Very consistent BW3 experience at this location. It was a seat-yourself situation so I took a seat near the bar so I could watch the Olympics coverage. My server Jacy was ON POINT. Girl knows her stuff. She was taking care of a huge section and she had things together. I was greeted quickly, she took my drink order, and it was on my table before I could decide what to eat. I went with the bone-in wings in Medium and tots. She upsold me because there was a BOGO that night, but I'm cool with that so I have extra yumms now! The food arrived quickly, tasted great, and everyone was super friendly. None of the TVs were out of service and the noise was very reasonable, for anyone who might have noise sensitivity issues. I stopped by here during the week and seated myself per the sign at the empty hostess station in the sparsely filled restaurant, except for a party of 12 seated near me. It took about 30 minutes to get the Lunch special of 10 boneless wings and fries. The wings were small and lukewarm. I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait for new ones or a reheat, so I just ate them. Some of the celery was not fresh. High/low top, booth, and bar seating. Loud music is playing. Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings to try their Bottomless Appetizer deal. It's a super good value. We ordered onion rings and hatch queso for the first round, and fried pickles and a second onion rings for the second round. The food is great, perfect for watching a game or just to hang! From now until mid-June there's an amazing deal at Buffalo Wild Wings- all you can eat appetizers for $9.99. There's select appetizers you can choose from, we chose mozzarella cheese sticks, hatch queso, and onion rings. They did not give us the menu for this deal, we had to ask for it. I know everyone will say "read" the fine print. I am still going to write this review. Our plan was to use the 20% off for teacher appreciation. Obviously we did not read "the fine print" and ordered 10 traditional (bogo, so 20 total). A happy hour large tot, 4 Mich Ultras and 3 Smirnoff Raspberry vodkas. This is a crazy kicker.. If you look at the bill, you can see the mixed drinks were $5.50/drink. When you buy a mixed drink from BW, they add a $1 to everyone you have. $5.50x3=$16.50 but some how we where charged $19.50. BE AWARE OF THE TOTAL SCAM THIS PLACE IS and continue to read on. Our plan was also to use points that "WE Earned" towards the bill. Our waitress/bartender was awesome, so no complaints with her. After getting the bill and letting her know we are teachers and we had points. She was polite and said she can only use the discount on the Happy Hour tots ($3.00). To our great surprise, our discounted meal with our earned points would save us .60. Yes, sixty cents was our discount. I told my wife before we went in, we should go somewhere else. I have been down the road of paying for cool building and 50 tvs. She assured me, we had the discount (20%) and worse case we had the points. We were sadly mistaken and paid the price for not reading the "fine print"!! So wing people and adult drinks people in the area. If you want discount wings go to Kickers on Monday (wings are cheaper as is the beer), MoJoe's on Wednesday's (their boneless wings are chunked chicken breast and large beers are cheaper), and on Thursdays go to Red Baron (wings bone in are cheaper and beer might be roughly the same). MD's is another good spot for wings (smoked).. All of these restaurants have keno, tvs and working bathrooms!! Stop wasting your time and money in this place! Terrible service and terrible staff. Not all staff but a lot of them. A few servers and one of the mangers have always been really great. My waitress reeked of alcohol and that evening I am assuming she was leaving, stumbled to her car to go home. That is terrible and a high liability for the establishment. The few people who actually do their job there, make that place run. Their menu has changed which is fine, but alot of the new items are not as good as the previous. I have been here a few times and have even seen employees cuss one another out in the dining area and have actively seen them drinking on the job and even going out to their cars to drink. Once at the bar, I waited ten minutes for one shot. The bar tender was too worried about flirting or conversating with someone else. That was a joke. I hope the workers that actually do their job are appreciated and will move on to better things. Get it together here. Especially when your staff is constantly drunk on the clock. read more

I had to get my own menu after waiting 20minutes as they kept passing by and smiling at me for some reason. Sat a good 15minutes with my card in hand before they decided to cash me out. Should be a one star but I'm not sure why I'm giving them the little boost. Nothing special and poor service. Updated no more than 10minutes later. Was given the wrong bill. When I pointed it out was told "well it's already printed it, so just sign it". That's not how things work. We love Bdubs in general and this is a great location with excellent wait staff, food quality, and a great atmosphere. The only thing I'd change is the menus - they are on hard plastic/wood and difficult to navigate. You have to hold the pages up while you look instead of having them fold over. read more

This place was awful, even for a Buffalo Wild Wings. Beside the mediocre, over-priced food, my group and I went here for the first game in the ALDS to see the Tigers beat the A's. They have three projection televisions, all of which are misfocused, and project onto the wooden frame around the screen. The "manager" - some unattentive woman, not qualified to lead a parade - was rude and verbally abusive to her staff. The best (worst) part was that they didn't even know what channel the game was on. Almost everyone in the place was there to see the Tigers' game, so you would think a sports bar would at least know what channel it was on. I walked up on two different occasions to tell the manager-beast it was on Channel 247. The first time she ignored me and continued to scroll through the porn titles in the Cinemax channels (now my niece knows there's a movie called "Anal Sluts 3"), the second time she snapped back at me, and told me she was getting there. I replied "you're not even close, you idiot. Scroll through porn at home!" Eventually, someone with another chromosone took over, and the game came on three batters and one run into the game. She was unable to be certain if they were discounted or not but uninterested in trying to find out the real answer. This BW's is a very good one. We stopped her for lunch and found the service is pretty fast even in a Sunday afternoon rush. Our food of wings and wraps were great! The wings are the highlife of my visit. I really like the many different flavors you can choose from now. They did change their pricing model for the wings now. There is no longer 10, 20, 50 wing packs; you now order small (greater than 10), medium (greater than 15), and large (greater than 20) wing orders. We got two of the medium packs and received 19 in one bunch and 18 in the other. That is ascent deal! We will go back to all BW3's even with this change. read more

Pretty much what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The food isn't bad, good beer selection (although a bit pricey even for chain prices), and for the most part the service isn't too bad. However, the main problem I've noticed numerous times is the horrible service later in the night. Just the other night, our server had to tab us out because his shift was over (fair enough, totally understanding of that, he did a good job). They were open for another 2 hours at this point. The girl that took over, Nicole, had a HORRIBLE attitude. She only came to our table once in 30 minutes, and when we ordered a drink she was clearly not happy we were still there and basically threw our change on the table. Very very disappointing. This isn't the first time something like this happened there. Bottom line; if you get paid to be at work, don't get pissed when someone orders a drink during a tigers playoff game while you're working at a sports bar. read more
