Literally sat at the bar for 20 min without even being acknowledged by the lone bartender. She was completely oblivious to the patrons and failed to even look up from the register. It was apparent she was no actual bartender but rather a fill-in or substitute. She knew where nothing was and was not able to even fill the simple draft beer orders. Terrible visit from the moment we walked in the door! Hostess was completely checked out and could barely even be bothered to acknowledge us or answer a simple question about bar seating. Worst BDubs I've ever been to. Walked into an almost empty restaurant and told the wait would be 20 minutes tops. Okay no problem because a lot of places are understaffed but after 45 minutes of watching three workers stand in the front doing nothing while there were numerous empty tables that needed bussing, we decided to leave. Skimpy and tough wings, the celery wasn't freshly cut and looks not appetizing at all we throw away. 2 times we have ordered they made mistakes. Have yo check the takeout orders on site to make sure. Our service was fantastic! We arrived after trying to find a place to eat closer to the gulf and just wanted to find somewhere that didn't have an hour wait. We were seated quickly and our server, Sarah, was quick to greet us and take our drink and appetizer orders. They recommended their margarita and it was delicious! We had plenty of time to look over the menu and our server was very helpful in helping us choose what sauces would go best on our "chicken nuggets" . Our food came out quickly and was just right for all of us! We came out to spend some time with my parents who were visiting for the weekend and our server provided a great experience and treated us all kindly, made us feel welcome, and served us great food! Arrived at 11:20 and asked for a booth in the bar. She tried to seat me in a booth in the back corner next to the potty. I then politely ask again and was seated. By 11:38, I had not been aclnowledged. I politely left. No wonder there weren't. Very many customers. By the way, there were many servers meandering around doing nothing. I'm a local and this is by far the worst BWW I've been to. We've tried to go to it a handful of times and it generally disappoints. I think the first time we went when it first opened was good, service and food. Every time since the fries are hard from sitting under a heat lamp maybe? 2 of the 3 sandwiches I've have the bun was hard from a heat lamp too. Twice we had good service but otherwise no. My wife and I were so pumped that we finally got a decent restaurant to eat at other than Fast food or the others that have been there forever. We made a last minute decision on Tuesday night to go eat there. Upon arrival, we waited the quoted time of 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all and is expected for a new place in town. During dinner, our server was great. She was very helpful and if she didn't have the answers to our questions, she went and got it and returned. She informed us that if we purchase 6 or 10 traditional wings, we would get 6 or 10 wings free. So, my son and I chose that route, while my wife got Street Tacos. We all enjoyed our meal. Later in the meal, we realized they have Trivia. We played that as well. My wife noticed that BWWs was going to have 10 Free Traditional Wings with Large Fries on Veterans Day. I am a current service member. We even asked our server to double check if we could order them carry-out. She confirmed. We were going to have leftovers from dinner, so I told my wife we could get those 10 for lunch on Wednesday and we could all eat again. Wednesday lunch comes around. We do just that. We went ahead and ordered 10 Traditional Wings and large fry as well as my wife's favorite Street Tacos. When I arrived to pick up, I showed the cashier my ID and she said, "oh, we aren't doing that at this location and the wings are supposed to be boneless" - so then I showed her my app and told her exactly what we were told last night by the server there. I was told they don't participate in that at their location for the Veterans Day discount. The manager came around- his name is James - and pretty could careless as to what was going on... didn't really speak to me and left his cashier to handle the issue. He was unprofessional as was the cashier - Mackenzie. Even though they didn't give me that Veterans Day deal, they still weren't going to give me the daily discount. I had to remind them. But, I'll say it again- my service will not be back. They're typical chain restaurant service came out in the day time crew. They would do better if they participated in the discount deals like many others do- it would probably be good for their business, especially since they've been open a week! THAT was clearly the problem because he had ZERO customer service himself. He started to take our drink orders and realized we had 2 tables (8) people. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They probably have 50 televisions in the restaurant, and the game I was hoping to watch, was on a main channel. The manager would not turn the game on 1 of the televisions. I said I would watch it anywhere in the restaurant (corner, anywhere) but with no reason why, they would not put it on just one of the 50 televisions. I must disagree with all previous reviews! I am a regular Bdubs customer and I was hesitant to eat here with the poor reviews but so glad we did and will definitely be back. Managers expect way too much when they give a server a 12 table section! Even a great server cannot give good service when their section has more than 6 tables. I should know! I've been in the restaurant business for 35 years! The food is awful! Have yet to be impressed and when they fire one of their best servers over a rule that not one of the servers follow well that shows they don't really care! The wings are good (hence the 3 stars). The salad was brown and was not the type of salad I ordered. We had 50 wings in our order; we received multiple containers of blue cheese, but no carrots or celery. The man at the take-out counter was busy talking on his personal phone and was annoyed when asked for utensils, etc. Don't know how the in-restaurant service is, but the take-out service was less than good. read more

I have been a Buffalo Wild Wings fan for a while now, but today truly was a five star experience for me. I am a teacher at a local high school, and today, BWW provided food for well over 130 of us, and plenty of it, for our back to school luncheon. This has been the worst experience at BWW. The server can definitely make or break it you whole experience and unfortunately April did break it. She never checked on us once our food came out to the table until she brought the check. Also, never refilled any waters or asked about alcoholic beverages. As a sports lover I hope to be able to change this review soon. Atmosphere and TV screens deserve more than 5 stars. Service less than one. When you have to search for your server or have them wait for the bartender to stop flirting with a customer to get your drink order, on an off time when the restaurant is more than 1/2 empty, turns you off. Ordered take out & excited to finally get food from there. My husband arrives & waited awhile for our order. My husband gets home with our take out to find out we had food missing from our order, our son didn't get all of his boneless wings in his kids meal, we paid extra for cheese/bacon & barely got any on the fries. We've been to this BWW location for lunch several times and always ask for Chyna to serve us...she's very good at her job. As usual, the food was good, served as promptly as possible & service was GREAT! This was not the first time however we've had to request the music be turned down so that we could carry on a decent conversation...the music was not only too stinking loud, it was something of mix between heavy metal and head banging crap! TOTALLY a mix for a late night bar, not lunchtime dining. We came close to asking for boxes to go as soon as our food arrived so we could leave to get away from the ear-banging, horrible music. The table right next to us actually thanked us for asking Chyna to have the noise turned down; apparently it wasn't just us annoyed. I don't usually "Yelp" about an establishment if negative because we all have bad days...however, this was the 5th time we'd been in for lunch & the THIRD time it was unpleasant due to the unnecessarily loud, BAD music.
