So I was craving IHOP and I wanted to try a new location so I went to this IHOP and some reviewer saw a ant in the salt shaker so I imedeatly checked when I saw the shaker and it had ant pieces in it. The waiter thought it was pepper till he poured the shaker open but then he saw the ant and gave me another shaker. The service was pretty quick, I got my food quickly and it was so tasty. The ambiance is pretty clean except for the ant thing and a few crumbs and kids markers on the ground. Overall I don't recommend coming to this IHOP and you should go somewhere else. read more

Mom loves pumpkin pancakes, and dropped a hint this week. We went at 1pm, and with the heat (105!!) decided on a salad, with pancakes to go. Mom is going vegetarian, and I'm vegan. Our server, Raquel B, was so friendly, plus helped us to order. She immediately asked if we would like ice tea, yes, and thank you! Walked in for a late breakfast with my son. Nobody was at the front so we waited to be seated. After a few minutes wait a party of four came in and waited behind us. The place was sparsely populated with only a handful of tables being served at the time. I noticed that no one seemed to be enjoying themselves. Not a smile to be seen. After a few more minutes wait, my son and I were greeted by a host/waiter and seated. After about 5 minutes of waiting at our table without any sight of someone to take our order, I looked around the room and noticed the lone waiter at the far side of the restaurant taking the order of the foursome that had come in after my son & I. Clearly under staffed, we decided to leave the restaurant and head over to the Broken Yolk in Glendora. It was a smart decision. 12/9/2025 So we've been experiencing devastating wildfires that are ravishing my area of Southern California for the past several days. Many of us, including myself, have no power, so I decided to go to IHOP for some breakfast as everything in town was closed due to lack of electricity. Noted, I was probably already on edge because of the above situation., but when I got there, I could see waiters walking around and one waitress and the manager standing talking. I waited to be seated for at least five minutes until the manager finally came over and said, can I help you. I said yes I'd like to be seated please, and he finally proceeded to take me to a table. He never apologize for taking so long to seat me. Some time later a waitress said she'd be right with me, but as time passed I could now hear the waitress taking the order from a man that came in after me. It was at that point that I decided to leave. The manager now asked if I would like some coffee, but I plainly told him I'm out of here. To not be cognizant of customers coming in your front door to me is absolutely insane. They're not that busy that they can't keep an eye open in that respect. I ended up going to Denny's we're I seated and served in a professional manner. I will not be returning to IHOP. read more

Perfect for big parties! We came with a large party. We were around 30 people with 12 kids included . Fernando was our waiter and was the best waiter we have ever had! We took the patio in the back was amazing because it was quiet & separate. Then it started to rain hard before our food came. He quickly took care of it. He relocated us to the opposite side of the restaurant. Some people had food & others didn't. It could have been a disaster. But not with Fernando. He was on top of it. First off the guy at the front was so rude and dismissive. Putting that aside... WARNING: If you're worried about COVID at all don't go here. They gave us the wrong curbside order and we didn't realize until my husband already started eating some of the food. We went back and i told them that it was the wrong order but my husband had already started eating some of it. Knowing this they took the order back (even the food that was eaten) and didn't even ask questions about what was touched or eaten and then proceeded to repackaged it to make it look like nothing happened.
