We raised our hands to ask where our order was, and with indifference, the manager checked on our order coming out with it 2 mins later. Finally, no napkins, the food was only warm and Not hot (was obviously sitting in the back) and throughout the entire meal no one dropped over ask or get us refills. The easy part was placing the online order. Said my order would be ready at 7:10pm. Got there at 7:20. I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally get to me (female hostess kept taking off) and was told my order wasn't ready. Finally at 7:50 my order came out. Got home and noticed the wings were cold (had very little sauce) and a lot of broken bone chips, fries were cold and hard and it was pointless to even get cups of ranch. I've never left a bad review, ever. I love Buffalo Wild Wings too. My family and I always come here for a late night grub or for some good'ol wings. Tonight was just terrible! The worst service I've ever received from this joint or any place. I'm very patient and understanding when I know the place is busy, but I wasn't at all. We sat at our booth for over an hour and still no food. My bf ordered a beer because they were having a special, we sat that long for the cheap beer special to come around. 20 mins later, still no beer. Then there the waiter goes walking right past us delivering drinks to the table next to us, who just ordered their drinks. Went for Dinner around 9:30 started off great. Drinks came fast we ordered appetizers they came out fresh & hot. Then we ordered wings it took over 30 mins to come out (witch happens) but when the wings came out they where all cold. My boyfriend and I are in town for the weekend and made a couple stops here for dinner during our stay. It's right across from our hotel room which was convenient. This review is mostly in regards to the service we had. I was skeptical they wouldn't have anything I could eat (stupid food allergies), but they did such a great job at catering to my needs. It's always a pain having to go out of my way to find the nearest allergy-friendly restaurant on vacation. I think it's great they take this stuff seriously--my server even sent out a manager with a chart of things I can eat. Cold pickles. It took so long to get a side of ranch that my fried pickles got cold, not cooled down, COLD. Mind you, I asked two different servers, one being ours. We watched two tables around us get their food before our party. We're talking about a Monday evening with the restaurant at about 25% capacity. Then it took 45 minutes to get our food. Telling a group that it's because of a large group is ridiculous. This is a restaurant with a serving capacity of over 150 people. You're going to try to tell me 7 adults incapacitated the timing of the entire kitchen and it's staff? Two of us sent the food back because the texture of the dry, heat lamp-dehydrated boneless wings. Sure, the manager discounted the price for the inconvenience (hence the two stars), but we're here to celebrate a birthday and 2 of the 7 adults couldn't even stomach the food and sent it back. I personally haven't been in a BWWs in many years due to low quality food at other locations but this seals my opinion of the franchise as a whole. 6/21/19 9:20 Walked in and waited a couple minutes to be greeted, no big deal. Was greeted by one man whom we asked for a booth in the dining area and he went to go check on his open tables. In the meantime another girl came up and asked us if we'd been greeted, we said yes, then she took us to the bar area with the only booth options being half booth/half table. Which that wasn't too much of a deal but still, it wasn't what we asked for. Rest of the greet goes well, we meet our server Chrissy and we order some chips and salsa along with our lemonades. When she brought us our drinks we were ready to order. Now we didn't order anything crazy, just some honey bbq Wings and a wrap as it was fairly late and we weren't looking for a huge meal. About an HOUR later, 10:40pm after reconnecting with ourselves about our days, after getting our drinks refilled earlier, we got impatient enough to ask what's taking so long. Only to find out that our order was never placed. Accidents happen but everything from the start of the day was ticking away at our experience. The manager on duty apologized, Chrissy apologized and we got our food about 5 minutes later. Finally, time to eat. Hold up, we were brought medium style wings. Too hot for our honey bbq expecting tongues. We're done. I wanted to walk out earlier because I had to be up at 6am the next day for work. KUDOS!!! to the manger and the waitress that attended to us. My family and I were on vacation in flagstaff, when we stopped at the buffalo wild wings. We are alumni's from USC And UCLA, we want to watch the rivalry game and the manger greatly accommodated us with several TV screens to watch the game. The waitress was EXCELLENT. Bartender/server was terrific. My complaint with this place is it was filthy. Dirty tables, sticky floor etc. Water stained and spotted silverware. All surfaces I came in contact with were dirty. It's a college town, maybe the management staff is too young to appreciate cleanliness? Salt and vinegar boneless wings were not edible. Dryer than the Sahara. Carrot and celery sticks looked like they were weeks old and had just been dumped out of a freezer bag or one of those bulk foods cartons that deliver to the location. Think that bag of pre cut carrot sticks you get at Costco or Walmart. This place cannot begin to compete with a BJ's brewhouse or similar. This chain seems like the K-mart of sports bars. Avoid it. I don't know that anyone goes to buffalo wild wings with high culinary expectations. You go for the games. We visited recently to watch some preseason football and everything was just fine. One big thing I have to say they have going for them is they offer tablets with installed games for the kids. The tablet is a genius idea- the kids can stay entertained during the wait for food without it and obviously eating their meal occupies them but if you are trying to hang around beyond halftime of a football game, you have to start pulling tricks out of your hat! The tablet allowed us to stay for almost the whole game. The food is just fine, they do offer a pretty tasty chicken wing and it's great that they have flavors for all pallets. The server was really pretty good and it was nice that we were asked by multiple employees if we had been taken care of while we waited for a table to be put together. Having little ones, my wife made multiple trips to the ladie's room because apparently, children must see what every restaurant's bathroom looks like, and she gave them her seal of approval for cleanliness (a hard honor to earn from her). I don't know that we will go out of our way to go back to BWW but it is a family-friendly spot that we would happily visit again to catch a game or cure a hankering for an unusually flavored chicken wing. read more

If I get out of town late on my way to Lake Powell, I stop to spend the night in Flagstaff. Here's the drill. Head for WalMart to get your RV, trailer, pickup bed...whatever, set up. Park right next to the Insane Clown Posse tour bus.....what???????? Yeah, I know, I thought these fucks fell off the face of the earth too. Apparently not. What's this got to do with BWW? Plenty. BWW is located in the same strip mall as WalMart, making dinner & drinking plans a foregone conclusion as you take the short stroll in for a fun evening. BWW also serves Coor's Banquet, one of the few places in Arizona that does. And if you get super-cronked, they feature a hot wing challenge. I wouldn't recommend taking it, but rather, ask your server to inform you if someone goes for it. This way you can cheer them on to doing something spectacularly stupid, speaking from experience of course. Then stumble back to the stabbin cabin to sleep it off as you listen to the ICP's tour bus generator run all fucking night long. I never liked those guys. Even less now. We had dinner at 8 pm. We had the all American burger with fries and the Parmesan garlic chicken tenders with fries. Both meals were very good. The chicken tenders had a light, tender breading and the Parmesan garlic sauce came on the side. It was very good. The burger was two patties with American cheese. We added bacon. Amber waited on us and is very nice and friendly. She also was fast and accurate. We will definitely eat here again. We went here because I watched an episode of a tv show that talked extensively about buffalo wings, and I decided I wanted some too. This was the first place we decided to try because it was close and convenient so why the hell not. The wings were mediocre but not terrible. However, the quesadilla was disappointing, and the mac n cheese was just plain gross. It is a lot like microwaveable mac n cheese from the grocery store.
