Love the traditional wings nice and big do not get the boneless wing to small not as good in taste

I had the worst experience there last night. The service was slow, they screwed up at least two orders and they made us wait over a half hour to get a table when a quarter of the restaurant was empty. I will not be going back there anytime soon. Too badas the food can be rather tasty. But unfortunately, it all comes down to service and attention to details. read more

My fiancé and I decided to go here for this past Valentine's Day. The place was busy but not that busy where we waited all day to be seated. It was a 10-15 min wait. My server was full of energy and pleasant. She checked on us periodically even before our food was brought out to us. I was a little upset because once our food came I was ready to dive in but realized the wings weren't what I ordered. I needed boneless wings but I got traditional instead. Boneless is my preference because I don't like getting my fingers dirty & having to worry about a bone. But anyways I told her of the mix up but that I would just take the wings (because I'm not much of a complainer) being that they were busy. Maybe 15-20 min later she came out with my original order and told me she informed her manager of the mix up and they would not charge for both orders. This was a great way to turn a disappointed customer happy. Overall, she was great and besides the mixup I had a good time and enjoyed the food and my server. read more

I like Buffalo Wild Wings, even as I recognize its shortcomings: Unhealthy food, a beer selection skewing toward the downmarket, and a bro-tastic atmosphere. The Danbury B-dubs was one of the least favorite I've been two, for two reasons that I bet are outside of management's control. The first is that the set-up feels more like a family restaurant that got converted to a sports bar rather than a sports bar. The tables and booths don't all have good views of the tv and there is a sense of having a distinct dining room vs. bar area that I find odd. The second thing is that THERE ARE CALORIE COUNTS ON THE MENUS. Oh my God. As I said, I fully know that Buffalo Wild Wings is not serving me health food, but the proof on paper accelerated my heart attack almost as much as the wings did. I just could not believe how terrible everything on the menu is nutritionally. In some settings, I like having the calorie counts available to guide a healthier choice. But there was literally nothing on the B-dubs menu that I'd call healthy, so all this additional information did was serve a side of guilt with my wings. All this said, a B-dubs is a B-dubs, and a B-dubs is going to serve you a big ol' beer and some delicious wings, making them all A-OK by me. read more

Four stars for the traditional wings. The sauce is fantastic. My favorite is Asian Zing and Carribean Jerk. Service is usually good when I was there. Love the take-out as well. Not a big fan of the boneless though. The texture is different and it's not as good as the traditional wings in my opinion. read more

Unfortunately this one is tough to write we like BWW for a occasional stop for a beer and some wings but the last two or three visits have been horrible. Not enough staff , not a friendly atmosphere , and I'm sorry 1 hour and twenty minutes to get three orders small and medium wings that's unacceptable. Came here to watch the World Cup game today. Impressive draft beer list, something for everyone. We had wings, of course and they were good. The fries are very good too. The restaurant is clean as are the restrooms. I would like to say how attentive our server Sarah was. She was very cheerful and brought our food and drinks in record time, despite the packed house. One complaint was how poor the projection TV's were-very faint, hard to see. Otherwise, I would recommend this establishment. read more

