I'm very impressed with this Buffalo Wild Wings. My partner and I have ordered via DoorDash from this location and were completely satisfied and this weekend we had lunch at the bar. I placed an order on GrubHub for delivery. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings with celery and Bleu cheese, and a regular order of cheese curds with ranch dressing. What I got was a 10 piece order of boneless wings. That's it. No Bleu cheese, no celery, and a note on the receipt that said "out of curds". Highly recommend checking your takeout order before leaving the restaurant. We order from here often and more times than not, they forgot the condiments that come with the meal (I.e mustard cheese with the pretzel knots), sides and additional sauces that are paid for at the time of purchase. I come here often and my experiences vary. Most times the food has been good but I have had some of my food be undercooked or having an incorrect order. Which will happen when you eat somewhere a lot. It's a great place to come and relax and watch sports. I have shifted from boneless wings to traditional wings and have tried the wraps as well, I would recommend trying either but of course the wings are a classic. Honey BBQ is my all time favorite but I have tried spicy garlic and Caribbean jerk and both are worth a try. Mix things up, ask for a side of the sauce and try something new. So I check my handy Yelp App for what's open (love that filter btw) and most places were closing at 10 - not going to happen. So, we had a failure at another place (very limited menu due to special occasion) so its 10:15. Back to the Yelp App and we find BWW is open. So, BWW it is. We've only been here a few times before, typically just ordered chicken - no big deal. But this time we're in the mood for something different. So I try the Po Boy and hubby tries the Buffalo Mac and Cheese. With the help of Antonio who was super nice and amazingly knowledgeable I'm able to get this Po Boy dairy free and not as spicy as usual. We had a wonderful late night dinner. We were there with a two year old , and even she had to wait for her food for a long period of time. We finished our food before my buddy even received his , & he had to ask to cancel his order before he was even offered his food. Eh. This location, and frankly any location in my opinion, is just so-so. The restaurant is dated and is in definite need of a renovation. While they are at it maybe they could provide some new uniforms to replace the ragged jerseys these poor kids sport. Next time I will most certainly just order those. Why waste calories on stuff that is simply ok? Their menu is pretty diverse so just about anyone will be able to find something that they like.
