Not horrible but could have been better. Order wings + fries + Cheeseburger + fries with ranch and celery. It was not crowded at 4:30pm Wings had very little sauce or flavor. Fries were crusty somewhat cold. Only 1/2 container of ranch and a couple celery sticks. Burger was smaller than I thought, again ordered it well done and it too was cold. taste was alright, I've had better! There were NO NAPKINS included. I would give them another chance if I got a taste. Other BW3 locations have been far better. Maybe that's why it wasn't crowded. Seems with things coming back, places would show some appreciation to customers returning as well! read more

I am so frustrated with Buffalo Wild Wings. I have tried using my rewards points numerous times and if it wasn't for the darn good wings, I would have blown them off ages ago!! I have ordered through GrubHub and half my order was missing and they told me I need to contact GrubHub for the reimbursement! Does GrubHub pack the bag? The mistake was made by the staff! I could have gone to the store and picked them up that night, but it was late and I used the food service for a reason! Now, I want to place an online order for pick up but can't use the points they so kindly gave me because of the multiple screw ups. Apparently they are having so many problems with the Rewards program but can't help me in the store, it has to be online. Emailing is pointless because they never answer. I have been on hold multiple times for over 30-60 minutes and just hung up! Lot of good these rewards are if I can't use them. I talk to someone at your local restaurant and they tell me there is no way fix it and that they can't help. It's obvious when I call them that I am bothering them! No one is overly friendly. Going back to Pizza Hut for wings which are just as good and cheaper! read more

BEAWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD! If I had the choice to give zero stars I would. We went the the Fond Du lac restaurant and it was disgusting! For one thing the waitress we has was the absolute laziest and rudest one I have ever had. I was served raw chicken wings, I mean still half frozen raw chicken. When we said something to our waitress she got a attitude and asked us what we wanted her to do about it! WTF! We asked for a manager, the manager did not apologize for their mess up or anything. She just took our food away and never returned. We never were offered a discount or a refills on our drinks from our waitress or the manager. Needless to say we will never return to this restaurant again. I would NOT recommend this one to anyone! I will gladly take my business else where. read more

i would give this place a 2 start, because the waitress are wonderful. Just not quite the timing on the food service we were waiting about 1 hour and 26 minutes to be exact. we already saw a couple leave this area since they didn't get there food either. only reason me and my group are mad because we were here before other people and i get that waitresses could be taking several orders and not putting them in order for other people to get their food same time or something. but a whole group that came in about 20 or 10 minutes later then us is very unsettling since we're not getting out food first and there enjoying their food. read more

This is the worst wild wings I've ever been too and I've probably been to 10-15 different locations. I've had desert rub wings that looked like someone dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on then tried to shake them off.....twice as much seasoning as what should have been. The service seems to be lacking every time I go there. Ordered a pickup order only to arrive and find out they never even started my order on a slow night. Repeated myself 5 times over the phone...another 3 times in the store for a very simple order. Overall this location leaves something to be desired. ....won't be surprised if I have to file a charge back on my cc because they didn't refund me for the order. My best advice is go to the one in oshkosh or east town mall in madison if going for the b dubs experience. read more

We went back a couple of weeks ago and had a much different experience. It took forever to get our food. About 45 minutes. The restaurant was freezing cold. I did an online order for a kids chicken tenders with fries, the buffalo Mac and cheese, and the snack size original wings (drums) with buffalo sauce and ranch. The timing was good, I didn't have to wait long and the bartender was friendly when I went to pick up my order. But when I got back home, I gave the baby his chicken tenders, my daughter her Mac and cheese and I opened my wings... I was very disappointed. My wings had no sauce and were very plain as could be. They didn't even give me sauce to dip on the side. My baby was picking off the crust to the tenders because he was complaining it was too hard and was hurting his teeth. So my daughter and I cut off all the batter. Then, my daughters Mac and cheese looked so old and dry. She was humble and said "it can't be as bad as it looks" and just went right in.. I can see the first expression in her face was not happy. The noodles were soggy and the melted cheese was just crunchy and brown and I guess where the dish was already dried with no cheese sauce, they sprinkled breadcrumbs on it to, you know, perfect it the normal way.. expect the quality was terrible. I need up eating the buffalo chicken from her Mac and cheese since that's all was good and she ate the bread. The baby was happy with his fries and cut chicken. read more

We had a reservation for a party of 12 at 5:45 p.m. last night. We waited for 1 and 1/2 hours for our food. Many of our group had food served to them that was cold. My mozzarella sticks weren't done in that time because she was "waiting on the marinara sauce". We complained and were told that the "kitchen is really busy." No apologies. Floor was dirty and the restroom needed attention. The most entertaining part of the night was seeing the "Hailey Baldwin Bieber" look-a-like waitress. read more

My husband and I come here every few months and are always pleased with the food, and how quickly the food is served. Typically the wait staff is great as well. However, the last 2 times we have been here we have been absolutely baffled by the host staffing. Last time we thought perhaps they were training, and that's why it took them so long to figure out where/how to seat us...but tonight, several months later, the same host and hostess were working, and we were lucky that they were standing at the counter when we arrived. There were many open and clean tables, but they seemed super confused about where to put the two of us. They then proceeded to talk about what tables needed to be cleaned for an awkward amount of time before finally bringing us to a table. We were seated at a table with a direct view of the host station and proceeded to watch multiple groups come in and wait long enough to consider walking out with no one acknowledging them because both hosts would go out and VERY slowly clean tables without watching the front. We felt terrible for all of these patrons, and it basically became our topic of conversation throughout our meal. If/when we come back again, if the same duo is working, we may need to turn it into some kind of drinking game. read more

