A place like this should have better leadership to ensure things run smoothly. Brewingz really needs to consider bringing in new staff and management that can create a more professional and well-run atmosphere for customers. Horrible service! The waiter kept forgetting our orders, and they were not checking on us as well as it could have been. Our cup of waters went low and we asked for more and it took him 10 min to come back with just a couple of waters. Food was decent but could have been better, fries were room temperature. I typically do not eat at chain restaurants, but after helping a couple clean up after a baby shower, they invited me to this place, so I decided to tag along. I had never been to any location, so why not? I think though, my standards for restaurants is becoming increasingly higher with all my travels. This was the conversation with the waitress: Me: I would like a caesar salad please. Her: Would you like ranch or bleu cheese with that? Me: (stares) Um, caesar? Caesar salads usually come with caesar dressing. Her: Ok, I will check if the kitchen can do that. I just wanted to slap her. How dumb are you? It turns out, pretty dumb. I should have asked for another waitress. My friend's mom wanted bleu cheese on the side for her wings and ranch dressing on the side for her house salad. That does not seem to be an odd request and quite simple in my opinion, but getting that extra side of ranch took a lot work! After two different waitresses' visits (including caesar dressing girl), 3 attempts to get a side of ranch, a manager visit, and then the manager returning (finally got silverware), my friend's mom FINALLY got her side of ranch. Whew! Here is what I ordered: Caesar salad - Indeed, this came with a side of...wait for it...caesar dressing. It does exist! This seemed like a pre-packaged salad that probably came out of a bag. The parmesan is the kind from the can or whatever people eat off of the ambient shelf. I know I am a snob, but unlike my house, there is no freshly grated parmesan here. The dressing was so sour it was inedible; thankfully I had the foresight to just dip my tines in the dressing as a taste test prior to pouring over the salad. But, I had a side veggie, so that is all that matters I guess. Mac and cheese side - This was pretty decent, actually. The pasta used was the shells, and the cheese sauce was creamy. I just wish there had been more. The portion is quite small, so be aware. I am unsure if a full portion of this is available, but I was not too hungry, so maybe it's a good thing it was small. Onion rings - They looked really good! But there was something about them that caused them to be a bit bland. Lack of salt? Lack of pepper? Something seemed to be missing. My dad made onion rings from scratch the other day, and these looked like it, but they were certainly missing a flavor and dry. The dipping sauce was like a remoulade, which helped. I did not pay for the meal because my friend's mom wouldn't let me, ugh. At least now I can say I have been to this chain. Most likely I will not be back! read more

It's been several years since I've been to a BrewWingsz, but in an attempt to visit every restaurant in the City of Humble, I had to come here. I am really reaching down to the bottom of the barrel at this point after 3+ yrs of eating out everyday for lunch. This is a good size restaurant in an end cap space within the Ross/Total Wine/Boot Barn shopping Plaza along the by-pass. I've been to this exact location before, but it's been about 10 years. First impression after going back is that service is slow and the wing sauces are not that good. I visited on a Wednesday, one of the days where they have the 2 for 1 special (Tuesday is also 2 for 1). They advertise boneless only, but you can choose either bone-in or boneless on the special. The waiter indicated I could select an unlimited number of flavors. I chose 4 on an order of 20 wings (buy 10, get 10). Medium, Hot, BBQ, and Mango Habanero. I was going to order honey bbq, but the waiter indicated it "sucked here". Mango habanero - tasted terrible, not spicy, nothing like any the mango habanero that their competitors offer. Hot - like an average wing drenched in Frank's red hot sauce Mild - exactly as it sounds, no heat, just a buttery flavor BBQ - BBQ wings are hard to mess up in general. I would rate these a 3, since they're not bad, just not all that good. The overall wing size is smaller than I'm used to. To make up for that, they also offer their XL wings. They do offer a small lunch menu, which I will probably order from if I ever return. Their hand-breaded chicken sandwich is $1.50 off regular price during lunch. read more

Immediately upon walking in you notice not many people in the restaurant, this is for employees and customers. Nobody was at the door to greet us, so we waited about 15 minutes until we decided to seat ourselves. The staff noticed us sitting, and we looked them dead in the face. Once we sat down we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to just leave and head across the street to Patron grill. This place has okay wings, nothing special, but they show the UFC pay per views and let you keep a table the entire time, as long as you tip the waitress well. The staff here is the turn off for everyone. If they didn't show sports here, I would never come. If they show UFC to attract people, it worked because I come here all the time, in lieu of the service. The place seems to be filled with a hormonal wait staff that seems to be interested more in sexual advances towards each other, rather than ask if you need a refill. It's expected service. The waiters are going to fuck up your order. Expect it. They're gonna ignore you, expect it. They are going to take a long time to drop off the bill for you to leave, expect it. They don't like their jobs and you can tell. I ordered lemon pepper hot wings and they just gave me hot wings.
