Honestly, my family and I sat and laughed at the plethora of bad reviews before taking the plunge and driving over to this location. We went in knowing what we were walking into to, but we were quickly taken aback when we arrived. We were seated instantly. Our server? At our table within 5 minutes to get drink orders. Our food? Out to our table in less than 15 minutes of us arriving. Our wings? Sauced the hell up. Our server was, hands down, the brightest part of the visit. She was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. I understand that ever visit and experience is different, but don't let the reviews deter you from visiting at least once. read more

An order of ten would usually be enough to be dinner, but I ate these and stopped for some fast food on my way back to my hotel. I would give half a star if able, only reason they get 1 star is because the cool calm ambience. we were sitting for 15 mins before we ordered(table of 4) a table of 3 had sat down, ordered, ate, and left before we even got our appetizer, than another 20 min before it came out and then ANOTHER 35-40 min til we got our food, the fries came out between cold and lukewarm, and then the waitress forgot my fries, those ones came out warmer than my friends did, nor did any of us get a refill but 1 person at our table and only received 2 straws. I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings late last night. A friend and I walked in shortly after midnight and stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for nearly 20 minutes. During that time, several servers clearly saw us and even glanced our way multiple times, yet no one acknowledged us or said they'd be with us shortly. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, just a typical late-night crowd. A group of people also walked in behind us and began waiting as well, yet still no one came to the host stand. We tried to be patient, but after standing there that long without even a simple greeting, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. The young male host asked if we wanted to sit closer to the bar on the high top tables, we said we would like to sit in the regular seating area as the music and TVs were extremely loud. Today I went and had 10 garlic parmesan wings, a side salad, and some celery/carrots. the wings were really good, very accurate to the thing on the menu that tells you how hot they are. all of this and a drink was $13 and some change, which seems pretty cheap to me. This place is in shambles. STINKS IN HERE! They're out of everything- don't bother asking for water, they're probably out of that too. Make sure to use the bathroom before you come. If you forget to, I'd recommend using a tree before you come in-speaking of bathrooms you can smell them as soon as you walk through the front door. You simply cannot find a worse restaurant, lazy, incompetent, poorly trained staff and a management team that has clearly done nothing to fix the problem. About every six months I give this place another chance, year after year and I just need to know the role that I play in my own suffering. Two thirds of the wait staff and bar need rehab, for one. I'm a big tipper and if the people who are arguing about who HAS to wait on me knew that, maybe going out to smoke would be less important. Maybe not. Buffalo Wild Wings must have had a change in management...because now their service SUCKS. First of all...you can't get anyone on the phone. Tried numerous times on the ride there and no one answered. We were still trying the phone line as we were pulling into their parking lot. Secondly numerous people were standing at the podium awaiting service. Thirdly we got to the counter and inquired about the phone...an employee acted as though she didn't know the phone ringer was cut down(assuming it was turned off). When I got home and looked at the wings they were very small(looked like those snack wings) and they were hard and dried out. And again couldn't get anyone on the phone. Tried several times. It's a chain, so there are certain expectations that come with a chain, but overall everything here is rather lackluster and prices are high for what you get. Many local establishments have better prices for their wings, but I was hoping to get their spicy garlic, which is a flavor I have always loved at BWW. This past visit, the spicy garlic was anything but spicy or garlicky, to the point where I asked the server if I received the right sauce. I will say the wings were of ample size and thoroughly coated, but the sauce was just not what I was used to. I was also disappointed in the amount of fries we received for a large side of fries, which I think was $6. The amount could totally fit in a small McDonalds fry bag. Our server was wonderful and attentive, but I will say that we also went on an off time (3:30). Relaxed restaurant to enjoy some great wings and the service was a huge bonus. Shoutout to Tay for his amazing customer service skills. This young man was on top of it all. There were only 2 servers, and he went above and beyond, even with us seeing that there were many tables to be waited on. Let's get down to the food. The queso dip with chili was pretty darned good with the warm nacho chips. The nojito I drank was really good, and my husband's bar drinks were great as well. Tay as well made sire to give us water while we waited for our drinks to come out. I asked to see if I could try 4 of the sauces that they have for the wings. I ended up asking him if I could have 6 traditional with 2 sauces mixed together, the habanero mango and honey BBQ. Let's just say ong I will return. Tay made sire to check in on us even when we got our food and had our refills coming. I'm glad we stopped in and definitely will return. After being seated the server told me there were "only two of us," and that should have been my hint to leave.
