Wow, a 2 star average with 70 reviews...brutal! Anyway, met up with some friends here for a Bucks playoff game & were told a 20 minute wait for a table. But, there were dozens of open tables & we were the only people waiting....Apparently, the staff was worried about the kitchen being overwhelmed & decided to not seat anymore guest until the kitchen caught up. *Visit 30 August* This is another restaurant that I have frequented almost a dozen times and have yet to a review until today. I am confused on the low rating of the store, but probably in the past service could have been slower than usual during peak hours, but I have only encountered one mistake with my order which was quickly rectified. BWW introduced a new menu a few months ago and it is a nice update. The hatch green chili queso is a nice addition. Also, new menu items such as hand breaded chicken strips, Nashville hot chicken and southern fried chicken sandwich are another welcome addition to the menu, however I have only tried the Nashville hot chicken. During our visit this time, the wife had her usual parmesan garlic wings and we shared the green hatch queso, very tasty. BWW has a winner with their Nashville hot chicken sandwich! I am not a big chicken sandwich fan but this one was the best I have had in a long time, and I will be ordering this again...soon!! Nashville hot show to on the upper hot scale, but it is nothing more than the spicy garlic or below on their scale. Cal was assigned to our section and I found out some interesting information with regards to his second career, you should ask him. Anyway, it wasn't overly busy and since chicken needs time to fry we passed the time with our appetizer and college football. Service here was terrible. Walked in and nobody greeted us once. Another family was also beside us and they were there before us and no one had helped them either. After 20 minutes of standing, meanwhile all the employees could see us and looked at us, someone finally came over and sat us. This last time I tried the chicken tacos and was insanely impressed (they are packed with chicken, loaded with toppings, and have a bold flavor)! Despite the SOLE bartender being clearly overwhelmed (I went without silverware for my meal until I asked and the guy next to me audibly said, "Jesus Christ" as he sat unattended for 5+ minutes) she was in good spirits. Though, dropping stuff and tossing receipts and leaving all of the above on the bar floor was ridiculous unprofessional... The fries are consistent and tasty, the wings are tasty but less than consistent; some times drowning in sauce, sometimes nearly naked. I really don't get anything else here; if I want a burger, I'll go to a burger joint, not a wing joint. Lastly, their "seasonal" Central Waters draft beer was Mudpuppy Porter, an exceptional brew that quickly showed the quality of their draft lines: awful. An Hour Lunch Break is Not Long Enough! I decided to give this location another shot after they burned me several months ago. Big mistake! My order of Naked Tenders came out FORTY-FOUR MINUTES later, which meant I didn't have time to, you know, eat my food. When I brought up their "15 minute or it's free" guarantee the server talked to the manager... and gave me 25% off. *rolls eyes*. We stopped going here for "after game dinners" with our football, baseball, and basketball teams because the service was always slow and rarely correct. Local places in Germantown offer more menu variety and just as many televisions for games. I placed a to go order today at 6:00pm. It was supposed to be ready around 7:10 (over an hour for a to go order but it's a college bowl game day and busy, I get that). I go to pick it up at 7:10. It's not ready. I wait 10 more minutes then ask how much longer it will take, "should I come back later?" The cashier responds you might want to go and come back, it's going to be a while. I proceed to cancel my order, which has been paid for, and ask to speak to the manager and have my payment refunded. After 20 more minutes the manager (who was very professional and very apologetic) took care of everything. During the 30 min I waited there I saw 3 tables send things back and multiple tables waited 10 min before being waited on, one table left before anyone helped them. The orders of snack and small boneless wings were given to me free of charge but for all of the waiting were completely cold and still wasn't correct - I have to laugh about that. I will never return to this place. The service has continued to disappoint. Our team functions will continue at Barley Pop, Brisco County, or Bubs, but never again at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

When I took a bite of my food I found a long nasty hair. I then went to eat the other half of the item as I found more hair. The wings are just okay, definitely overpriced for what I'm getting. My big problem though, they send you home with "extra ranch" and there's less than a tablespoon in each of those cups. My wife and I came in here tonight to order some food and drinks and had the most wonderful experience that we have had in a very long time coming to a Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. Our Bar tender, Jessica was very friendly, knowledable and always available and when I asked her to come up with a drink to make me, based on my preference of alcohol, she made the best drinks! All around, it's hard to find good servers and wait staff and bartenders today and I'll have to say that after my wife and I going out to eat 3 times a week, Jessica deserves to be recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and friendly wait staff that we have experienced and Buffalo Wild Wings should be so lucky to have her as an employee!! read more

