Outstanding service by Apexa and absolutely incredible food! We came in with a large group of 15 people, and IVR handled it flawlessly. Our food came out super fast, everything was hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and the staff was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The food was next level. The beef birria pizza was unreal rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The honey garlic cauliflower was a surprise favorite, crispy with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. We finished with tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and the perfect ending to the meal. Paired it all with a sangria and it was perfection. Honestly, some of the best food I've had, period. I've visited IVR Bar several times and realized I never submitted the review I wrote. I'm happy though because after several visits I have more qualities to cover. Warning this will be a long review as a result. My review does have a few recommendations based upon my experience and one negative in #5. 1. Food The food here has consistently been very good. One of our favorites is their butter chicken pizza served on naan bread. It comes with extra butter sauce for dipping, and the flavor and consistency is so good. The pizza is full of chicken and a nice amount of cheese. The only thing I'd recommend is serving the side of butter sauce hotter. It's always much cooler than the pizza, which I've experienced more than once. Their naan bread is always soft and fresh. We've tried both the garlic naan and cheesy naan and both are so good. Buffalo wings and birria tacos served on naan were all delicious. The meat was seasoned and the rice was very good as well. The honey garlic cauliflower appetizer is tasty but the portion is quite small for $14. You'll see the serving spoon in the photo for scale it shows how small the serving is. I think lowering the price could encourage more people to order it. For $14 you might as well get some wings or a 1 topping pizza! 2. Drinks They make excellent drinks. I've had multiple martinis here and have never been disappointed. My husband ordered a Hennessy sidecar that was also very good. I went for their Thursday ladies happy hour where martinis are $5. The only drawback is that only a few specific flavors are included: blueberry, apple, cosmopolitan, and dirty martinis. I had a pineapple lemon drop martini there and hoped to get it again for the happy hour price, but it wasn't included. I think it would help if they advertised which martinis are included in the happy hour promotion so customers know what to expect. 3. Service Service has always been good during my visits. I've never had a bad experience with the staff. The dark skinned host has seated my family several times and is always friendly and welcoming. We're always seated immediately because they're never busy when we go. 4. Atmosphere & Entertainment There's usually about 2-3 other parties in the dinning room and a few patrons at the bar when I've visited. The lighting is dim and the vibe is relaxed. They have plenty televisions throughout the dining room and bar. The dining room has a 4 way TV in the center. If you're into sports they don't miss. They also have a few slot machines near the bar. 5. Cleanliness Overall cleanliness has been acceptable, but there are a few things that could be improved. I have noticed gnats on multiple visits. It's not a swarm but they are noticeable. More so this time with multiple sweet martinis at our table. With them using fresh fruit and syrups for cocktails, I imagine that isn't helping. The bathrooms appear to have been updated and look nice. There wasn't any odor, but the trash can could have been emptied or pushed down. 6. Menu & Communication One area where they could improve is marketing. Their website and social media advertise events or specials without explaining the details. For example, the flyer in my photos show tacos and tequilas night. With flight of tequila samples and tacos for $65/person. How many tacos and tequila samples does one get? How much tequila per sample? What would I be paying for? More social media presence, photos of their food in the happy hour posts and more details of specials would bring in more customers. I'm a Yelp and social media lady! I do a little research before deciding on new spots. I'm not scrolling through 20 posts a restaurant shares to get to food videos or images. I expect the to grab my attention immediately. It's so close to many big offices, factories, and various businesses. They should be busy always. I've seen multiple restaurants come and go in this same building over the last 12 years. I'm hopeful they'll be more present to increase their customer base. Another improvement would be adding more vegan options. When I was avoiding meat and dairy earlier this year, I noticed they listed the Garlic honey cauliflower online as vegan but it was labeled vegetarian on the menu on the table, which could be confusing for someone strictly following a vegan diet. 7. Loyalty Program One thing they do very well is their rewards system. They track points through your credit card, and we've received $5 off simply from returning. That's a great feature that more locally owned restaurants could learn from. So you're wondering if I would go back? Yes, I plan on it. Although I'm hopeful they consider my recommendations. Would I recommend it? Yes the food is good! The service is good! I've never had to wait! If you've never tried Indian food before this is a great place to start. They serve familiar foods with Indian flavors which may be helpful with easing in. read more

We stopped in not too long ago on a weekend for lunch. First of all, there is ample parking and it's located right off the interstate, so it's very convenient. Once inside, I really liked the vibe. This is a spacious sports bar with plenty of different seating options indoors and it looks like an outdoor patio well (closed for the winter). The food is Mexican and Indian fusion, though some items are Indian only and some items are fusion. There are a few items ( the soups and salads) which don't seem to fit in either category; I'd suggest this is one area to improve the fusion offerings. Overall, though, the menu looks appealing and appetizing. Our server was fantastic; she was friendly and attentive and super kind. Kudos to her (and I'm kicking myself for not remembering her name). Folks of all ages were there, families, adults, couples, etc. We ordered guacamole chaat (who can resist chaat) as an appetizer and then ordered our main dishes. The guac chaat was pretty good, we enjoyed it, but it was also missing something, and I think it was because I couldn't taste the mint or tamarind chutney in the dish. I ordered the chicken tikka tacos with naan and it was delicious. The dipping sauces were good but it wasn't nearly enough - I ran out before finishing the three tacos (see from the photos). Otherwise, they were good-sized portions and a hearty meal. A dinner companion ordered the chicken tikka tacos with corn tortillas and we swapped to try the corn vs. the naan. For flavor, I preferred the naan. Another person ordered the lamb biryani which was flavorful, and another member of our group ordered butter chicken with naan. The butter chicken was nice and the naan was light and crispy. I sampled each item and each was tasty. There is so much I'd like to sample from this menu. I'll definitely return. read more

