This Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' location can be found in the same plaza as Target, specifically next door to Crumbl with parking available. What makes Buffalo Wild Wings GO location different from the regular restaurant is that there is a walk up counter that allows for you to make to go orders and encourages for more to go orders than dine in (although there is one small table and chairs if you do want to eat in, but this location is pretty small). A few months ago, my husband and I had wanted to try this location since we had a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately they were not able to use our gift card for payment because their payment system was down so we decided to leave and try them again some other time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. We decided to make a to go order and pick up in person. We ended up ordering: Large Potato Wedges, $6.49 prior to tax- A good size portion of this. I liked the seasoning used on the potato wedges. Large Tots, $6.49 prior to tax- This was quite a large portion of tater tots and was pretty tasty. Classic Chicken Sandwich, $5.99 prior to tax- I ordered this for my mom so I did not have this. She ended up eating this the next day and liked it. But she thought it was pretty oily, which was expected. She liked the bun that was used for this sandwich. Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, 5 Piece, $10.99 prior to tax- This chicken was oily, which was expected, but was actually good. The flavor on the batter was good and thought the amount of chicken per chicken tender was a good size. ------------------------------------ (Total= $33.03 after tax) After making our order online, we were given a time that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived a few minutes after 30 minutes and it was ready upon the pick up time. Although it does appear that our food was sitting in their paper containers for a while, the food was good. The potato items and fried chicken tenders were still crisp and not soggy. If I didn't have a gift card, I most likely would not come here. I think the price of food is a little expensive but I feel like that is the going price for food items at similar eateries. Overall, I think this place is fine. I may consider coming back to this location to order their chicken wings in the future (to use up the rest of my gift card). read more

This review is for March 25. Placed my order by phone and drove to the Duarte location to pick up. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee. I was early so had a seat for a few minutes. Got my order and looked thru the bag to make sure it was correct, which it was. I could also tell the order was fresh by the heat in the boxes. Got home and ate. The order was perfect, fresh, and delicious. My experience was perfect. I don't know what's going on with the bad reviews but my experience was great. Been here a few times now since it's down the street from our house. This most recent time we were unable to order online and had to call. But couldn't apply our discount code because we called but it wouldn't let us place an order online. Oh well I guess. Wings are okay but not great. Flavors we got good but nothing like making you want to grab more. The boyfriend enjoyed the onion rings we got this time around. He likes the sauce it came with and would probably order them again. Service/Ambiance - I understand this location isn't a typical sit down establishment. Even so, service was way below what you'd expect. It clearly said 'drinks' on the receipt that was taped to the bag but they forgot them anyway drinks. When asked, they were unfriendly and curt. The soda machine is on the side and BOTH of the sodas I picked online were either out or not even an option AND there were like 3 options that were available.... This is a fast food version of Buffalo Wild Wings with a limited menu: wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches. Only 3 tables for dine in so most people order online and pick up. The service is slow, taking 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich but the sandwich itself was pretty good. The chicken sandwich was slightly more expensive than a Popeyes chicken sandwich so it was worth it. The person at the counter was kind and friendly so I wasn't upset at the wait time. read more

First of all, I love BWW! I prefer BWW over Wing Stop or any competitor, I been coming to this specific location since they open due to being 5 minutes away from home and just being able to order to-go, BUT recently portion sizes and staff members messing up orders has been a nightmare, there has been a handful of times were I don't get the correct amount of wings, fries or dipping sauce are missing, I've to drive back multiple times for same issues multiple times, it's BS, us customers shouldn't be concerned about how badly the staff members are in messing up our orders and having to drive back for stuff that should of been there to begin with, secondly, portions are just our control! There has been multiple times where the "boneless wings" are quarter size or bite size! I can say Jack in the Box popcorn chicken is bigger than what they consider "Boneless Wings", this specific location is BAD compared to other locations, avoid coming here! Wow, these guys suck. I was very polite and concise about my order over the phone. I drove here 20 minutes and when I picked up the order a guy assured me that my dressing was in the bag. When I got home I checked my order and the ranch and celery were not in the bag. The weirdest part is the so called manager which didn't check the order prior to giving it to me, only offered an apology but no solution. When I asked for a compensation she said she could only compensate me for the dressing. This place is ridiculous. Bunch of kids work here. How about the time and fuel I wasted to get here. If I wanted wings with no sauce I would've made them myself. Can anyone guess the flavor???? You can't because there's no sauce on them. Also thanks for adding salt and pepper to my plain cold fries. So let me explain what happened tonight a rude little girl named Airess or Eris ( AIR-IS) was so rude to me on the phone when placing an order. I no way or shape came at her disrespectful until she started with her stubbornness. We asked for 15 wings traditional, 8 flats & 7 drums. I always order it that way & nobody has ever told me No that we can't order it like that or tell us it's extra for half flats & half drums? Instead of doing her job correctly she was being stubborn & rude & said she couldn't promise that I will get what I asked for. At this point I'm upset because she was not trying to help me & is telling me that she can't give me what I asked because they're busy and have a "rush" at the moment & that we will get whatever wings we get. I asked her why is she acting weird over such a simple request? We even said we would pay but she said we couldn't do that like what ?! I'm still willing to pay extra since you want to give me a hard time & all I wanted was some kind of effort to at least make it seem like she wanted to help but she didn't. As I was talking to her she would interrupt me and cut me off and talk back to me with attitude saying she's worked there since the location opened.
