We were here on a Thursday night and the dining room filled up after we placed our dinner order. Our appetizer took well over 20 minutes and we had to ask about it. Our food took another 20 plus minutes and half of the order was incorrect and cold. The waitress had way too many tables and she could not keep up. The food was mediocre at best with our wings coming out lukewarm. Also, it gave the whole group of 7 that I was with food poisoning. The service was terrible, I gave him 40 dollars in cash to pay and my bill that was 25 and I ask to get change but I wait around for 15 minutes after I gave him it and the guy was never to be seen. Edited review as of 10/12/2023: So I thought I'd stop in again just to see if there's been any improvement. They've got the same girl named Pam behind the bar on a Friday evening at 5:30 PM who always does absolutely as little as she possibly can. She's easy to recognize and been here for a while, I have no idea how. She got me my beer right away so I'll give her that. The bar is not busy, maybe four or five people, and she's been standing there talking to this guy for the last 10-12 minutes and people are just shooting her looks like get me a food order. This girl needs to be let go and I'm not someone who condones people losing their jobs. She is deserving of job loss though. Initial review earlier in 2023:I've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings frequently for many years and this location deserves less than one star if that were possible. I moved to Fort Collins about six years ago and have been here approximately 10-15 times. My assessment is that it is extremely poorly managed. Everyone is nice-ish but the environment and food preparation quality is trash. The beer is good when they are not having trouble with the taps but that's about it. I would recommend 100% going to the Loveland location instead. It seems like management and the staff care about the performance of their location their. Fort Collins location needs to clean house and invest in success a lot more. read more

we picked up a to go order on Saturday, August 10th. Had to be called in as their system was down. Realized when we got home there was no salad. Called and they issued a credit. Then our son bit down on something hard and we found the plastic clip from a bag imbedded into his hamburger!! Filled out a form for the corporate office and a week later no response. Okay so let me tell you how things went. We ordered our food, our servers were very nice and polite. The inside was clean and not too bad for the reviews. However, I noticed that when the waiter spoke to me, he addressed me as "sir," but didn't address my friend who is much more older than me. That was quite informal and not really professional for them to do that. Our food came quick and it was really good. We had a great time, but one recommendation that I would make is to train employees to be more respectful and to treat guests in a better manner. read more

I love going here to watch ufc. I think their food is very solid. Sometimes I feel waiters are unfriendly to the UFC's viewers when they usually spend an awful lot of money on food and drinks while watching. I often have come by myself on ufc days and have had to wait for 40 minutes before a waiter even says hello. They just walk around me like I'm a ghost! I have been here a lot both on UFC days and non ufc days and 6he quality of crowd is never much different like I sometimes hear from staff at times. We quit coming here a long time ago because the service was not good. We decided to give another try and service still bad. Unless you are drinking alcohol they ignore you. The naked tenders were VERY over cooked! $11 for 3 pieces of over cooked chicken! Asked for refill of iced tea and never received it. Finally had to stop a bus person to get our tab. By the time they were delivered, they were cold as were the fries. In addition, the wings must have been reheated previously as they were dry and hard. Worst location ever. They brought my food out 10 minutes before my wife's meal. They forgot the chips and queso. When we asked about it, they brought out queso which had been microwaved and over heated (you can see the burnt cheese is the paper cup and the texture was off). Then they told us they forgot the chips. It took another 10 minutes for the chips to arrive after the queso. This place has gone down hill fast this last year. Ordered two wing plates. One comes out then ten minutes later the other one comes out. Tables seem sticky and feel dirty. Ordered a beer and there was like 3 inches of head on it. Bartender doesn't know how to pour a beer. Used to be a good place to come. Used to be full on weekends now it's only half full. Not any more. Guess this is my last time coming here til the management cleans it up. Save yourself the agony and find another place to go. Ordered a 6 piece and only got 5. If it was possible to give a zero I would. The service has been consistently terrible. We sat down for lunch yesterday (last time EVER), it took 10 min for a server to come and take our drink order and 20 min for the two drinks to arrive (one was a soda, the other a glass of wine- not complicated). We decided to place our order right then and there due to the delay of our drinks. The food took over 30 min to arrive. This would be partially understandable (sort of) if the restaurant was full and they were short staffed. Not the case, there were 4-5 tables of customers (four tops), at least 3 servers available - all of whom disappeared after each customer interaction. We had to get the food to go vs. eating it at the restaurant because it took so long.