I stopped here on a Saturday night, I was solo, this was right next to my hotel. I had some chicken wings and a nightcap. A couple of gin and tonics. The bartender was super friendly. He recommended the monkey 47 Gin for my second drink and it was delicious. Nice ambience, they do have some patio seating, it was quiet in there because it was getting close to closing time. free parking, clean bathrooms. The kitchen is open and almost until closing time so that was nice. Some late night eats. Sometimes you need a chicken wing. read more

You need to check this place out if you like great flavors! Been here twice now and will definitely keep this spot in the rotation of regular places to frequent. The Indian inspired dishes are delicious. Even though it's a fusion spot, the flavors are authentic and the Indian and Mexican cuisines work well together. The fusion food was ok, but what really stood out were the Indian dishes. Wings were standard, favorite sauce was the Buffalo Manchurian. The chicken naan nachos were good. Ask for some hot sauce on the side. The butter chicken was delicious. All this was plenty of food for two adults and made for a nice meal later. Come try the food, and enjoy the great service! I drive by IVR daily on my way to work, and finally stopped in. My friend and I split the cauliflower app and the butter chicken pizza. We loved it! The cauliflower was perfectly crispy and the inside was not mushy! The sauce that came with the pizza was also very good. The naan crust was probably my favorite part, if we had been hungrier we would have ordered naan separately as well. Lots of items on the menu were appealing so we'll definitely be back. Went here for lunch to give it a try. We ended up sticking to the starters this time around. The highlights being the shrimp and the sauce that came with the cheesy garlic naan. The samosa had an interesting flavor within the pastry but gets hidden when you add either the tamarind sauce (sweet) or cilantro sauce (spicy). Service was good but it looked like they had one person as the hostess and waitress, so when the lunch rush hits it could slow down. read more

This is one of the easiest 5 stars I've given out in awhile. This place is fantastic! I'm so happy we gave it a shot. The service was attentive and friendly, from being seated, to served, to being checked on. My wife and I each got two drinks and all of them were excellent. Really nice mixes of ingredients that fused together perfectly. And the food! We got an appetizer and two entrees (and took plenty home). The guacamole chaat was a great spin on the Mexican classic. I was particularly excited to try the butter chicken pizza on naan crust. I've long been on a hunt for butter chicken pizza and found a winner! The lamb biryani was great too. IVR BAR is a fresh take on ethnic fusion and cocktails. Previously home to the point burger bar, this revamped location is a great new beginning for the spot. They are very well staffed with a pleasant crew. I came in for a late lunch and had boneless wings with Buffalo maharaja sauce. The chicken was done well and I enjoyed the subtle hint of Indian undertones. The provided ranch sauce was also very good and I think made in house! The bar as well appointed with whiskey, wine, and tequila along with some pretty general beers . This certainly would not be considered a beer bar, but more of a cocktail and spirits kind of deal. Overall, service was top notch and the food was pretty good. Drinks were refilled promptly and we didn't have to ask. They offered. They also checked on us several times to see if we needed anything but we didn't feel rushed at all. I wasn't a huge fan of the thin crust pizza, mostly because of the flavor of the sauce and ultra thin layer of cheese, but that might just be personal preference. The medium level spice on the biryani wasn't very spicy at all. I asked about it to gauge which level to order and medium seemed right. Wish I had gone one level up. It had a very mild heat. The cucumber sauce was a bit strong for my taste. The samosas and garlic cheese naan were very good, although I expected the naan to be stuffed with garlic and cheese (as the menu said) rather than coated on top. The tikka sauce served with it was good. The tamarind sauce was good but very very sweet. The green chutney was good. Those were served with the samosas and also the birria coconut korma enchiladas, which were good. We were told by our server that the naan is made fresh to order in the kitchen and baked in a clay oven which is good. Definitely a good thing. It might be nice to see different options for flavors on the menu items. Like birria on the nachos or in the burrito which would be straight Mexican. Or some additional Italian fare. Maybe shrimp Alfredo pasta in addition to the chicken option. And perhaps add a couple other options which could be tried out as a special of the day to see if they catch on and then added to a seasonal menu. Like a pasta primavera. Chicken parm or a meatball or other sandwich of some type. Might draw in other types of diners due to the varied options. One very last comment is on the black paper napkins. They look great but if you spill something on your clothes and try to wipe it off, the black dye comes right off onto your clothes and leaves your clothes in a far worse situation. I know the restaurant is new and just opened January 2025, so they'll figure things out. So far things look promising and people are showing up! We will certainly give it another try. The bartender never smiled once or exhibited a modicum of positive energy during my meal. She delivered my check without asking me if I was finished, nor attempted to upsell me dessert. The 2 different varieties of tap beer that I had were both warm and flat. The beer tasted like the lines were due for a cleaning. The beer glasses were streaky. My lentil veggie bowl was clearly microwaved. The rice was so dry. The naan was decent. The bartender and a manager stood at the opposite end of the bar to watch me leave without thanking me or asking me how my experience was. OMG! THE lamb chops made me so happy and garlic naan bread was the best meal I had in a long time. The lamb chops were so good served piping hot with a yogurt milk poured on top gave the dish a new level. I love the food here it was so good.
