I'm ok with that. 44 minutes later, I get my wings, still fine. Watching your bartender absolutely crush some old assholes soul that was disrespectful; priceless. As a person that helps run a bar/restaurant; I wish we had 10 of her in our location. This woman needs a raise. She crushed it throughout the entirety of my visit. I've walked out of that place twice in the past but decided to give it another chance because my kids wanted to go. We'll it was horrible. The server was nice but completely clueless. He kept saying he had to go ask the manager. And a few of them times he said he couldn't find the manager. Our drinks, which were only 2 took a good 20 minutes. Mind u there was only a people at the bar and a few 2 tops in the whole place. The food took longer than it should have and one of our orders was not put in so we got that when we were leaving. U would think maybe we would have got a discount or something. And lastly it was soooo cold in there, so uncomfortable. Cloey was by far the worst server/waitress i have ever had at this establishment. Generally this is one of my favorite places to go for sports games but this has changed my mind. I had come in with a few people and although it was a busy night it took 30 minutes to get our drinks and at least 20 minutes per refill. We had asked to wait on getting our bill because we were going to hang out, order dessert, and keep drinking and finish watching the game and she just brought us our bill and disappeared. I've been here twice. Both times I've gone have been for online order pickups. Each time I went my orders were missing several items and the restaurant was a complete disaster inside. Every table not occupied was covered with dirty dishes and not bussed and no one ever greeted me at the door. Biggest issue is that I had to tab out and leave a "sports" bar to go watch a clinching NBA playoff game, but plenty of TV's had lotto on them. Asked them to change and was told they were preset. The absolute worst service. From the time we entered moat employees had a terrible attitude. The hostess acted like she couldn't be bothered, then I had to ask the bartender if she served us, or if there was a waiter because we had waited for so long. The bartender was completely offended that I interrupted her social hour. I noticed later she actually did wait on other tables in the bar area. Well i cant really comment on the food but the management of this place seems really poor. We walked in, place was less than half empty. We're told they couldn't even seat us for thirty minutes "at least" because the kitchen is backed up. They are the only restaurant in town still open late on a Sunday. This BWW has been the anchor business for this center. The other offices has never been occupied and BWW is the only business that keeps the parking lot filled with patrons. The wings has been very consistent with all other BWW restaurants. The Sports variety has been limited at times and to get them to change it has been difficult. The staff is good and friendly, the atmosphere is typical of a sports bar. The bathrooms are kept clean during our visits. All in all its a good place for beers wings and sports on Tuesdays and Thursdays read more

Congrats BDubs. You have successfully pulled off the rare trifecta - bad food, bad service, and bad management. I ordered the boneless wing special, and once they came - I was quite surprised - 8 of the 12 boneless wings were so small, they were smaller than McDonald's McNuggets. And barely covered with sauce. I wanted to tell my server/bartender Keith - but no where to be found. (Someone else brought out my dinner). Fast forward 10-15 minutes or so, still no Keith. The manager came around, and asked how everything was - and expressed my thoughts about the dinner and showed her the size of the wings. Desire to make things right? Not quite. She said "they were much bigger yesterday" (thanks for confirming my thoughts) and she would relay it to others...wow. Thanks for brushing me off. Keith comes back about 5 minutes after the manager, and gets busy talking to his co workers. Complete with that, he then starts to load the glass rack in front of myself and another couple. All of us had empty drinks, and the other patron had to get his attention to even acknowledge us. This visit to BWW is by far the worst I've had in the 20+ years I've been going to various BWW. Congrats, my money (personal/business) will no longer be spent at BWW, no matter the location. If you are in Gaylord, there are many better options. *update*. I received a response from an ex employee, apparently still burning from over a year ago. I did receive an offer of a gift certificate from the general manager, a day or two after - which I politely declined. I've been to many, many BDubs after this, and have been totally satisfied. SOOOO first, me and my friends went here and they said a "15 minute wait" that was actually a 45 minute wait.... we had 6 people. secondly, we had ordered some waters and my friend said "excuse me can i get a new water? this one has flies in it." the waitress said "oh you mean the fruit flies..." and gave her a stupid look. third, we waited close to an hour to receive our food. the place wasn't even packed. Went on a Tuesday night, very busy. Still received prompt service. Allie was our waitress. Our food arrived in a very timely manner, and was very delicious. Traditional wings were completely covered in sauce, French fries were fresh. A very good experience! Updated on May 25, 2017. Wow! Went on a Thursday night. Got seated within our preference. Casey was our server, and he provided the best service I've received anywhere. Prompt but not annoyingly hovering. Very polite, sir, ma'am. Our food only took about 15 minutes and did not disappoint. The boneless wings were big and meaty, with plenty of sauce. Our drinks were replenished at the perfect times, and we even received to-go cups to take our full beverages home. Stopped in for dinner tonight on our way home from Boyne. They didn't seem terribly busy. First noticed a slushy mess in front of the door inside -- there was snow on the ground but none falling. Several of us almost slipped and fell. We waited by the door for probably 3 minutes before we were greeted. Later observed the girl that greeted us just standing around in the back and checking her phone. We waited another 3-5 minutes before anyone took our order, then probably 20-30 minutes for our food. However, as is quite common amongst various chain restaurants, the quality of the food can vary greatly (from one location to the next and also one day to the next), and this place is no exception. The actual taste of the food items is usually consistent but the actual freshness can often differ with food coming out cold or with the thought that it may have been leftover from earlier in the day. Worst service and respect for keeping customers safe during COVID. A server with purple and teal hair who was training someone was wearing her mask as a chin guard. When we asked if she could please wear the mask over her face she gave the bull answer that yes she technically should wear it over her face but she can't breath in it and people can't hear/understand her. Then we could hear her talk smack to the other servers at their pos station about us and our waitress, who also had purple and teal hair started wearing her mask as a chin guard when coming to our table. Maybe if she wore her mask we would've not heard them talking about us or see the smirks they gave each other while our waitress walked away from the table.
