Eh. This location, and frankly any location in my opinion, is just so-so. The restaurant is dated and is in definite need of a renovation. While they are at it maybe they could provide some new uniforms to replace the ragged jerseys these poor kids sport. Ambiance, atmosphere, the joint...whatever you want to call it...needs to be redone. Food is standard BW3 food. Wings are consistent. The dessert nachos are insanely delicious. Next time I will most certainly just order those. Why waste calories on stuff that is simply ok? Their menu is pretty diverse so just about anyone will be able to find something that they like. We just arrived home from a nice time at this location. We hadn't been out as a family in a good long while. When we arrived my husband went into the BWW to see how long the wait would be because there were so many cars parked out front. He was "greeted" by the worst entry staff and he is a quiet person by nature. When we all walked in together (our 2 toddlers and us), we expected similar awful service with the waiting staff. We were pleasantly mistaken. Our waitress, named Constance was AWESOME. She made us laugh, kept checking on us, even our 4 year old son was in love lol. She is the model for what the entire staff should be, and she deserves a raise and the best tips. We will be returning to this location, because of her. read more

Why does Bdubs think that 3 or 4 people entering a restaurant together want to eat at different times?! Why do they bring entrees out one at a time and 6 or 7 mins apart from one another? It's awkward to dig in to food while your friends are staring at you waiting on their food. We've given Bdubs dozens of chances over the years. We know that customer service will be sub par and that the restrooms are disgusting, but we hung in there. Not anymore. There are too many new restaurants, food trunks, and breweries in the area. Normally, I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings- the wings are decent and you can expect them to be the same quality at each store. Except this one- the wings were kind of terrible when I went. The Wild wings were considerable more vinegar-y than the ones I got at the Huber Heights store. What gives? And my wings weren't coated very well- some of them were barely sauced, which left them dry and bland. No bueno. And then there was the service. Apparently my table got unlucky and got the notoriously bad waiter. He barely ever visited my table, took his sweet time in bringing us things like extra ranch (not like you have to cook the ranch or anything...), and completely deserted my table after bringing us our checks. I ended up having to flag down around waiter to take our money- when he found out who our waiter was, he made a remark about how typical this was for him. Lucky us. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on a cold Ohio night. The place is also known as BW3 for people who do not know the acronym. The restaurant is more of a sports bar instead of sit down type restaurant in my opinion. You have games going on all the screens / tv's they have displayed. Like all sports bar they have beer and finger foods. They don't have a huge beer selection though which I didn't like. But they did have my favorite beer on tap (Stella). The service was outstanding because they were quite attentive to our needs. They made sure our drinks were never empty and always asked if we would like another. The chicken wings were delicious and cooked to perfection. But I didn't know if it was cause I was hungry or I haven't had chicken wings in a while. Like all the places I have traveled to for work they were able to split our checks so we didn't have to figure out how much each person owed. I would definitely visit a establishment like this if I am ever in the area again. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I went here with my date after dinner to watch a football game. The game was about half over and we were seated at a table that was still dirty from the previous patrons. Our waitress came around to take our order. We asked for waters and told her that we still needed time to decide, but that we were probably going to order something small. That obviously was not what she wanted to hear. She came back with our waters to our still dirty table, took our order for dessert, and walked away. She did not come back after that unless we flagged her down. I get it - we did not purchase alcoholic beverages or a lot of food, but we're still paying customers. She spent the majority of her time talking to people that had beer and that we could tell had ordered food and finished it already. She wasn't even taking any refill orders from them. She was literally just passing the time talking to them and probably hoping for a big tip. We had to ask for water refills. When I asked for a refill, she only brought one glass. Both my date and I no longer had any water left and I had to ask for another one before she could leave and ignore us. We also had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our dessert didn't even come with the sauces it stated on the menu, but we didn't even bother to complain. In the end, our tab wasn't very high, but I gave her a 100% tip that she didn't deserve. Lunch on Wednesday 1/17/2018. Ordered the 15 mins or free lunch. My partner ordered hers extra crispy. I ordered regular. Waitress returns & tells us the 15 min deal does not apply to extra crispy. We came in on a Monday, around 9:30... so there wasn't much traffic compared to a Sunday (lately, with football season.) While our waitress was pleasant, I wouldn't say she was friendly. She was more neutral. She was probably close to the end of her shift, ready to go home... (trust me, I understand.) I was so disappointed to learn that the Jalapeño poppers and the Jalapeño dipping sauce had been removed from the menu. I guess this location's customers didn't order them enough. :'( At least they still had the mango habanero sauce. Service was quick. She did several water checks and made sure we were taken care of. To me, this is an average place that I come to often... but only because I haven't found a better bar yet. As soon as I find some place exemplary, they'll steal me away from here. I just want to let everyone know that my family waited over 6 minutes and no one acknowledge us. The dining room was not full and add on top of all this there were several servers walked by us and didn't say anything. I'm in the customer service world and this is not what I thought the restaurant would be. The cake of this is that my wife is Caucasian and my son is mix. Though the COVID 19 has been around over a year now and I really think its because I'm vietnamese and that I'm Asian. