Came in at 10:45 AM on a Friday morning. We received our food at 11:43. Multiple parties that arrived both before and after us have walked out without ever receiving their meals due to the slow service. All the servers disappeared into the kitchen for 20 minutes. Tables with parties that left over half an hour ago have still not been bussed. Food was good when it came but honestly not worth an hour of waiting. I feel very bad for the tables with small children that had to wait that long. read more

I came here with my friend on Christmas afternoon to grab a bite. The service was friendly and we were seated fairly quickly. They were also surprisingly busier than I expected. At least like 4-5 other tables sat besides us. We got: * Mozzarella sticks: 7/10 pretty basic, tastes like store bought frozen cheese sticks refried (pretty sure it is) * Breakfast Burrito: My friend said this is always his go-to. Solid side to have. I wish it was crispy on both sides though. The bottom side be lacking in color. The service was friendly but they were lowkey lacking on the speed. My son went to the restroom and one of the employees went shishi and did not wash his hands and another popped a pimple without washing hands. Unless they are washing them hands in the kitchen. Nice to have a new restaurant in Mililani. Great breakfast items, lunch items are great, and love that they have kids menu AND 55+ menu for our kupuna! Service is always great here. Every time we come, the servers are amazing and friendly!!! This visit we had, Jonah, and we had a very nice experience as he is very friendly!! Thank you so much! We really enjoy their Cali turkey melt sandwich!!! So ono!! Other items we enjoy are their sirloin tip and eggs, pancakes, and country fried steak! I used my 3 IHOP coins to pickup a free Short Stack of Pancakes, which they did well. You'd hope that a place with pancakes in its name (P in IHOP) would have good pancakes & they do. Service was even better. The guy who handed my order was very jovial & made sure that I was satisfied with how much syrup was in the bag. Note - prices can be a bit higher here but if you use gift certificates from Costco (which are 20% off) it's on par with other places like Zippy's, at least for breakfast. Unfortunately, poblano was salty, not spicy, and lacked seasoning. Homemade potatoes were crispy, with salt overload. Even yolk didn't help subdue salty taste. Considering we have other breakfast places that are local and make better food for cheaper, this was really bad. I went here to try it out and probably won't go back. Went here for the kids eat free on a Tuesday. It was empty. Our server was super good tho and even the food runner and busser was nice. My kids loved the food, pancake with sprinkles or chocolate chips they'll never complain lol. We forgot to take pics tho. But the free kids meals are so worth it. Their drink wasn't included tho. So far my family and I have visited this location twice and both times I was so hungry that I forgot to take pics lol. Our most recent visit was this past Sunday around noon. It was pouring rain in Mililani and the restaurant was busy! When I checked in at the front we were seated right away but told the kitchen was behind so food would take 45 minutes. I was not happy to hear that but was happy to not have to wait to be seated. We got our orders in quickly thinking the faster the kitchen gets our order the better. To our surprise and delight the food didn't take long at all. Everything tasted great and our waitress Heavenly was so sweet and attentive. All the staff worked well together taking care of all customers. We had multiple different waitresses check on us during our meal and it was great. Our waitress, T, was amazing! She immediately came by, greeted us and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My husband and I already had coffee from Starbucks so we said we're fine; she offered to bring us water just in case. My husband decided to get the pancake combo, but he doesn't like cream cheese so he asked if he would be able to get the cream cheese frosting on the side for his cinnamon stack pancakes; she said of course. I decided to get the pancake combo with the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes. The wait time for the food was minimal, and everything came out nice and hot. My food was cooked perfectly! My eggs came out over medium, just the way I wanted it, and the bacon and hash brown were nice and crispy. My tres leches pancakes were absolutely delicious! Granted, they were not soaked in the milk/cream, but they had a good flavor to them and the caramel drizzle added the perfect amount of sweetness to the fluffy pancakes. My husband really enjoyed his food, and said the cinnamon stack pancakes had a nice cinnamon flavor to the spread, and the cream cheese frosting was nice and sweet; he really enjoyed the frosting. This new IHOP in Mililani has restored my faith in large breakfast chain restaurants. I've avoided IHOP restaurants for years because of the mediocre food and service I've received in the past. The new restaurant is welcoming with its bright beachy ambiance with blue, teal, and yellow furniture, walls and posters. We were seated almost immediately, and we didn't have to wait long for our server to come over, introduce herself, and get our drink orders. Rhiyanne was sweet and friendly, and we were lucky to have her as a server both times we visited. She even remembered us when we returned. On our first visit, to end our meal, we ordered milkshakes. Our first two choices were unavailable because they ran out of the flavored syrup. We settled for strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes. When the glasses arrived, they were accompanied with the cup/mixer because they gave us the extras that didn't fit in the glasses. Nice save from not having the original milkshakes we wanted to order. The buttermilk pancakes are a classic and did not disappoint. They were slightly crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy in the middle. I was pleased with the salmon I ordered because it was seasoned well, and not overcooked as many restaurants do. I ordered it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both sides were a generous side and the green beans were fresh and not frozen. On our next visit, I ordered the Country Fried Steak and it came in an enormous portion. I was satisfied with the mashed potatoes and green beans so I automatically ordered them again. My kids quickly found a favorite that they also reordered: Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo. The pancake comes covered with frosting and sprinkles with eggs and a choice of breakfast meat. My husband has had the Fisherman's Platter and Cowboy BBQ Burger and enjoyed both. With the great customer service and comforting food, we'll surely be back for more. read more

