Maybe because we like wings and what other options do we have in this area besides BWW, Hooters, and Wing Stop. Recently decided on to get BWW to go. I call and place my order. Was told that they were having trouble with phones, so he took my order. Went to get my order and my order was never placed. Tonight, we go. Had to get up and ask for napkins since I didn't even have any wrapped up in silverware. And when checking out I always fill out the receipts that offers discounts on your next visit. Much like everyone else, 3 stars. What they said is correct. The one thing that BW3 has over its competition is when you order the sauce on the side, the sauce sticks to the wing after you dip it. So controlling sauce/wing ratio is very easy to control at BW3. Otherwise, I don't know what it is about the atmosphere at BW3. Its not my type of place, though. But, I'd definitely hit it up if friends said "let's go watch a game and eat wings." read more

Management was cool! Without asking, gave us a free beer because the first one looked dirty. Food was good, beer was a little flat. I came here on a Friday for lunch. I wasn't too impressed with the speed. I had my wife get there before me so we could order before I got there, which she did. Yet, the food still took forever to get to us. After coming here often I think it's fair to say that BWW is a great place to go with friends to watch sports games or if you're like me, go to watch the UFC fight that you refuse to pay $50 for. Since my first review I've come on weekdays and for lunch and as long as their isn't anything huge going on you'll have friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The chain recently introduced a new dry rub spice and while I don't recommend trying it on your wings due to lack of flavor, it's great to put on your appetizers. Pretty much, pick out what sounds most appealing to you (there's only 4 options on the menu currently) and throw it on some potato wedges, some fried pickles, or whatever else you decide to wet your appetite with. As for the busy nights, I went there on game 7 of the NBA playoffs right after work and there was a 2 hour wait for a table. We decided to check out the open seating and lucked out with a table outside. There was no waiter outside so we had to go in and order from the bar directly but the wait wasn't bad. As soon as the game was over, our thing started buzzing. The other time I went was for a UFC fight. Being bored me and my friends decided to go 2 hours before the fight and grab some food and it was one of the best decisions ever. No more than 30 minutes later the line was out the door so if you decide to go to an event like this, I highly recommend showing up early or you'll be SOL. read more

When I went to this location I was very surprised. At first, we were quickly seated and received menus. Then, the host sat two other parties and the waiters served them. We wait 10 minutes and nothing. We finally got the attention of another waitress and she went directly to the manager. That's where this story becomes better. The manager, Benjamin, came over and apologized for the lack of service his employees offer. He proceed to provide us with a free appetizer and took our drink order. He personally delivered the appetizer and drinks. And, from then on kept coming back to our table to check in on us. I truly appreciate the manager taking the time to turn the service around. His employee came to take our meal order and took care of the things he was supposed to be doing from then on. And, the only thing that sticks to me is the fact that the manager made it his duty to make sure we had an exceptional time. I think that's what turned this experience around me and why I give it 4 stars because they do care about customer service. read more

This is new and just opened. You can get some wings, and regular food. The regular food is horrible. The steak sandwiches are like eating beef jerky. The fries are string thin, and they don't give you many. It has two floors plus an outside balcony. They have flat screens all over and show sports. It's an ok spot. read more

