We've waited at our table for over ten mins. No water or server. Now keep in mind this was after the 20 min wait to be seated. I do NOT on any level hold the server responsible. We thought we scored big time, but it was so bad I only ate a few piece. When I took the left overs over, my brother also agreed it was pretty bad. We also got a side of fries and boneless chipotle BBQ dry rub wings. The dry rib boneless had good flavor but a tad dry, my partner had to dip it in some ranch lol. I enjoyed my saucy wings. Like I wanted to do the 6 only at BOGO price, so buy 3 and get 3 for 50% off, but it can only work in minimum quantities of 12 - like buy 6, get 6 for 50% off. Lol just an odd deal setup, and the bartender even said everyone asks because everyone is confused on this concept. Came here on a Saturday night in a group of 3 and it was not very busy inside but had a 15 minute wait to be seated. Once we were seated no one came to our table for over 15 minutes before we noticed you can order on your phone using a QR code on the table. We ordered appetizers, wings, and fries. Everything came out at different times and the fries came out when we had already eaten our wings. We had to ask more than once just to get water. Unfortunately, this location has been disappointing. This is the second time our to-go order has been wrong, which is unacceptable. It's frustrating to pick up food only to find out it isn't what we ordered. On top of that, the staff seems short-handed and the kitchen doesn't seem attentive to ingredients or accuracy. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars it's because of the bad costumer service. I probably understand that the restaurant it's understaff but it's incredibly how they don't care about taking care of their costumers. We had to wait long time for our server to take our order, then food took so long to get to the table, no one came to refill our waters/drinks and even to get the check and pay was a long wait. Every time Ive come to this location its been negative. My last visit, the service manager Sharmaine was not very welcoming when i first arrived. She seemed like my arrival was bothering her. The manager was unfortunately not there when i asked. Sharmaine, She was up front by the door next to a far younger employee. She rushed me during my interaction with her. Not even 10 mins with her and it felt like i was a bothered when tending to me as a customer. Its no wonder people have complained about this location. And its no wonder some employees aren't doing their job. The leaders in place don't care about retention, whether a customer or potential future employees. Unfortunately i will not support this location just because its in hayward. Waitress forgot part of our order and it never came out. Very unwelcoming environment. The people who answer the phone also leave you on hold for long periods of time and never come back to the line to check in. read more
