelievable. I shouldn't have to ask when the food takes forever and comes out cold and the waitress is made aware of it. Never again. Avoid this place if you don't have all night for some cold chicken. read more

Somehow, the genius on the Management team didn't realize that tonight was a huge soccer matchup so they didn't staff the kitchen properly. So we stroll up to a bunch of tables empty and the comment is oh it's a 20 to 30 minute wait because the kitchen staff is behind and they can't keep up. This visit was worse than the last review I wrote. We arrived at 7:10p. The place was not very busy. From the time we placed our appetizer order to leaving the establishment it was 2 hours. the waitress, her attitude cost her a $30.00 tip on a $132.00 bill. The waitress claimed she was just waiting for just one more thing before bringing out the food. I explained to them just bring it out now. This was at 8:50p. Everything was either room temperature or worse. My wife talked to the manager. Heard the same basic excuse. We are shorthanded, sorry. This is crap. A good manager would review staff that is here and PLAN accordingly. The MANAGER should get out of the kitchen and visit their customers, instead of hiding in the kitchen. First and foremost, the manager is the face of the store. If the owner of this franchise wants to thrive and compete with the competition On Tap just a block away, you need to get people with sales/service experience. If the store is having an issue, then MODIFY what you have. IF you tell the customer up front that there is an issue and will keep you updated accordingly. We had to BEG for a second glass of pop/ice tea. HAD to BEG for SWEETNER for the tea. YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT what is happening and address it. Otherwise, you will lose. read more

I wrote a review over a month ago about the poor service of McKayla, the bartender. When I placed my order she didn't write anything down, and when I received the order there were several things wrong with it. Then, instead of apologizing for the mistakes, she blamed me and said no, I didn't order it that way, which was very annoying. Today I went in for pint night and to watch the Guardians game, and McKayla was the bartender. I sat at the bar for literally twenty minutes while McKayla passed by me over and over again without acknowledging my presence. A person sat next to me at the bar and she approached him immediately. That's when I asked her, "are you going to ignore me all night"? She didn't even look at me. Apparently she read the post I placed about her poor service, so instead of trying to do better and make the customer happy, she chose to completely ignore and not serve me. I really couldn't believe it. This is not a dive bar, McKayla is not the owner or a manager, who gives her the right to not serve a customer because they wrote a bad review about her service, which was her own fault. I told Mar who was the manager on duty about the situation, which was kind of funny in itself because the last time I was there she was a cook, so I knew that wasn't going to accomplish anything. I told her McKayla was refusing to serve me based on a bad review I gave her and that I was leaving. There was no apology. She didn't tell McKayla to serve me. She just said ok. To top it off when I was leaving out of the side door, I looked to the left where you can see in the kitchen, and McKayla was in there laughing. This is how they treat their customers at this Bdubs. If an employee there makes a mistake, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they blame the customer for it. I was in the restaurant business for a long time, and if a bartender refused to serve a guest because their feelings were hurt based on a review the customer submitted, and then refused to serve that person, they would be fired. Especially since the post was true and it was the bartender, McKayla's fault. WORST BDUBS EVER!!! read more

First impression was subpar. They had trouble sitting five with 95% of the restaurant empty. It was probably a server preference issue, but amateur for a chain restaurant. The server was pleasant and nice. The food took two or three times what it should've took. It was decent food. This area could use a restaurant like this. My partner and I arrived on a Monday evening to meet friends for dinner. First thing I noticed was this location had full lighting, not subdued like other locations, making the industrial surroundings appear quite blaring. When our friends arrived, we ordered coffee with creamer. The waitress came back with black coffee and informed us they did not have any creamer. We asked if the bar might have some and were told no. That was odd, but we ordered our food, which was fine, but not outstanding. So we went ahead and ordered desert -- the "New York-Style Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce". When it was brought to our table, it was a plain slice of cheesecake. We asked about the caramel sauce, and the server said it doesn't come with caramel sauce, but she would ask in the back. She came back to tell us they had no caramel sauce. I've been to other locations, and even remember when it was "BW3", but we likely won't be back to this location. read more

I've ordered takeout multiple times from here. When they first opened, they had the food ready close to the scheduled pickup time. But the last few times, it's been 15 - 25 mins late. Both times, the takeout associate seemed very unorganized and overwhelmed. They also forgot my side sauces after I specifically asked if they were in the bag, and she assured me that they were. Seems like there's a lot of disorganization in the kitchen and with the overall staff. Needs improved. Food was fine. read more

Absolutely horrendous service for no reason whatsoever, except the wait staff was awful. The place was not busy. We asked to speak to the manager who apparently could not be bothered. It took over an hour to get our food, and even then the order was not complete. I wanted to love this place given its location and awesome outdoor space. I've gone several times hoping my early visits were due to the restaurant being new. Unfortunately it's gotten worse. The service is slow if not downright rude. The food is really expensive given that it comes out cold and incorrect. On our last visit the bartender just completely ignored us and chatted with other people until the people next to us yelled at her we needed drinks. Go to one of the other sports bars, you'll have a way better experience. read more

Glad to finally have a new restaurant in the Falls. However, their "handcut" fries are CRAP. They're like potato sticks. Landscaping flowers were pretty. Maybe we can eat those. No fully covered roof only a pergola. Guess they don't expect rain. read more

My wife and I went early afternoon so they were not busy. We sat outside and liked the atmosphere. The problem was the food. The wings were cold, small and just ok. My wife had a cocktail that was just bland and weak. This place just opened but we left unimpressed. I don't understand how the food could be so cold when the restaurant was practically empty.