A couple years ago, this was a decent respectable place. It's Buffalo Wild Wings you know what your in for but it was ATLEAST an established non sketchy restaurant. Nowerdays, the food is nearly inedible. Extremely salty. Stomach ache afterwards. Previous visits included incorrect orders, more stomach aches. Appetizers coming after food and terrible service. They always try and scam you too. They tried telling us last time that the double burgers are standard but I've never been served a double burger there before. I think they try and get the most money out of you possible. Disappointing a good menu too and the fried pickles used to be real good before the whole establishment went downhill. As many else have claimed here, it is incredibly loud, hard to follow anything on TV because...well there are so damn many...and it's a bit disconnected so it doesn't always allow for the best service on the planet BUT with that being said, I had a great experience here earlier this evening. I'm not a vegetarian so don't razz me just yet, but I'm not a fan of fried meats so I decided to go with their veggie burger with mango habanero sauce. I will go on the record saying it was the best veggie burger I've had in a very very long time. The hot sauce was RIGHT on the money - delicious (I should have bought a bottle but I'm not too far away to go back)! My beau got 3 kinds of wings (18 wings total) and varied between very hot (not as hot as me though - habanero is a good spicy standard for me, but he might not be able to handle that heat :D), medium and mild. He liked it all very much. I loved their select of beers. You can't really go here for a regular bottle of beer. It has a lot of great special brews and I think you'd benefit from trying that rather than getting a pint of Bud. I enjoyed it here - I'd like to go back soon! PS. There was no one at the front to seat us and the music was far too loud. The food was overpriced and the boneless wings were grossly over salted. The burger tasted very much like a Five Guys burgers. Service from Kiana, on the other hand, was professional and pleasant. It's unlikely we'll return. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings probably offers one of the more consistent experiences among fast casual dining options and like most of their other locations this one is pretty good. It seems smaller to me than some other locations and there are some seats where it can be a little hard to see the screens, but overall it's a great place to watch a game and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The bar is the spot to be if you want to be among the more rowdy guests. Service is generally good though it could be faster. All the staff seemed pretty nice. I'd have no issues coming back here to watch a game with friends. read more

Good wings, very loud atmosphere, but my buddy had his kid crying the whole time so it worked out just fine. Nothing outstanding, no extra special sauces - just a predictable wing place. I wouldn't come out of my way to go here, but it's a good sports bar if you want some wings. read more

I've ordered delivery from this BWW several times. If the order isn't incorrect (experienced 3 times), then it's 2 hours late. You'd think that if you name your restaurant something as specific having "Wings" in the title, that you'd offer the best wings in town. Sadly, this is not the case. The wings are average at best. However, the beer is cold at the Roasted Garlic Mushrooms appetizer are great. I'll be back because my brother loves this place for some reason and I'll get the mushrooms and drinks and skip the wings. They do offer beer and appetizer specials a lot, so that's pretty cool. We tried BWW back in April, it was ok. We figured it was because everyone was under covid quarantine, so maybe things were running out or they couldn't get the best quality. We decided to give it another try. We ordered 2 American bacon cheese burgers (1 nothing but bacon, cheese, burger & bun) got 2 greasy BCB with lettuce. Also got a philly cheese steak (don't think they put cheese on it) a chicken club sandwich (daughter loved it) and 15 wings. We didn't order vegetables (carrots and celery) however the wings tasted like celery. We wish them well, but will not be ordering from them anymore. read more

Went there on a college football Saturday. On like 40 TV's they would only remove the flight on like two TVs so you can watch college football. Service was OK but you go to a place like this watch the games that you wanna watch that in an atmosphere you want to be in. Never go to this place ever again. read more

