Walked in to an almost empty dining room. Not a host in sight. We waited for a few awkward minutes while two waitresses just walked right past and didn't even look at us. When the third waitress was about to do the same we flagged her down. It's like we had to beg to be seated.. There were soon 4 employees just standing there clueless. Finally one of them mustered up enough courage to do the job of seating us. Table was sticky and greasy. Menu is a QR code that leads to a page that is more for ordering take out. You have to scroll a bit to find the actual menu for dine-in. All we were told was that they will go find our waitress. We never saw either one of them. Finally just got up to leave because what even is this place? When tables and floors are this neglected it leaves very little to the imagination of what the kitchen must be like. It's very evident from the empty dining room and lack service that this establishment lacks proper management. Didn't even get the chance to try their food this time. Terrible service tonight. Saw our waitress when she took our order and brought our margaritas and never again after that. She didn't even bring us our food or check on us. Just basic bad service and no, they were not short handed tonight. She had no issues serving the single guys outside. First time here by accident. Entered the place and then read the reviews. Oh no, we made a mistake. Well, it's BOGO night so we will tough it out. It's a Wednesday and hardly nobody there. Most of the low reviewers have hardly limited reviews. That's strange. Our waitress was quick taking our order and the meal fast getting to the table. The food was burger night and they didn't disappoint. Lots of meat and dripping with onions and mushrooms. The other one was the standard kind. Double meat. French fries were excellent as well. We drank water with our meal. Total bill was $15.11. Now where can you get a deal like this ? Everything we experienced tonight was awesome. I counted 20 TV's if you like watching sports while eating. Good luck with that. Handling this huge burgers were a handful. This is hands down the worst business/establishment I have ever been to. Today is my 30th birthday and this business just ruined it. I came here to get my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm. I showed up right at 6 pm and there were over 10 people waiting for their food. One girl at the front came by for 2 seconds and told me "oh! I actually saw yours being bagged! Let me get it" she then left and didn't return for almost 30 minutes. I've come here before and I usually get good service. The host did his job, I got seated in 10 minutes and for a Friday night that was perfect! I sat down and waited for our server to come a greet us 10 minutes passed no where in sight . Came in on a Friday night, the restaurant was dead. Sat and waited for a server to come for about 10-15 min until a manager came over and told us he would go get her for us. Server came over took our drink and food order. When the food came out, only half of our meals came and the other half was nowhere to be seen. Waited about 30 min, the server kept coming back and asking us "what was missing" from our table and would always leave and come back with no food. The manager came over because he could tell we were frustrated and asked "what was missing" again. We asked the manager to just take the food we didn't receive off our tab.
