Texas Roadhouse will forever be one of my go-to steak restaurants. Their menu offers reasonably priced food and beverage options. Throughout the many years I've visited this location, the customer service has usually been exceptional. My party and I enjoyed our entire meal, and our waitress Jade and manager Lindsay was attentive and very professional. I couldn't wait to receive their signature rolls with honey cinnamon butter, which is always a highlight of my dining experience. I had a really good experience at Texas Roadhouse of course. So, I wanted to tell my Yelp family all about it I arrived a little early on a Wednesday afternoon because, I knew it would be busy because they have a special going on.The the Greeter was really nice and offered me several times if, I wanted to wait for my guest at a table. That was so thoughtful of her. Later, we were shown our table and at the same time we were shown a table we received our hot fresh rolls! Then our waitress, Emma came by and she was very helpful, understanding and patient. Furthmore, the Manager came by, introduced herself and asked if we needed anything. I also, noticed Texas Roadhouse is managed by a lot of Latinos. So, thankful my people get to work at great place like, Texas Roadhouse. I spoke with the Greeter, while I was waiting for my guest about working there and she said, she does like it there! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bites and some Mashed Potatoes. Came for the rolls , anyways. There is plenty of parking just be careful walking into the restaurant it's near an entrance from the service road. Went on a Saturday afternoon was able to get seated fast didn't have to wait at all. The rolls are always fresh and hot! Our server was great and fast. We started with a mocktail and Tater Skins. They came out over cooked. The ends were very hard. Not the best. We shared the chicken fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes with green beans, so delicious! We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and they walked us all the way to the back and seated us as close as possible to the bathrooms. When the manage came by I complained. Once again, we enjoyed a fabulous steak dinner at Texas roadhouse. You will see other reviews I've written, because every time I try a steak somewhere else, I remind myself that the steaks at Texas roadhouse are my favorite. Well, I consider myself a minor league foodie I am Fully engaged in red meat. Husband always enjoys the ribeye cooked medium. I prefer the Dallas fillet 8 ounce. The roadhouse is the only place I've been that actually knows that a medium steak still needs to remain very nicely, pink and tender and juicy interior. A Plus my two sides are pretty predictable. I love sweet potato with my steak. The yam is cooked to perfection caramelized in its own sweet sugar topped with butter the salad is better than homemade. The service is always A Plus and heavy tip well earned. Maria did an outstanding job looked over us, but didn't cover. All our fellow diners enjoying their pre-dinner appetizers look well fed. The manager denied the use of a walker to a woman using one. It was taken from her. TRH needs to know they are in violation of ADA Guidelines. This is law suit material. From the ADA website: "Space & Maneuverability: Restaurants must arrange tables to allow individuals using walkers or wheelchairs to navigate to their seats without having to move furniture or ask other diners to move." Mr. Manager, you screwed up big time. We have witnesses as to how she was treated. Additionally, fam, friends, my husband and I will not be visiting any TRH until you clear this up. I ordered my steak medium rare. It came out well done. Sent it back and never got a new steak. I went with my family of 7 and they were finishing eating and they cleared the plates from our table. I called the manager back over and told him I no longer wanted my steak since my family was already done eating. He suggested I could take it to go but that was not what I wanted. He told me he would still need to charge me for the salad and potato. That's fine but how stupid is that for a restaurant like Texas Roadhouse. Welcome in on July 4! Lively lobby, plenty of servers, still much room in the restaurant. Almost instant seating, with pleasant smiles from all, including the huddle at reception. Seated and fast service for beverages, with menus at table for quick access. Our angel waitress was Angel who was flawless. Fresh drinks just before run low(I rank 5*attention on this ). Explanation of ingredients, salads without inions, sweet potato ordered without the cinnamon. One perception whoops corrected, the lemonade was not house squeezed so I skipped that even though flyers and the banner at the to go as we entered brought it to my attention. Ordered and the salad sides were brought out before we devoured the good buns with butter. Angel saw we had emptied the 2 butters and swooped in a couple more just as needed. Also asked if we needed more salad dressing, but kudos to the kitchen plan just enough on the house salad and great a bit extra on the Caesar that appeared tossed to well coat the romaine. Then the rib/sirloin combo matched description of ribs fall off the bone. The 14oz ribeye medium was a bit less marbled (almost dry) than most, but the grilled marks and flavor was very good. No steak sauce needed (of course). The bag of peanuts was a nice aside, leaving no space this round for dessert. Payout table dohicky was ok, required scraping the code foil from the gift cards, and didn't easily locate the swipe behind the top face at start, but worked well, finishing remainder with a touch card. On that the receipt sent by email was perhaps accurate, but incomplete as it did not show gift cards used and value. It also DID NOT INDICATE TIP that was punched on the screen at one point during payout!!! Angel may have got stiffed by the company machine(??), since it does not show on the emailed receipt that was not immediately received before leaving the table. Angel was the best server I have had in months... she had assisted with a few good delivery helpers and area service manager that stopped by to say hi at salad time. Attentiveness great. Because of the checkout calculator lack of detail I may need to stop by and make sure she gets that tip or additional tip for doing bell just for the glitch. SUPER disappointed with our last visit! We have been regular diners since the Hulen location opened; however, after our experience on Monday, September 29, 2025 we probably will not return. The restaurant was not busy. There were 5 hostesses up front talking when we arrived. Waitress was VERY distracted talking to the other waitstaff. We ordered 2 of the 12 oz prime rib. One was medium rare, broccoli and baked sweet potato. The other order was 12 oz medium, fresh vegetables and mash potatoes. Both prime ribs arrived VERY well-done and dry as a bone. We sent them back. We received 2 orders of the fresh vegetables and not the broccoli order. The mash potatoes were cold; we sent them back. When the prime ribs returned, the manger brought them to our tables and was rude and did not wait to see if the order was corrected. Potatoes returned warmer but not hot. Texas Roadhouse is a joke, my girlfriend bust her butt for this company and she has to rely on tips which have been horrible lately. They pay her $2 a hour , it really sucks cause we're trying to get a house and the pay is just disgusting.. We were seated by the host (which I regret I didn't get her name) but she was AWESOME!! Super friendly and actually started the whole experience w a great note. We were seated in Ashley L section! She was GREAT. Super friendly, super cheerful, very attentive and just what a joy being served by her. She was busy but she made sure that you are taken care of. What a great experience she provided us with that night. When I was being seated, I was asked what I like an appetizer I said yes I have a coupon for one, so I told them what I want it they brought to the table we was in the process of eating them actually almost finished with them and then they came to our table saying our coupon was no good and she said this is not our coupon. It did not come from our restaurant because it does not have a barcode it was spoke with Lisa the other customers all looked at us very embarrassing so then they sent their main manager over and she told me as well that I did not get the coupon from the store and I told her I absolutely did. It had been four years prior. Well, the wife and I decided to give Texas Roadhouse another chance and to our surprise it has NOT improved. The service was great but the food lacks to be desired. Emma was absolutely amazing, I am absolutely blown away by not only her bubbly, bright and enthusiastic personality, but her speed of service is something that every server should strive for. I have over 10 years in the hospitality and service industry, and this woman really blew me away, not something that happens often. I know that speed of service is not always in the control of the server as there are always out lying factors, but she was completely on top of it, managing her entire section, drinks, rolls and our order was accurate and delicious.