I wish that I had remembered our server's name! He was phenomenal. My family and I came here to eat and we were starving! It wasn't to busy and the dining room was clean. There was good vibes about the place. They had a fizzy lemonade on the menu and we each tried a different flavor. They were so good! I ordered the Belgium Waffle with strawberries on top with a side of bacon. It was so good. Our server interacted with us and was very funny. Let me recommend passing up breakfast here and maybe either visiting Rise and Shine Cafe or Button Up in Pearl City if you really want a great meal... unless you're desperate for pancakes during lunch/dinner hour. Walked in to a nearly empty Restaurant on a Sunday morning. Took awhile to be acknowledged because the entire Staff was in the Kitchen goofing off instead of tending to their Tables and yes, we could hear them having the time of their lives. Our Server did enough, personality was indifferent.. which was fine. Food was terrible. I had ordered the Cinnabon crepes and it was literally a block of icing rolled into a ZigZag thin rolling paper crepe. Honestly I didn't know wtf I was thinking.. but I scooped out 90% (no exaggeration) of the icing and with the thinnest layer of filling, it was a little edible. Bacon was Bacon and the eggs were eggs. Server looked at my plate and just cleared it no questions or concerns. I-hop took over the old Fun Factory or Tilt so it was very spacious inside and actually remarkably clean. They had 90's R&B playing so i enjoyed that more than the food they had to offer. We most likely won't return after feeling robbed of $60 but as mentioned in the beginning, if you're craving Breakfast during non-breakfast hours sorry you have to resort to this. read more

It is 1130 right now and we are still waiting on our food. The kicker here is that people who are ordering take out are getting their orders before the diners. I get christmas is hectic and waiting is a part of it but when we are now on 2 hrs of wait time, there is a problem. Glad they opened up an iHop in Mililani. Located on the left side of the movie theaters. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting the notoriously slow service from the other iHops that closed down. I believe this location has been opened a month now. We went at noon on a Sunday and there was no line. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our server checked on us several times. We ordered the spinach & mushroom omelette and the strawberry & banana topped French toast. Both tasted very good. Would order them again. I can't remember when a pitcher of coffee and pitcher of hot water for your tea stays on your table- yay! Looks like they got their act together here. The bill came out a little over $50 for two so it's not cheap for breakfast. I'll probably be back but mindful to go at off peak times for best service. read more

My wife and I went on Saturday morning and got seated right away. The place seemed clean and had some interesting wall hangings showing their history. The one thing that my wife and I both noticed right away was the noise level. There's nothing to dampen or absorb the sound so I had a hard time hearing my wife who was sitting 3 feet away. Several cork boards would help. The food was as expected and the staff seemed versed in their roles. I'll probably try takeout next time to avoid the high noise level. read more

This was our first time visiting this IHOP location, and overall, the food was good and being a newly opened business, everything was clean. However, the wait time for our food was noticeably long--not due to poor service or issues in the kitchen, but rather a staffing shortage. On 10/18/2025, we arrived at 7:20 a.m., and it seemed that Evelyn, our server (we believe that was her name), was the only one on duty at the time. All the tables by the windows were occupied, so she had a full house to manage on her own. Seating us, taking our order, serving drinks and meals. That's a lot for one person, and yet she handled it with grace, keeping a smile on her face and treating every customer with courtesy. Around 8:00 a.m., more staff began to arrive, and it was a relief to see her finally get some support. Based on our experience, it seems that this location could benefit from having more employees scheduled during early morning weekend hours. We'd like to give a special thank you to our server Evelyn for her outstanding service under pressure. i am a Kapuna. This was my 2nd and last time i will go there. I went there to give it another chance' I figured they would have a Kapuna breakfast menu. They do. I just wanted an in expensive meal with potions to fill me and not waste food. What can go wrong with breakfast? I always do for waitresses as I know they rely on their tips and I know she probably has a family to support. I know the struggles in Hawaii. $5 for a small espresso size cup of coffee? I brought this up to the mgr who relayed our concerns to our waitress. As we were almost done the waitress comes over and apologized for the cold food and offered to heat up our food lol we declined stating we had an appointment to keep but did emphasize the burnt breakfast and cold servings, As we were leaving the mgr asked us if the waitress took care of us i literally cracked up laughing because she gave us a military discount which totaled $3.96 hahahaha and we're not in the service! Located in Mililani Town Center right across of Panda Express. I recommend parking near the cinema. We had to walk all the way around because we didn't know where it was initially. This location opened up 2 days prior to me visiting so the staff was still trying to get used to their system and figuring out how to fix their equipment. Store presentation is very bright and very clean. From check in, we were greeted by staff immediately and was quick to get seated. Our server was Gabby and she checked in on us frequently, let us know if there were any issues with our order, and resolved it quick. During our visit, the fryer was down (my husband wanted Country Fried Steak). But she came to us very quickly and allowed us to choose another item on the menu. She was also very quick to bring our check without rushing us out. Here is what we ordered: - Caramel apple butter hot chocolate: very strong apple flavor giving me the fall-ish vibes, it wasn't overbearingly sweet either - Eggs benedict combo - Cinna-stack: expected to be sweet but not overwhelming at all, still a great cinnamon taste without too much sweet - Breakfast sampler: your typical eggs, hash browns (I opted for extra crispy), bacon, sausage, and pancakes Overall, had a great experience compared to the Aiea/Pearl City location.