I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings around the area, but this one I will not be back to after giving this place a second try. The first time I went with a friend and although she would say it was not that bad, it would be because she is too nice. As always the food was delicious, I generally order the same thing but it was the service that drove me away. We waited 10 minutes before we were even approached to be taken our drink order, and another 10 to have them delivered. To put things into better perspective I will add that we ordered water, it should not have taken that long. Our food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but our waitress never even bothered to come back to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything. I ate my entire meal with only one cup of water because no one came by to refill our drinks. The second time was MUCH worse, I returned with 3 friends this time and was even more disappointed. AGAIN it took almost 20 minutes to be approached by a waitress, took another 15 to be delivered our WATERS. Not to mentioned we were seated next to the drink station yet it still took that long to get a drink. I could not contain my frustration this time, she never came by to refill our drinks while we waited for our food. Not even another employee walked by our table to be able to ask them or ask for our waitress. We even spotted the waitress walk across the bar to chat with another server and did not even bothered to look our way to check on us. We arrived around 9 on a Thursday so the place was pretty empty, so empty in fact that we could actually see that we were the waitress's only table so there was no excuse for the horrible service. The first time we went we had ordered an appetizer and loved it so we decided to order it again the second time. Problem was the waitress came by to deliver our drinks and just walked away, did not come back for another 10 minutes so we ordered the small appetizer at the same time we ordered our meal. Because it was a small appetizer we assumed it would be able to be delivered to us much sooner than our meal, which we also requested this of the waitress. Yet after another 25 minutes when our meal come out she brought out the appetizer with it, now isn't that just fitting. Came here on a Sunday for football due to being a northerner and wanting to see our teams. One would think this is a safe bet- chain sports bar, some football, standard experience... Wrong! Eh, my boyfriend is a sports fanatic and we have a baby on the way so I decided to take him here for father's day which also happened to be the day of the recent Miami vs San Antonio game. It was packed! The place is nice if you're into sports. Upstairs/downstairs dining area, a lot of TVs, and a nice bar. As far as the food goes I wasn't really impressed. Everything is overly priced and nothing tasted fresh. I ordered the snack size portion of wings, which doesn't come with fries or a drink BTW, and it tasted as if the wings had just been sitting somewhere then drenched in sauce to maybe mask the fact they weren't fresh! My boyfriend ordered nachos. They were huge but I could've made the same nachos at home and had them taste ten times better. I'd go here to watch the game and have a couple of drinks other than that? This by far is the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to! I love he upstairs eating area has plenty of TV's just like the downstairs part. Service was great! Food came quickly, hot and ready to devour. Waiter was really cool and even though we had a big party of folks he didn't mess up our order nor jack up our tabs like most of them do. Parking was very open and convenient which was a surprise due to Cowboys playing that sunday and it seemed like EVERY cowboy fan in fort worth came there....I still had on my Mighty New England Patriots jersey representing!!! and we won!! Got home and realized I actually received honey bbq wings, some spicy orange looking wings (I did not order), and a small onions rings (half order, really). Oh, the mistakes don't end there. If I didn't live on the other side of Fort Worth , I would have taken this lousy order back and asked for a refund. This was ridiculous. Front desk had told us at 9:15 PM we would have about an hour wait for a large group to be seated so when the hour was done we went up to the front desk and asked how much longer, they told us they couldn't sit a big group after 10:00 PM, why couldn't they say that when we first got there? This place has gone down hill. Tonight we went in and had to wait 15 minutes because they only had 2 servers (on a Saturday night). We then got seated and sat for another 20 minutes and no one had even come to the table. On top of that I had to get up myself to clean the table. Ordered wings with fries combo, chicken mac&cheese and fried pickles ..everything was room temperature by the time we got it unfortunately and only came with 1 ranch, no utensils. I love Buffalo Wild Wings so I've been to a lot of locations. This is easily the worst location I've ever been to, and I don't know how they manage to stay in business with such terrible service. Service is EXTREMELY slow. Dine in takes at least two hours. Staff is rude and purposely avoids you and their work to instead talk and joke with each other and sit on their phones. Appetizers almost always come out with the entree, so don't waste your money. They close the dining room hours before their posted closing time. Takeout always has a huge line and staff ignore people trying to pick up their orders. Furthermore, they just leave your takeout order on shelf unsupervised near the front so anybody can mess with it or take it. I've had my order stolen off the shelf and had to wait an extra thirty minutes for them to remake it, with no recompense besides a unapologetic "sorry". What's the point in ordering ahead, being given a forty minute time until pickup, only to arrive and have to wait for them to make the order after I arrive (and wait ten minutes for staff to actually help me). Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. read more

Kimberly rocks, it's nice seeing a bar tender who smiles and remembers who you are; especially since I've been coming there for more than a year to watch Red Wing Hockey games also bumping into some other fans such as Darren. There's a new bar tender named Andi who was quite nice as well, congratulations on the baby boy in about 5 months ;-) I remember watching the last year's NHL playoffs here while Kimberly was working behind the bar and she was always spot on everything, I never had to hunt her down or wait too long to have my drink refilled or my order taken. She's great and if I owned my own bar I would steal her away from this place. This place is a pretty decent sports bar and some of their food is actually quite tasty such as in my past reviews. I'll be back here for sure, likely this Wednesday to watch the Red Wings again.
