Delivery drivers worst nightmare!!! This place is mismanaged to a T. Had a small six piece delivery order with a side of fries. I get there and they say they're out of fries which is crazy for a sports bar so I contact the customer which they could've done and the customer substituted it and the staff said it would be a short few minutes. I would rate 0 if possible, first brought me the wrong soda. We had ordered 2 burgers and 2 orders of Wings. Only to receive one of the burgers 30 min later with only cheese. I asked for the sauce and pickles. He took the burger and came back with the same tray and burger but left sauce packets for me to put them on myself. We waited 5 min more and nothing else arrived. So we left the establishment. The Fremont location has issues. We generally like the food at other BWW but this one, not so much. Service is ok but what is really annoying is things coming out in stages. French fries arrived first. Five minutes later the first order of wings. My husbands wings were 15 minutes later. When we asked about them five minutes after my wings arrived and the French fries were stone cold, the waitress got snippy and said, they are done when they are done. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, & extra sauce because our food came with virtually none.... isn't BWW known for their famous sauces? The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was topped with BAGGED lettuce that was advertised as "coleslaw", and all 5 sandwiches were missing a nice dose of the infamous Nashville sauce. Not to mention, they were about half the size of the picture advertised. The strawberry lemonade tasted like strawberry daiquiri mix with extra sugar, and the Bloody Mary "sucked" to quote a friend. One star is too high! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and ate there a few times--hoping it would get better. It never did! Here are a few examples of my experiences. 1. Horrible Service. Menu doesn't match actual beer listing and wait staff don't know what they have on tap. One time they told me to go look. Once I went there as a party of one, the place was busy but had three two-seat high tops available. The hostess refused to seat me saying "It would be bad customer service!" You have to ask for a container to put the bones from the chicken wings into, and extra wipes. Servers rarely follow up with you within 5 min after the meal is served. Wife asked for an ingredient not to be included but the meal was served with it. When asked to correct it the served acted like it was an issue until we became assertive. 2. Bad Preparation. Food is often served cool, or cold in spots. Carrots and celery are dry. 3. Dirty. Tables often had sticky residue. If you're looking for a poor quality of vanilla with a side of shade-this place is for you! read more

BWW, always has some good food. Currently they have their Jamin Jalapeño sauce and man the sauce is on point. Not to mention their potato wedges with cheese and bacon . We were a group of four. We got to the restaurant at 1730 and we were seated immediately. They offered us outside seating with a free appetizer if we accepted. We didn't want to brave the heat so we sat inside. We started off with a House Sampler appetizer. This comes with boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, chips and queso dip, and onion rings. It must have been good because it didn't last long. For our entrees I had a Cheese Burger with Swiss Cheese and French fries. The fries they offer are shoestring. My wife had the boneless wings and fries. Our daughter had boneless wings and fries also and the son in law had a cheeseburger with curds and fries. My only fault with my burger is it was well done, I like my burger medium rare. My wife ordered a Bud Light Lime but they were out, I didn't see how your not ready for the evening crowd without a popular beer like BLL. We finished eating at about 1830 and we're surprised to see tables still available. The restaurant is new and therefore very clean. Service was exceptional. Our bill came to $86. Disappointing is an understatement. Ordered food from the BWW app. After checkout we realized it only charged for the appetizer and not other food. Called the restaurant to make them aware and try to place an additional order or add the originally intended items to this order. After being on hold for a long time the Manager said cancelling the order could take 30 days to refund due to being in the app. Never offered to add the wings and other food we wanted to the order, or take a second order. We even mentioned that possibility and it still wasn't offered.... so we suggest they gift our curds to someone dining in and instead of eating BWW wings and curds we ate the bill and got no food and crap service. read more

Went to eat here twice and was disappointed both times. Today especially. ALL of our food was dry and barely warm. My daughter got a black bean burger, and it was cold. Not even like room temperature cold, but cold like it was taken out of the fridge and put on a bun. The server told us our food was taking so long because we were waiting for the black bean burger. Now, I will have to say that the customer service is wonderful. They were outgoing, easy to understand, and polite. However, I was not very happy about the amount of food I received when I got an order to go. I bought a chicken Caesar salad and the bowl was less than a third full. When I have bought the same thing in Omaha, there was at least double the amount of lettuce. You could even see the bottom of the bowl. I have continued to give this place chances over and over. Tonight (at 8:15 on a Tuesday evening) takes the cake with 4 people sitting at the server station and sitting in a high top table near the bar and not even being acknowledged after 15 minutes of sitting there. Not the first time as this same exact scenario a couple months back. For a large corporation, this type of service and MANAGEMENT is completely unacceptable. Unlike so many places these days, this business is actually adequately staffed. Management and ownership NEEDS to make a change or unfortunately Fremont will lose another business. Well I understand the rating after my visit. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. 1 star is really to much -10 be more accurate. I think they need a visit from FDA or whoever makes sure restaurants are running correctly. We were there for 15-20 before the waiter even came over. We placed our drink and food order at the same time. The first thing that was brought to our table was the side of Mac n cheese that was the side to my meal. (Still no drinks -rootbeer, margarita, mojito) I sent that back with the waiter cause it should have come with the meal. We got our appetizers. (Still no drinks) finally my husband asked the waiter for rootbeer and some waters. We got those and they had white stuff floating in them. the table across from us had the same problem. We got one of the entrees. (3 people) Then the table next to us got an order..they told the waiter it wasn't theirs...guess what that was ours. Then the table next to us told us the first entree we got was on their table earlier. . Finally ended up just cancelling our order after being there for over an hour. Really think before you go there!! BTW we did talk to a manager who stated they did not expect to be so busy. They may need a better manager. If I were the manager I would have figured out what was happening that weekend in town and planned accordingly! College graduation happening. Not a lot of "nice" sit down places here. If I were to judge all Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants on this very one, I would never step foot in a B-W's ever again. They were understaffed for a holiday weekend; thus, the service was extremely slow. We were patient when our waitress told us our food was going to take longer than expected. My wife was served tepid naked wings, which she could not eat. The fries resembled wet cardboard, and my lettuce salad was as wet as if I were eating soup. When my son went to use the restroom, he came back saying that it smelled like an outhouse. When I went to the restroom, I discovered, that several lights were out. I can only assume, little boys like mine, were taking aim and misfiring. The frazzled waitress served a good tip, which we left, but we will never return to the Fremont, Nebraska Buffalo Wild Wings again.
