Had reserved the meeting room with the TV for my son's graduation party on June 23. The manager said she did not know how to use the TVs for a Powerpoint presentation but she knew it could be done as others had done so in the past. When we got there the room had a lot of erroneous equipment such as a ladder and multiple old TVs stack again the wall. When I asked to have the items moved for the party, the waitress said that there was no other place to store these objects . Then she tried to move the party somewhere else with no access to TVs for our presentation. We refused to be moved. The room that we had reserved was filthy. Whoever closed the prior evening had not wiped off tables or vacuumed. She stated that there was no sound for the TV. I was not told this when reserving the room. I had to have someone bring in a speaker from home. Also, the remote controls for the TV were lost. This made it difficult to play the presentation since we could not change the input on the remote menu button. We managed some work arounds and were able to have our presentation and party. Finally, we were told when we made the reservation that the size of the party required a second waitress and a mandatory 20% tip which I did not mind at all. Except, we did not have two waitresses. When I inquired about the second waitress, she did not know why there was not another scheduled. The whole time we were there the manager never even greeted us or checked on us nor apologize for all of the mixups. The waitress that took care of us was apologetic and gave great service. He gives her a hug and is flirting with her in front of me and a few other customers waiting to be seated. Finally at 4:20pm they bring out the food. Same employee who was flirting and placed the food on the table. Doesn't call any name and walks away. I took a look at the tag and it was mine. I started to check the order right there but then what is supposed to be a manager come up and ask me what's wrong. I asked a couple of with questions about the order and stopped checking it assuming everything was there like she said it was. I got the food home and it was cold like it had been sitting back in the kitchen since 4pm or sooner. Now I live less than 2 miles from this place so it didn't get cold on the ride home. I started unpacking the remaining food and saw the 20 boneless wings were missing. UGH!!! I called the restaurant and told them about what happened and the food being cold. I asked her what they were going to do to compensate me for my order and having to come back. She laughs and says, "We won't charge you again. " I said are you joking?" I already paid for it. I asked again. She said, "hold on". I heard her in the back ground speaking to someone and the person responds, "Oh well." The manager gets on the phone and I explain everything again. I was going to let her know how unprofessional she and her staff are and how they should be more respectful to customers especially when they are the ones who screwed up. The manager came out and it was a male this time. I asked if he was the manager. He said he was. I asked who the other girl was and he said she is not the manager but helps out. I continued to tell him of his staff unprofessional behavior, the laughing about the messed up order, treating me like I was trying to get over on them and get free food, and insinuating I was lying about the food. My coworker and I ordered to-go here for work since we both had to work late on a project we were doing. Chicken sounded soooo good, so naturally BWW was our first thought. The cool thing I didn't know about this place was that you can mix up the sauces on the different sizes -- we ordered 4 different sauces on our large and were able to sample a good amount of flavor! My favorite will always be the Sweet BBQ and the Honey BBQ. Although garlic Parmesan wasn't bad either. Good prices for the amount of food you're getting. I've been here several times now and it has become a frequent restaurant for us to come here at the end of our softball games. Our games are on Tuesday nights, which happens to be the same day of the week when all of their buffalo wings are 50 cents each! If you're hungry and there's a sports game that you want to watch and eat at the same time, I guarantee you that they will have that game on one of their numerous television screens. You would imagine that this should be a great place to go to with a large party, but it's not. The ambiance noise is too loud, so you can only have a conversation with the people who are next to you or across from you. The majority of the time, their service is very slow to a point that you feel ignored or the waiters/waitresses are being lazy. The last time I came here, it was the manager who refilled our drinks. When we ask for separate checks, they'll do it sometimes or another time they'll say that they can't. I feel as though the only reason why I am giving it a 3-star rating is that the wings are absolutely delicious and the amount of games or sporting news that are on their screens are endless. There are 14 different sauces that you can choose from. My favorites are the Honey BBQ, Caribbean Jerk and the Mango Habanero. As for the service and noisiness, it would be either a 2-star or even a 1-star rating at some times. Bottom line is that you might get better service if your party is a lot smaller. Today I feel like Adam Richman on Man vs. Food. I attempted the Wild Wings Challenge. I said when I came back I was going to do this challenge. This challenge rules were: - Finish 12 Blazin' hot wings in 6 minutes. - Finish in 2 minutes or less and the meal is free. - You get your picture posted in the restaurant and on there facebook page. - No wiping your hands during the challenge. - No drinking any liquids during the challenge. - Do not touch any part of your face with the sauce on your hands! I didn't think of the challenge much because the blazin' wings I had before had no effect on me. Before I even attempted the challenge I had to fill out a waiver form. Now this is when reality started to sink in. The manager came out with the challenge and a stop watch. He again briefed me on the rules and started the stop watch when I was ready. When I got started on my challenge, I paid no attention to the heat, but boy was it burning. I was going through the challenge fairly quickly. The manager even offered me an extra minute to finish off the sauce in the tray. In my head I was like heck no! After 2 minutes I completed the challenge. My mouth and fingers had so much heat that there are words that I can't say on here. My eyes and nose were so watery it looked like I was crying. I rushed to the restroom to get comfort. That didn't help at all. It just made it worse! So in the jist of it I got a free meal, bragging rights, and a after burn from hell! In this case Man won! Attempt this at your own risk. The location is mostly near corp businesses and it looks like it's in a new plaza that is still being developed. The lot is big so parking isn't hard to find. 4 stars because the front staff were not very friendly. Even though they were busy and it was the night of March madness, it doesn't excuse them for being rude esp when they're the first people you interact with. Thank goodness our server, Roberto, made our experience better. He was attentive and remained polite when it appeared he had the whole bar section to himself. I was invited by some co-workers to come down to the "Buffalo Wing" to watch the Superbowl and have a few cold ones. By the time I got there, around 4:00 pm, the place was packed. My boy Eloy left a ticket and seat for me at the door, so I got whisked right in. Of course my co-workers table was the loudest but the most fun. They had great, front row seats at the big screen and the Guinness was cold, large and an always welcomed old friend. I didn't eat the food, but from what everyone's told me, the hot wings are something I have to go back for and try. This is a great new sports bar for those who like sports bars. The women assumed to be the hostess was just standing around talking to someone at the bar while the one waiter was doing everything else. The service here got better. Last night plenty of servers and our waiter made sure we were okay and they were very attentive in checking if we were trying to get their attention. Kitchen cut off hour before closing just in case anyone tries to arrive in that span. Music and tvs turned off 55 minutes before closing so we ate in silence other than hearing the employees talk about leaving. Fun.
