This new concept from BW3 has been opened up for a few weeks and I've been dying to come. My biggest complaints from their normal locations are the wait, and table service you receive. They also had other issues like consistency and quality. I'm sure many people are grateful for this concept. It immediately felt like I was stepping into a wingstop, since the layout here is very similar. That may also have to do with how narrow the space is within this strip center located in front of Kroger. They serve wings, tenders, combo meals, some apps, a chicken sandwich soft drinks and thats about it. A pretty brief menu. If you're wanting a meal, its a better deal to get the "bundles", and a fountain drink is only $1 more. They also will sell sauce bottles, like the full size locations, but I didn't see any advertising for it. I ordered the 10 pc traditional bundle, with 2 of my fav sauces, honey bbq and mild. It comes with fries, celery and carrots. They don't give celery and carrots to every customer, even though the menu clearly states it comes with the bundles, so you may have to ask. Fries come out hot, like the chicken, but they're just their regular frozen fries. Wings are quite large right now. I'm guessing due to supply shortages because BW3 wings are typically much smaller. A few other issues I noticed: No napkins set out for customers. No iced tea, not even on the soda fountain. Only 1 unisex restroom for employees and guests. Overall. I'd still come back and will probably even be a regular because the alternatives for wings in the area are pretty bad. I've been to this place countless times because they were better than most other BWW. These kids they are leaving with no supervision, who are partying and staying on there cell phones all the time is running this business down. Instead of cooking the wings when ordered, they are so into their phones that they cook the wings and let it sit until someone orders or wings overcooking because they are on their phones. That the chicken given is dried up and hard, unable to bite into it, no meat on it. But they will cover it in sauce, as they have done mine for the 2nd time. This is understandably horrible and I have to admit that I will not be going back to this location at all. read more

I ordered boneless wings through Uber Eats with Parmesan Garlic and Hot BBQ. Half the wings showed up without sauce. When I contacted the store they said it's because they didn't have Hot BBQ (even though it was an option). Literally any sauce would have been better than leaving them with nothing. read more

It's misleading to come here. It's not a real Buffalo Wild Wings. It's just a quick stop. I was so mad I wasted a Lyft ride to this place. This is basically a dedicated pick up version of BWW. If that's something you like more power to you. If I want my wings to go I just order them. Most of the time I want to sit down and have some drinks and eat. This place doesn't offer that. read more

Bad service. It takes forever to get your food even if you order online. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food

Ordered Thai Curry sauce online and paid for it. I went to pick it up and they said they didn't have it in stock. Then why accept and confirm the online order ? This is terrible. read more

I went in tonight 11/11/23, I was picking up a grubhub order to deliver. The man behind the countertop, who I have seen working before, and ignored me then, decided to do the same tonight. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, the young man, where the brown none work shirt, was on his personal phone, talking to them for over 3 minutes, then another call came over the main phone, so he grabbed that. There was a lady to the left of me who was already done paying and was waiting for her order, she said she was done and to go ahead and go, as I say there waiting and waiting, this young man refused to help me. He helped another younger man with a drink cup and the same to the lady to my left , after he was done he just looked outside and I proceeded to ask him if he was going to acknowledge that I was there, and after I said that he decided to get rude with me and said that he was helping other people when he was already finished with these people. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to help me and I said well I was there for an order for pick up and he said that he wasn't gonna give me that order. Now I would of caused a scene but I didn't and when I walked out I told him that he was racist and walked out. How can you be in customer service if you can't even acknowledge that I was there right in front of you, even moved closer to the counter top to show him that I had been waiting with no help. I called grubhub and complained, and also sent a message to corporate. I would stay far away if you are white, cause they don't treat us right since all of them are black working. Such a shame that he couldn't acknowledge me and to top it off, got upset after I had said something about him being on his personal phone. Won't be going back. read more

The food was OK far from spectacular. My complaint is about customer service. It seem as though there is no supervision of a staff of high school students in the facility. My order was incorrect and I was not able to get a manager on the phone to address the issue. My advice to anyone ordering from this location, make sure your order is correct before you leave because if you try to call, the phone may be picked up and hung up in your face the 1st attempt and the 2nd would be someone saying, thank you for calling can you hold and never come back to the phone. read more
