Date of visit: 8/20/23 Most of the BW3s in the area have closed because of poor service, lack of staff, or a combination of those two, so it was a fun little treat to come here when we were in the area. Sadly it was a mixed bag in terms of the experience, though I certainly have had worse! We waited a while to be served, with no one around at the front of the store upon our arrival. It was so long that I was looking up other restaurants in the area to consider before Jazmyn appeared. I found out later that there appeared to be all of three staff people here at this time. Food was decent, not amazing, and just made me miss the golden age of Buffalo Wild Wings when the place was full of people and the food was outstanding. I had teriyaki boneless wings and I did score one extra wing (11 instead of 10) and so that's why I went three stars instead of two, and the food did reheat well later, so that was nice. read more

But the hostess and waitress were both so slow I might as well have gone to France for dinner. But at least the food was mediocre! It was lukewarm and dry by the time we got it. The cheese sauce had solidified. Some of the sauce cups were significantly less than half full. But at least it was expensive! I wish I had read these reviews before placing an online order. 45 minutes from order to receipt of food (in restaurant). Once (about 5 min into my 30 min onsite wait) a employee said "it's not ready yet". Nothing further... in fact the woman was not seen again until she came out with my (and three other) orders about 40 min later. Spoke with the manager on duty - she said there had been a problem with my order and they had to re-make it. When I suggested that communication would have been nice - she said, "I thought she did tell you." The bag was "sealed for your safety and satisfaction" so no easy way to confirm the correctness of the order. Also noticed (later) that no one had signed off on the "checked by" line. The fries were cold - not cool, cold! Like they had been packaged when the order was placed (45 min prior) There was supposed to be 3 sets of carrots/celery, and 1 container of ranch dressing. In fact, there were two containers of ranch dressing and NO carrots/celery. The restaurant was nearly empty (3 tables in use?). At that point the vibe was already off, so we decided to just do takeout instead. It was the day before my birthday, so I asked if they could do anything special. The waiter said they offer six free wings for birthdays and that since it was only about an hour away, he'd still do the deal. He even put the order in. Then a few minutes later he came back and said his manager told him they couldn't do it because it wasn't technically my birthday yet, so they cancelled the order. I get following policy, but it just added to how unwelcoming the whole experience felt. Our food came out, and by then me and my friend were just ready to leave. We drove almost 20 minutes back home, only to realize they completely forgot my friend's order of wings. At this point it's around 11:30 p.m. We tried calling to get a refund since we didn't have enough time to drive all the way back, but after being on hold for several minutes, the call just disconnected with a robot voice saying no one was available. This location is trash!! Mistakes happen but the goal should be to keep them to a minimum. This is especially important when dealing with people that are spending their money at your establishment. I thought that they had shut down. I would've never placed my order had I known it was coming from them. My All American Burger came with no buns. That's right, only a patty. I enjoy going here but tonight was a forgettable dinner. Table was dirty, I had to go ask the bartender for wet wipes to clean the table. I also had to go get silverware from the bar as well. When my order came they forgot part of the order. My chicken sandwich was two tenders thrown on a bun. Then when I took a bite, it was cold and so were the fries. The most unprofessional, incompetent restaurant Ive ever had the displeasure to engage with. I ordered a meal on July 17th and later had to cancel the same. It's been a long time since we've had bw3's so we were hopeful. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered two buffalo ranch chicken wraps and NEITHER of them had ranch. So they were dry as hell. We also ordered three large ranches and they were all wrong. We received three southwest ranches. The southwest ranch is good, but it's not what we ordered which is frustrating. Hey it's Buffalo Wild Wings! To be fair, I have been to some other ones I will never go back to. However this one is very clean, quick, and friendly. The waitress was super nice and attentive and did a great job. The food came out good as we expected. The biggest thing for me is that the whole place was very clean.