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this restaurant. I'm not going to sugarcoat it - when it comes to service, this place sucks. Consistently bad service with the most recent visit being the last one for me. Came here on a Saturday night around 5:30 PM after our first 2 choices of restaurants had over an hour wait each. Our group of 6 was immediately able to grab a table of our choice in the bar area. How naïve of me to think this was a good sign. Our drink orders were taking in a matter of minutes and drinks were promptly returned, at which time the waitress took our food orders. And it all goes downhill from there. The table next to us, who was seated and ordered after us, was apparently doing some kind of wing eating challenge so the whole world of Buffalo Wild Wings stopped for that spectacle. They were all brought their food, including those not participating in the hot wing eating challenge, in a matter of minutes. Good effort by the participants, but they did not achieve their feat. The time is now 6:15 and we still haven't seen our food, nor our waitress in the past 40ish minutes since taking our order. She rushes past as we tried to grab her attention. Totally ignores us. We flag down a manager who seems to be more attentive to our waitress's tables than she is just to check in on the status. He follows up and our food is delivered about 10 minutes later (now 6:25). Thankfully the food at every BWW is pretty consistent and fine for what it is, nothing fancy - though the waitress did spill a side of buffalo chips that we ordered and tried to pick them back up and put them on the plate with her bare fingers until she made eye contact with a member of our group and realized she got caught. Gross. She said she'd bring a new order right away. She never did. We scarfed down our food as we were trying to make a 7 PM college basketball game. We thought being sat at 5:30 would give us plenty of time....WRONG! At 6:40 we flagged down the manager again and told him we needed our checks and at this point were in a rush to be somewhere by 7:00 PM. Checks were brought shortly thereafter by our waitress, we were ready with cash and credit cards in hand as she dropped off the checks, but then just walked away without taking them. She came back at 6:52 to pick them up, then returned our change and cards at 7:00 on the dot. I've gotta put them an the "average" category now. I've been going to bdubs since they were BW3! They no longer offer the half-price traditional wings on Tuesdays anymore. They've dropped them in favor of half price boneless wings. This is nothing more than a vehicle for the sales of sauce! They're so heavily breaded, I have a hard time determining whether there really is any chicken in there. There's still Roosters and Frickers close by. I'll be taking my "wing money" there. Well let's see where do I start. Took us about 20-25 to get our drinks, then it took an additional 30 minutes to get our appetizer. Then I asked for a new server because we didn't see ours. We got 2 of the 4 appetizers we ordered. Once our food came about 35-40 minutes later it was cold, and my wedges did not have cheese (like I ordered) waited to get them and they were hotter than the actual food we got. This was my first experience here and it will definitely be my last. If I could give this no stars I would. The manager had an attitude about taking our order because the server lacked at her job. When here on a week night with my fiance. We were seated immediately but no one came to our table for almost 10 minutes. Meanwhile, servers were going back and forth or standing around talking. Now I try to be a person that is patient and just knew someone would come soon so no point getting upset. But it was annoying and I was very hungry. Finally, someone came by. No apology for taking so long to come over. Food took forever to come out. But tasted really good. All around us though it seemed like other orders were coming out wrong or bills rang up wrong. I saw the manager go to multiple tables to clean up messes. Our server was involved in one case. I saw a hostess seat a table and smile/laugh at something they said but then turned around and put an annoyed face. Just no manners or sense of really making customers happy. We've also done take out orders. The wings weren't very done. Not a lot of sauce. So i didn't eat very many. I think they just need to figure out how to take care of customers. read more

Visited on 3/26/20 around 6 pm. Amidst the COVID-19 panic, it astonishes me that a place would run a BOGO special. The place was completely packed into the parking lot, the manager was a complete doofus who did nothing but tell people to go outside, and they gave us the wrong order. This was a total failure to communicate and organize. Many people walked in having already paid and expected to wait in the pick up line, only to be told that they had to wait in the single line like everyone else. So even though we've already paid, we still have to wait behind others who have not yet? What a joke. We were pushed out of the restaurant when the food was already done and still told we had to wait. No text or call letting us know btw. 30 minutes later and we get to the front, told the manager our name, spelled it and he STILL gave us the wrong food. The only plus side was that there was plenty more in the bag than we had paid for, that's why you're getting two stars instead of one. I just feel bad for the woman who's stuff we accidentally took, but that's the karma that the ridiculous manager gets. Don't run this special with incompetent people at the helm. read more

