Just ordered on line and ordered for my son and father in law. They both enjoyed their selections. But I on the other hand was highly disappointed! As a matter of fact so disappointed that I will never order from there again! I paid 9 something, almost 10 dollars for a chicken Caesar salad. I only got one small dressing, Not enough to cover a third of the salad, barely any Parmesan cheese and the stalest croutons I have had at any restaurant!! PATHETIC!!! Placed to go order on Sunday, March 15,2022. Ordered 2 orders of 6pc wings. I had to wait almost an hour to get my order, very confused restaurant. Lost several peoples orders. I asked for a refund and then they brought my wings out, said nothing and gave them to me. I left and made myself a promise, I will never eat there again. 1 HOUR for 12 wings? Ridiculous, and after all that, they actually charge you an extra dollar for takeout service fee. What a joke read more

I thought the place was going to be busy since there were a lot of cars in the lot, but apparently most of them were at the Starbucks on the other side which was actually very busy. When I was here a year ago there was a sewage smell coming from the restrooms and I suggested they might need a trap primer on the floor drains. I had plenty of time to stand outside the restrooms this time as nobody greeted me for over five minutes, so I can say they seem to have the smell under control. I came in wanting wings and to watch football. When I asked then to make sure I didn't order anything with bell pepper the server talked to the manager who insisted the only sauces without bell pepper were teriyaki and parmesan garlic, neither of which appeals to me. I asked her to check a couple other things which also were deemed inappropriate for my allergy. I landed on a burger and fries, should be safe. I mean you'd assume a place that specializes in fried food could make decent fries. Well, they can't. They where disgusting. I was done with my burger long before I saw the server again, so I just let her take them away. The burger was fine, nothing special. So, knowing I'd been to a few BWW before I wondered why they changed their sauces. So I looked it up. I don't think any of them have bell pepper, they all are listed with cayenne pepper. For a manager, server and kitchen staff to all fail in ingredient knowledge at this level is appalling. But then I guess workers at BWW all think ingredients come mixed in boxes to be reheated and served and they don't need to actually know the difference between a sweet pepper and a hot one. Or the difference between fresh fries and rubber. I don't know, but this is almost certainly my last visit to this chain. read more

This was by far my worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Every booth has ripped seats and definitely needs replacing or reupholstered. My bone in wings came out as boneless and I waited 35 minutes for the correct wings to come to the table, they were not busy, maybe 20-30 other people in the restaurant. Our waitress was polite but not attentive. The men's bathroom smelled of urine and obviously hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

Stopped in for lunch after Saturday errands. Was happy to find a clear parking lot and the service was very fast. On a busy day/night parking can be extremely difficult. Out waitress, Lexi was very friendly and even tried to cheer up my little girl who want feeling well. Started off by sitting us less than 3 feet away from another table both behind and in front of us. My ultimate nachos with chili came out completely cold and soggy with scanty toppings. My boyfriend & I went to eat tonight, food was great but service was complete ass. server Carrie was walking around slamming plates, didn't check on us after we got our food, forgot my boyfriends food then slammed his plate down after she brought it out, and just dropped the check down half way through the meal and made us ask for refills and then after she set the ticket down about 5 minutes later she asked if I needed a box then proceeded to slam the box on the table to me, didn't tell us to have a good night or anything. your in the service industry as I am myself I get we all have bad nights but I think it was completely un called for and wasn't very interested in doing her job tonight. other customers were talking about her slamming plates down as well and being very loud. read more

After checking in, the host literally sits other that checked in 30 min or more after me. Order comes I have 10 fries in a large order for 4.29 and no sauce on my wings that were supposed to come tossed in requested sauce. I've never had any issues coming here. Working in Gastonia, I'm able to frequent this location a lot during lunch. My food is usually never ready, I probably get there too soon anyway so it's ok. It's always fresh and hot. The servers working in the takeout/to-go area are always friendly and helpful and I'm also always greeted when I walk into the building. My favorite wings are the mild, medium, teriyaki and lemon pepper wings. I love the boneless wings in both lemon pepper and bbq flavors. read more