Placed a take-out order and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Not believing the Chinese take-out timing, I arrived 35 minutes later to find that my order wasn't ready yet. The pricing I was given over the phone did not match the pricing on the menu in the restaurant, WTF???? Took my order home to discover the fries I ordered must have been made the day previously, as they were lacking in any sort of warmth. The only thing sparing a lesser rating is that I was given a gift certificate for Xmas, so the out-of-pocket cost to me was only $7. I won't return. read more

In general BWW has the best wings in town, IMO, and overall, I like the place. Just a few things that keep them from scoring more stars. While their wings are always consistently well cooked their saucing is much less consistent. Sometimes it's right on, sometimes my wings are hardly sauced at all and sometimes they are swimming in sauce. Secondly, the service is super inconsistent. I've had great servers there but unfortunately I've also had more than my share of lousy, apathetic servers there also. There are a few other consistency problems that they need to fix and I tend to stick with wings and only a couple of apps so i cant comment on their other food but as for chain places, I prefer this one over some many of the other places. read more

Ordered the buffalo chicken salad and it came without the bleu cheese crumbles and red onion. When we asked the waitress she stated she wasn't sure if it was supposed to come with it, but she could get me some cheese. Then she charged us extra for the cheese. I looked at the menu and it specifically states bleu cheese crumbles and red onion. Kind of a blah salad without it and all other BWW locations that I have been to have the salad as the menu states. Waitress was nowhere to be found most of the time and food took forever. It wasn't even really busy when we got there. We've been to several BWW's and this location has been the only bad experience. read more

Aweful service. Waitress didn't get drinks and other servers had to. Then they threw my damn wings away after 45 seconds of me being outside after I forgot them and went back inside to find they were trashed. They didn't offer anything for my trashed wings. That was $9 of wings just thrown in the trash I never got to eat or take home. As a college student, I value my money and meals. I'm really not into having a paid meal thrown away because I was outside for less than a minute. Probably won't eat here again. read more

I love Buffalo Wild Wings in general but, I went here with a few friends a few months ago. 3 out of the 5 people including myself were servers at the time for another restaurant. We had the worst service from here, I don't even know where to begin with our server. Our server must have been nearing the end of her shift because she looked irritated from the minute we sat down. We were there playing trivia while we waited for our food, the server was very rude when we ordered she got us our drinks and came back immediately wanting us to order and when we told her we weren't ready she stood there and waited. When we did order she took it, again, being very rude and she didn't return to our table at all until we got our food, most of us needed refills on our drinks, our server just stood at the serving station talking about how she wasn't getting us refills to another server, we could hear her because she was only a few feet from us. All of the other servers avoided our table so we ended up going to the bar for our refills. When our food finally came out it was only half of it and some of it was wrong. We told her and she asked if we still wanted her to remake it....what kind of stupid question is that. For the remainder of our dinner she stood there glaring at us and dropped the checks off when she brought the food. We all decided we were not tipping her and leaving a message on the receipt for a manager to see. When she handed the receipts to us she stood there as we were writing the negative comments and then we also let the manager at the door know. It was the worst service I have ever had and I really hope that girl does not serve anymore, we haven't returned since. read more

If you like BWW, this is a great location. We've stopped by a few times when in town and they have always taken good care of us.

Being a new restaurant to this city, I had to try it out. I have never been to a buffalo wild wings before this visit. I came here just after 1130am on a Friday and it was very busy. The hostess was able to seat my party quickly. Our food came out after about 20 minutes. Our order was fish tacos and a chopped steak burger. There wad only one change asked of the orders and that was the kind of cheese on the burger and it came out as described in the menu instead of how it was ordered. There were a couple of problems with that. The first was obviously not getting it right the first time. The second was when I mentioned the discrepancy, the food runner had to read her receipt slip and than said I was right. The third issue is that they only serve burgers medium. With the fish tacos it is advertised as being with cole slaw, but really it is with a cabbage salad, which means it is dry and needs moisture to make it edible. Overall, it was very clean (which for being open a few weeks I would hope so), and I could see it being a hot spot to watch a game, but the food and the pricing is not great. I will give it another shot and have some wings next time and hopefully that is redeeming. read more

Since the grand opening on 8/19/13, this place sucks! The staff apparently has way too many friends and don't know the difference between work and socializing with friends and other employees. 1st visit: our appetizers came out before our drinks (how does that happen) drinks meaning water, soda & alcoholic beverages and there was no one sitting at the bar. 2nd visit: Pertaining to alcoholic beverages, specifically a margarita; 1/2 inch under the rim, unacceptable, and with no SALT! it's a margarita for Pete's sake! How do you forget salt on a margarita?! The server didn't do anything but take our order and give us our check. Everything else was done by some other person delivering drinks, appetizers & the main meal. 3rd visit: drinks were not being filled fast enough. Server just sat in the service station chatting with other employees and not focusing on the customer as he glanced over at us and clearly made eye contact. The empty boats used as plates came out halfway through the meal. If there ever is a 4th visit, it will be take-out only. This place is a joke and should've never opened in Fond du Lac. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star put I'm forced to give it 1 so I can write a review. Stick to the non-chain, better quality and service restaurants like Ala Roma & Casa del Tequila. read more