Called in on a Tuesday to get some wings and was disappointed on multiple levels. Called in the order and was greeted by an employee who informed me that I needed to call back in 10 minutes....funny thing was that when I went in to the actual location the to-go line was empty and there was nobody in line. I understand that timing is everything but rudeness and a lackadaisical attitude doesn't help any type of situation. The food was not much better than the service. The wings were done sloppily some doused with sauce some with no sauce at all. Came here last night, walked in and the girl in the front had THE worst attitude I've ever seen. If you're going to have young girls work there they shouldn't be giving your customers dirty looks. Whatever we sat down, the waiter comes over very nice guy very good service. The only thing that was kinda gross is they were sweeping the floor while people were eating and that's just nasty the dust can get into people's foods and you DEFINITELY don't need 3 people sweeping the same damn spot making that annoying noise. Worst service I have actually ever had, anywhere. Went a few weeks back when the Miami Heat game was on. Came in when the game started and did not even get greeted until the 2nd quarter of the game. Growing up in the danbury area, Buffao Wild Wings was always the go to spot for game night dinners and even birthdays. However, tonight the service was terrible. First, my family got there and waited for quite a few minutes before we even saw someone to sit us. Then our food came out cold, and there were no servers around to even ask for a refill on our drinks. On top of that ironically I ran into our server in the bathroom and watched her walk out without washing her hands! Yuck! My wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday, 07/27/14, for lunch. This is our second time to this one so I thought I'd write a review this time. The first time I went I had a cheeseburger and french fries and I was under whelmed with it. Upon entering the restaurant we were asked if we wanted to sit in the bar area or the main dining area. If you don't want the possibility of sitting near screaming kids that stand up in the seat while kicking the other side of your booth, or you come with adults, then sit in the bar area. We made the mistake of sitting in the dining area with the screaming, kicking kid in the booth adjacent to us. Also, the restaurant was really unnecessarily dark. Our server, Timmy, was great. He was attentive and knowledgable about his beers. This time I got the combo boneless wings and regular wings with french fries, carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing. My boneless wings had the medium sauce on it and the others had the asian sauce on them. My wife got the chicken Caesar's salad. I had a great German beer with my meal. I forget the name but it was a blonde beer and had a lemon taste to it. My boneless wings were dry and needed more sauce. My Asian wings were better but just okay. My fries had no seasoning on them and were blah. My wife said her chicken and lettuce were good but the dressing was awful. I tasted it as well and agreed. I know it's a chain but their name is Buffalo Wild Wings, and their wings, in my opinion, should be better. So, meh, I've had better. read more

I was completely disappointed - perhaps being less than a month open they have some growing pains going on. Service was like Quincy V said - slow and slower. The waitress even at one point was pointing fingers at the cook staff, but she wasn't paying much attention to us either. Been eating buffalo wings 25 plus years - and frankly their menu was a bit confusing. Ordering "buffalo" flavor comes only dry - and the waitress said not to get them because they tasted like popcorn! I got what she said was traditional buffalo style - but honestly was mild compared to what I'm used to buffalo flavor being. (Have since been told to choose from other odd-named flavors to get what most know as buffalo favor.) Fries came out cold, but at that point we were glad to have gotten food and didn't want to wait til we were ready to pay to get fresh batch. I will try them again - but only once more! it is almost painful. They have the best wings in town, an almost excellent selection of beers and ales. (If you love great ales try the arrogant bastard). However it is loud and usually full. Still its not their fault if the kids like excellent wings and very good beer. Though I recommend stopping in for lunch if you are able. The bar is usually very quiet and populated with a different crowd. So While I can't recommend BWW over TK's or Pippas when it comes to atmosphere and experience, the wings, beer, and prices are better than pippas or tk's. It's a sad day.. Ew... just... ew. I went here with my boyfriend and two friends. My friends, who ordered chicken wraps, were very underwhelmed. The fried mushrooms were greasy to the point that they had the consistency of liquid. The deep-fried pickle slices were decent. It took forever to get our orders, about 45 minutes. The thing that turned us off the most was the crowd. Outside, a group of obnoxious teenagers had congregated. Now, I'm not far from being a teenager (23), but was never the type to park my crappy, riced-out Honda Civic across the three front spaces and blast techno. Perhaps it just means I was never cool. These kids were loud, obnoxious, and un-apologetically blocking the door. The real piece de resistance was the hooker that walked in with what I will assume was her pimp. Decked out in skin-tight spandex tiger printed bell bottom pants and a matching midriff baring halter top and six inch heels, this monstrosity was somehow allowed into the establishment. Had a few beers and wings during a snowstorm. Seems like there could be big crowds here on game day. It's easy to get to, just past the mall. Parking could be an issue. Got terriaki wings which were pretty good. There's a big variety of sauces to meet anyone's desires. There are many large tv's especially when facing the bars. Bartenders are willing to change channels on tv's unlike a lot of sports bars you go to. Lot's of beers to choose from and friendly attentive staff. read more