This is the worse service we have ever had at a restaurant. The waitresses had horrible attitudes. Waited 45 minutes to order when not even that busy. Asked for napkins, a waitress rolled her eyes and did not answer us while she walked away. Two waitresses then huddled together and stared at our table while rolling their eyes and threw up their hands. For simply asking for napkins for our wings. We will not be back and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.... The food was good, but the service sucked. Had to motion for waiter just get attention to get something. The fried pickles was AMAZING! I tried some different Wing flavors this time - Thai curry, salt & vinegar . I actually really enjoyed them. They tasted super yummy! I also got lemon pepper it was okay I definitely need them to spice up those lemon pepper wings they tasted really bland. But overall the service was great. We went to the front to see what was going on. No explanation. so we had the manager go ahead and cancel the order as by this point we are tired of waiting and are starving. We came here at 9:30 on Saturday night. This place was not busy. My boyfriends boneless wings and fries came out slightly warmer than room temperature. Same with my chicken tenders. My friend had a salad and we had to wave down the waitress to get silverware (took 5 min after we had our food) and she gave us all PLASTIC Togo forks! Took forever to reorder drinks because we didn't see the waitress often. Half of the tables food came out, a few min later the waitress came to ask what all was missing, cook ticket in hand. I pay for hot food not room temp. If I wanted to eat with plastic forks I would have gone to cookout. There's a reason why I stopped eating here, just got reminded tonight. I could literally write pages for how bad this service and food was. I don't have that much time to devote to yall but please, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Me and my friends have been coming to this establishment for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience until last night. Misty provided our table with the worst service I've ever had. She took forever to bring us our drinks, and even brought us the wrong drinks the first time. Guests around us arrived after us and still got their food before we did. She wreaked of cigarettes like every 5 minutes she would go outside and have one. When we finally got our food she slammed the plates on the down and spilled ranch all over my buddy. We even saw her drop and break 2 glasses on the other side of the store. After we paid she comes up to our table and asks us "who got the Jack Daniels?" when none of us ordered any alcohol. I think she was off the Jack Daniels herself. I got 10 garlic parmesan wings and they were delicious, the food is always great here, but Misty was awful. Made customer service look like a joke and you better believe I didn't give her a tip. That was pathetic. She's probably having a cigarette and pissing off other customers right about now. read more

I used to love going to BWW, I loved their wings, boneless wings, and seasoned potato wedges. I loved the hot sauce dripping off the wings onto the plate to wipe my wedges in and lick off my fingers. Then things changed, the hot sauce no longer dripped off the wings, in fact it didn't seem like there was hardly any sauce on them at all, the wings started becoming dry and flavorless, the boneless wings had a thick breading on them and were also dry and flavorless. Eating utensils had to be ask for or you don't get them, service has declined, no more timers on the table guaranteeing a quick meal, because that is a thing of the past. The last time we ordered pick-up the food was even worse than when we eat it in the restaurant. In fact it was so bad we called in to complain that it was warmed over leftovers from the day before. We were told by the manager that he issued a refund to our credit card, which never appeared on our card. A trip to the restaurant and another manager did get use a gift card that we didn't t want, forcing use to go back there one more time to use the card. Now that it is gone I will never go there again, there are numerous other Wing restaurants that are better than BWW's. read more

The fact that I'm the Duke proves that Yelpers are smart enough to avoid Buffalo Wild Wings or savvy enough NOT to check in. I find myself here out of necessity; there are few places that serve food after hours on a Wednesday in Gastonia.. and I skipped dinner tonight. The food isn't great, but it's consistent. The restaurant (or is this a bar?) is clean.. And the staff depends on return service, so your server will generally make some attempt to be cordial and attentive. I wish I could give this place a higher rating..but I simply don't like how generic the concept is.. It's the Old Navy of sports bars. Nothing wrong with it, if that's what you're looking for..but why would anyone look for that? read more

Despite the previous reviews, I decided to take a chance and come to BWW for a drink. When I walked in I came straight to the bar and was greeted by Tori immediately. she took our drink order. The bar was out of a few ingredients for drinks but I was able to decide on getting an ole fashion. Alot of times when I go to restaurant some bartenders cannot seem to get it right so I regret ordering it, but it was perfect! it tasted as if I made it myself and I am a handcrafted drink connoisseur myself. she took our food order and was very attentive the whole time. she had tables at the bar as well as outside tables and still made sure she was visiting us all. I ordered the wings extra crispy and I regret it because they were too crispy but that is no ones fault other than my own. Just finished up my Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, it was very good, I would highly suggest it. The bartender Brittany was great. Super nice and friendly, got me and my buddy our drinks right away along with our food menus. She was confronted by a very rude customer; he was a real SOB but Brittany still remained polite. My wife and I are selling our house nearby, and we had a showing and an open house on Friday and Saturday, respectively. So we needed a place to hang out for a while; since we like BDubs and we like the trivia game, we spent our time at this location. BDubs in general, and this place in particular, gets a bad rap, but they did an excellent job by us both days. While not fine dining, the food was prepared to our expectations and to proper temps. And the service was to the right level of attentiveness both times. Friday night, in the dining area, our server was on top of our needs the entire time, and we were also seen to by the manager and offered samples of different beers they had on special. All that, despite a crowded Friday night service. Saturday afternoon, we spent several hours in the bar area, and our server, knowing that, adjusted to the appropriate level of service, without hovering or disappearing. All in all, this location did better than others in its own chain, and more than held its own. read more