Location: Menomonee Falls/ Germantown. Time Delivered: 7:20pm, Originally Expected: 6:15pm If I could I would give this experience a zero, I would. We ordered through Grub Hub, who was an hour late. It took 10 minutes to arrive from pick up time. It is winter and cold weather outside. I also want to note: some people who deliver from Grub Hub seem to have warm grub hub bags. This person just brought the bags themselves to the door. We got 2 orders of chicken strips with fries for around 8-9$, they came with 3 chicken strips and lots of fries. We also got 2 burger meals for $12-13ish with fries included. Chicken Strips: The meat inside was great, real chicken and moist. The breading looked amazing and crispy, but was a let down by the amount of grease soaking it. My fingers were covered in grease and my tummy was feeling sick. We did not finish the 2 meals of chicken tenders. Burgers: The burgers at first glance were very small for the price, they were double patty's, but tiny bun and small patties. Please note we are a dairy free family, and did not have cheese. The burgers were dry and hard and flavorless. The lettuce tasted like it was soggy and old. They barely spread any ketchup or mayo, so thin there was no taste. Worse burgers of my life. They were supposed to be one of there top selling items. We did not finish the 2 meals of burgers. Fries: The fries were cold, rubbery, and greasy. They tased like they came directly out of a fridge. Double the amount of fries in chicken strip meals even though they were way cheaper. Not that it mattered as we threw away most of the food. Price: $51.17 4 meals 2 adults, 2 kids/toddlers No kids meals offered, from what we could tell. No drinks included even. My husband and I have tried this location twice now. Both times, while our servers have been nice people, the service itself has been cruddy. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is (the first time we visited it was dead quiet, second time it was standing room only) the food and drinks seem to take 20+ minutes to come out - so if something is wrong on your order (as happened with us. Both visits.) You will be spending around an hour just for your food. Plus, they ALWAYS seem to be running out of beer of some kind or another. Our first visit our waitress mixed up boneless with classic, and when my husband finally got his boneless wings they were way over-sauced. The second time, I ordered naked wings with buffalo dry rub. They came out completely unseasoned and when I asked about it I was told that I was wrong and that there was seasoning present... So they said they'd bring me some extra dry rub (which resulted in 20 minutes of waiting while my food got cold) and then I had to season the food myself. I am not typically a difficult customer; I don't act rude to my servers and I typically over-tip and put up with slow service, but this was obnoxious. I sincerely hope the managers are reading my review - this restaurant is on the wrong track for being newly opened and if it continues on this route it will become a dump just like the Mayfair location. So I asked very nicely to have them make it again. So he took it and came back in a minute and told me "we would make it again, but it'll taste the same it's a recipe. If you want you can pay for another one and we can make you something else?" You are fucking kidding me?? I bartended for 2 years. When someone asks you to make another drink because they can't taste booze, you suck it up and make another drink. Extremely rude. Food took over an hour to get to us. And when we got the food. We didn't receive silverware. So we had to wait another 2-4 minutes for silverware. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the TVs are everywhere. Since the food takes so long you can watch tv. Other then that I have nothing positive to say. Whoever owns this Buffalo Wild Wings better get off his/her high horse and actually train their employees. I feel awful for some of the employees that are actually really trying to make the customers have a good time. It's not there fault. The manager and the owner needs to be here training at all times. Got there and checked in at 6:19 pm, was told they were very busy (that was obvious as there were about 12-15 people standing around the take-out counter, all waiting for their late take-out orders), and it would be another 15 minutes. Over an hour later, still no take-out order ready. At the 1 hour, 10 minute late mark (again, this is for take-out), I asked to cancel the order. Received a free snack coupon for my troubles, to be redeemed during my next visit. I ordered their signature Caribbean chicken sandwich which I immediately sent back as it was not edible due to the overwhelming spices. Sadly, I must agree with others in that the service here is, unfortunately, terrible. My food, time and time again, never comes to me hot - always room temperature or semi-cold. Service is where I have my biggest point of contention. It's wildly slow with one tableside check in, if I'm lucky. If I ask for sauce or a refill (shouldn't have to ask for a refill to begin with), it takes forever. The food will come to you as it looks in pictures but it might be cold and it might take a bit longer than you want. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and I've had better experiences. read more