BWs is one of those places that while it is a chain still has pretty decent and reliable food. If we want to save a few bucks and get some good wings, etc. we'll stop here without much hesitation, so it's pretty much always on our standby list. Our server was super friendly, really made an extra effort to make sure we were taken care of, we very much notice and appreciate that! She informed us that the kitchen had read our order wrong and made my wife a different item, she brought it out for us to sample until her real order was ready, much better than just delaying us with nothing to munch on, this was very nice! A great example of taking a bad event and turning it around, kudos for that! Aside from the superior service, the food and beer was as good as we expected from BWs, no complaints! read more

I've been putting off writing this. I used to live to go to b-dubs. Then the prices started going up and I went less. Then, they decided a lunch menu was a good idea and it is. We went for lunch one day last week and there weren't any lunch menus out. Those used to be on every table at lunchtime. We were given a regular menu and had to ask if lunch specials were still a thing. They are so we ordered; I asked for crispy boneless wings. After we ordered, the server came back to inform me that crispy wings weren't included in the "15 minutes or free" deal. That wasn't a huge deal right that moment; my partner needed to get back to work and she didn't ask for anything "special", so I pointed out she should still get hers within 15 minutes. Hers arrived in 9:30. So far so good. Because I've spent way too much time in a different b-dubs, I know my wings take two minutes longer. At the 20 minute mark, I got my lunch. The fries were ice cold I asked immediately for those to be replaced and they were. The wings were warmish and I didn't have another 20 minutes. The manager took $2 off for that issue. The party line is that "corporate" won't let crispy wings be included in the 15 minute deal. Ok, that's actually fine with me. However. The back story is probably a month before this day, we went for lunch, I asked for the device they use to time the order (one of the gaming devices. I've also had trouble finding one that works when I look on my own) and never got one. We used my cell phone stopwatch, it took 17 or 18 minutes, so we both got our lunches free. From the same server. I kind of thought she had a bit of an attitude when I got there on this recent visit, but as soon as I touched a cold fry (first thing I check, people) and asked for new ones, she said, "So you want the manager?" I've never had to deal with a manager over cold fries. Attitude confirmed. There are two other locations I like better, but sadly this is the closest one. It took me forever -- literally -- to get my partner to go to b-dubs with me. She finally kind of likes it, now this. None of it should be a big deal, but the server seems to hold grudges. Sauces are great, but I wish they would thaw out the chicken wings before putting them in the fryer, it drys out the meat and leaves those white spots on the chicken skin. So I have been to this bw3s a couple times to sit down and eat then I moved about 2 miles away and decided to order takeout orders. 1st time, I got the wrong food so I called and the manager was apparently busy and never called me back. I was tired so I ate the food anyways. The second time, my order was wrong again so I said forget this, threw the food away, and drove 20 minutes to roosters. Tonight my girlfriend really wanted b dubs so we decided to try it again. My order number was 10035; I received my order and my order was wrong again, so I called and talked to the manager Pete or Peter. He asks me my order number so he could look it up and then asks me what my order was exactly, to basically see if I was lying. After I told him the order, he said I'm not really sure how it was wrong let alone 3 times because it gets checked 3 different times (now calling me a liar). He asked me what I wanted and I just wanted the wings remade the right way so he said he would do that. I got get my order and again it is wrong and this time I will say it's partly my fault for not checking before I left, but oh well. My order was a large boneless wing well done half mild and half spicy garlic and a boneless snack size well done Asian zing. The large was wrong the mild was honey BBq so now the one person who wanted this place didn't get what she wanted and is mad. I personally wouldn't have gone back but now it's just the point. You spend $37.76 and the food is wrong again after the manager supposedly looked up my order and would make sure it was right.....well guess what round 4 was wrong again. I can tell you how the order was wrong since you can't figure it out. 1. The person taking the order didn't listen, 2. The person taking the order made an honest mistake and miss keyed the order, it happens no big deal. 3. Your number 3 mister manager, you don't actually have someone checking the order let alone three different times or if you do, they cannot read. I seriously live 2 miles away but the fact you all can't get an order right I drive 20 minutes down the road to roosters. read more

Every single time I place a carryout at this location its never ready on time and end up waiting 20 mins or more past pick up time plus the food is cold ! How is food not ready yet received cold food ?. Last time I waited 38 mins past pick up time. I asked to speak to a manager and mind you I could see the girl on the phone who was nothing short of rude because I asked to speak with a manager. I watched from my car laugh and make hand gestures right after she put me on hold. Didnt go get a manager either sat on hold for over 10 mins and had to call back again and ask to speak with manager. You know bogo happens every Tues and Thursday so staff for business. Poor management and every excuse in the book for cold nasty food. I've been a GM for 8 years and no guest inside or carryout wait 20 mins and food goes out hot and fresh.
