On the night of graduation in the city, of course people are going to come to BWW but they constantly lied about wait times and had people waiting for two hours. The staff was unapologetic and showed no empathy with the fact that people were exhausted. The manager (who resembled a lord of the rings character) honestly gave zero cares about the poor service. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Enterprise Alabama tonight and our experience was horrible! Whoever owns and manages this place has no clue what they are doing! The poor guy who was bar tending was doing his best but was the ONLY bar tender and not only was he making the drinks for the entire restaurant plus taking orders he had an entire counter top of dirty dishes that apparently he was somehow supposed to wash at some point?! When we Finally received our food it was cold, overcooked and half of it was missing! We sat and watched people complaining as well as people walking out! Service was terrible. No clean tables were available even though they were empty. Had to ask to have our table cleared off and they didn't even wipe it, I used the sanitizing wipes at the table to clean it off. No one came to our table for our drink order for at least 10 minutes. We have been coming to BWW since they opened in Enterprise. Hannah one of their servers is the rudest servers I have ever encountered. The first time she ignored us we had to ask other servers for refills, boxes and our check. 2nd time was a repeat of ignoring us. We have come in since then and she has refused to wait on us because I brought her attitude to the managers attention. Tonight we came in and sat for at least 10 minutes before she walked over and with a snarky attitude told us that we were in her section and we needed to move. Management needs to do something about Hannah. I have spoken with numerous people who have all complained about her. Yikes. I was so happy when this place first opened but each time we have gone here it's gotten worse and worse. The last time we went the tables were almost all dirty, no one greeted us/hostess was no where to be found. The waitress barely came out and we ran out of our drinks and had to flag anyone down to help. I'm so shocked how it went downhill so quickly. I think they need new staff who actually want to work. Don't know who runs the place, but service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and I don't even understand who would want to eat here. That was the first and last time we will ever waste over $100 on food from this restaurant. No refills, no napkins for 40 freaking wings, waited over 20 minutes to even see our waitress (who was horrible)... excuse for bad service was she just got a table with 20 people which we never seen her at the table, but regardless, you still have to check your other tables. I hate to make this review considering they recently opened but good lord. 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults. We were there for nearly 2 hours. Husband ordered wings, those came out first and were pretty decent. Got a kids cheeseburger and asked for a tomato, the tomato took 30 mins to come out. Ketchup was empty and when they gave us a new one it exploded. No silverware and there were no napkins. The waitress brought a handful of napkins and I'm pretty sure they came from the bathroom. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and it came 1.5 hours after ordered. Everyone was done eating when it finally came out. It was truly disappointing. It was cold it looked like 1 cut up boneless chicken wing was the meat with no sauce. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the waitress was kind and the wings were decent. Me and my wife tried this new buffalo wings wings out since we were in town. We have one where we live but wanted to see if there is a difference since it's new. I hate to leave a bad review especially with it being new but the only thing that was really good here was the fries. We visited on Sunday afternoon when it wasn't very busy and the service still was a little slow. We ordered an appetizer and it came with the meal which isn't a big deal. The boneless wings were average at best nothing fancy. My biggest complaint is I understand it's a sports bar but the music was very loud almost to the point it was hard to hear my wife infront of me. From the other reviews I've read I'm hoping they can fix the issue before they loose a lot of business. I would give them another shot but it will be some time before I do. read more

Upon arriving to the restaurant I check with the Take Out staff and they inform me that my order isn't ready and a couple of my items in my order are out of stock. She told me that she personally bagged the order and that I was lying about missing those items. It's way too small for a BWW. Not enough seats, not enough staff, and the fact they don't do call ahead seating is TERRIBLE. I called, because it's a 20 min drive, and was told no wait for a party of seven. Pulled in exactly 20 minutes later and the parking lot was full and was told it'll be 50 min to an hour and 15 min. Luckily, I went by myself and was able to grab a seat at the bar and did not have to wait in line for a table. The staff and the bar were very friendly. However, extremely undermanned for the crowd that was present. I ordered my food, which took longer to get that I would have liked, but that was to be expect due to the large crowd. This location opened within the last week, so there are still a lot of kinks to be worked out with their service. The place was packed and parking is a significant issue. We ordered wings to go through the BWW app. The app estimated the order would be ready at 6:10pm; it was actually not ready until 6:40pm. As I said, there are kinks to be worked out. Overall though the food was good- we had both traditional and boneless wings. Big shoutout to Lanee! When I arrived the to-go room was packed with people, some of whom were understandably grumpy having waited a long time for their food. Lanee was amazing- polite, professional, and very organized. Im not sure how I walked to to this establishment and got no service. The waitress that was attending my area kept looking at me and my husband but would refuse to wait on us and luckily for her she wasn't wearing a name tag or I would have name dropped. When new customers got sat next to us she would greet them and wait on them.idk what I did to offend this girl. The food was ok. But the lack of service really made my whole Buffalo Wild Wings experience suck. The only god sent person willing to help us out was Bryce. He is truly a Buffalo Wild Wings Angel. This is a newly opened location for Buffalo Wild Wings, so I went by expecting things to not be perfect, but what we experienced was quite possibly the most horrible dining experience I have ever had! I arrived about 5 minutes before my wife and son who were meeting me to eat dinner, and was seated immediately (pleasant surprise there as I expected a wait). Upon arrival of my family, we then waited another 15 minutes without a server stopping at our table. We asked the hostess about it, and a few minutes later she rounded up our server. We put in a drink order, which took about another 10-15 minutes to fill before we ordered our food. My wife ordered a burger, I ordered traditional wings (with extra ranch $.60 up charge each). My son ordered boneless wings. My wife's burger arrived first about 20-25 minutes after we ordered, followed a few minutes later by my order of 10 wings. Her burger looked delicious as expected. My 10 wings were quite disappointing, as they were very small, and cooked into submission. (Not typical of this wing chain). My son's order still had not arrived a full 25 minutes after our order, even after multiple inquiries to the server. Oh, the ranch that I was charged extra for never came either, and when I addressed it with the staff I was informed that the one cup of ranch that I received (it was actually blue cheese ) was all they had.... We spoke to the manager, and finally, a full 35 minutes after I had received my food my son's order came out. We collected our un-eaten portions to go, along with my son's food, and focused on the bill. The bill- still had the extra charge for ranch on it, and my son's meal (the waitress had said his food would be free of charge). Sent the bill back to get fixed, paid, and informed the staff we won't ever be back. I honestly can't believe they even charged us beyond the beer I had while waiting on our food. Growing pains aside, this entire meal was a disaster from a service point of view, and mediocre from a quality point of view. As someone who regularly visits another Buffalo Wild Wings in a nearby town, and spends on average $100 per visit, I am sincerely disappointed with this local location.
