Every time Ive come to this location its been negative. My last visit, the service manager Sharmaine was not very welcoming when i first arrived. She seemed like my arrival was bothering her. The manager was unfortunately not there when i asked. Sharmaine, She was up front by the door next to a far younger employee. She rushed me during my interaction with her. I rarely write reviews about chains just because the service and food are pretty similar, but I had to voice my opinion on this location. My friends and I decided to come to BWW to catch up on a Tuesday night. The place was pretty busy but reasonable. We waited by the front counter for about 5 minutes. There were employees behind the counter and employees walking around but no one acknowledged us. When one of the employees behind the counter finally noticed us she didn't greet us or anything. She just asked how many people in our party, wrote it down and turned back around. So my friends and I sat down and waited. We were seated another 5 minutes later. The food we ordered didn't take too long to arrive and everything was hot off the stove, so I'll give them that. We were kinda upset because they didn't have a lot of the beer advertised on tap, so we settled with bottled beers. They also ran out of carrots and only had celery. The only positive of the night was our server Cam. He was very friendly and checked on us often. He apologized for the lack of inventory for the night and said that there were some managerial changes going on. I used the mobile app to pre-order. The quickest pickup time was scheduled to 30 minutes after I placed the order. So I, of course, showed up after that. In fact, I had arrived at least 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. When I got into the restaurant, I noticed that there were several people waiting in the lobby to dine in - but there was nobody there to help them. (Note that the restaurant wasn't extremely packed - there was a good number of people but it wasn't densely packed). I eventually made my way to the mobile orders shelf, but couldn't find my order. After waiting for a good 10 minutes and finding out that no one was coming to at least check up on me (or even notice me), I went to the bar to ask one of the servers about my order. The server told me to head to the pre-orders section (where I was) and that she would send someone out to help me. A few minutes later, another waiter came to help me. He told me that it would be another 10 minutes before my order was ready. So I checked back 10 minutes after. The waiter then told me that he had checked up on the order for me and told the kitchen to hurry up, but that they hadn't even started my order as there was a table ahead of me. (I appreciate him for letting me know and advocating for me to get my order in a timely fashion). Since it had been nearly an hour by now (since the time my order was supposed to be ready), I ultimately asked to have my order cancelled and get a refund. Overall, I was very disappointed with this location. While the staff wasn't rude, the fact that my order wasn't even being prepared 1 hour after the time it was supposed to be ready is simply unacceptable. No offense, but I have a life outside of waiting for food. I can't always afford to put my life on hold just to wait for an order that should have been ready an hour ago. Additionally, the fact that there wasn't even a single server in the front to help those who were waiting to dine in or notice that there are other customers standing in the lobby waiting to be helped says a lot about this location. Traditionally, I love the food that they serve. However, I feel like they really dropped the ball here. We ordered medium traditional wings to share and a Louisiana chicken sandwich. Food took about 15 ish mins to arrive. The food was amazing! I love mango habanero! So it was sooo delicious! Even when asking for extra seasoning, they look and taste only lightly dusted or sauced. Their appetizers are primarily fried or contain dairy--so everything is heavy. Would prefer more variety of options that aren't fried or oozing with cheese. I will say that they have a lot of seating, the servers are nice, and the beer selection is at least decent. The food was ready for pick up when I came in. This location has a dedicated side door for pickups for Covid. The food was fresh and hot. I ordered a Large box of French fries and 6 pieces of boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The french fries box was very big; definitely larger than I expected but as someone who loves fries this was a pleasant surprise. The wings were OK. I've had better and these were nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn't order this flavor again. Pricing was OK. About $35 for 2 boxes of fries and 2 sets of (6) wings. Once we were finally sat, our waitress approached us with an unapologetic attitude around us having a highchair at the booth. We have always had a high chair for our baby when sitting at this booth. The waitress who was going to wait our table responded that this area was her "walkway" and if she "hit the baby, well she will hit the baby".
