We had a big to go order and they messed it up. A few sauces are missing and we paid extra for them. The wings were hard and not coated enough. A few of my coworkers complained. They were not even busy, they just open at 11am. Very dissatisfied.

Always like their extra crispy wings. I ordered to go but the quality is always good. The different flavors variety are great. And love the potato wedges.

Happy hour 3-6 Mon-Fri and 10-close daily. Located where Southland Mall area is. We walked in around 4:50pm on a Monday. Only the bar had customers. It wasn't too busy. The bartender was very attentive to us. Kept checking up on us. Drinks and food came out pretty fast. We ordered the $2 all tall draft beers. The beers on draft are quite basic. They have Stella, mind haze, hazy little thing, almanac love hazy, mango cart, etc. Wished there was craft beers like Great Notion or Alvarado St or something. We ordered the Triple Bacon Cheese Smashed burger and upgraded fries to onion rings. Everything was good.

my 5 star goes all the way to my waitress samantha. buffalo wild wings in general hasn't had the best reputation in a long time and unfortunately due to that the closest one to my house closed down and now i have to drive to this location every time i'm craving it. in the past we haven't had the best experience like everyone else but im willing to deal with it for the cravings. long wait times and lack of service but not this last time we came in , Samantha was super attentive and was super nice, even gave me advice on how to correctly redeem my rewards . she refilled our drinks regularly and always had a smile. hope to see her next time there as well !

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice for game day wings IMO! The space is huge, lots of seatings and TVs, and parking is easy, so it's perfect for large groups. I've never had a problem with service either, despite how busy it gets. It might not be the fanciest option, but it's great for what it is. Some of my favorite wing flavors are: -Lemon Pepper (dry): they have a dry rub version and a saucy version but I think the dry rub is better! You can really taste the sour lemon seasoning paired with pepper. The saucy version just tastes like garlic. -Asian Zing: sweet and salty -Original Buffalo: can't go wrong with this one! Has a nice kick as well. -Parmesan Garlic: I wish they had a dry rub version of this like Wingstop, but this is pretty solid! Very rich and creamy. The wings can get pretty salty and they tend to overdress their wings, but not a huge deal to me!

Good Drinks, Bad Food (and Even Worse Guac) Let's be real, this is a dude's spot. The kind of place for guys who don't cook and don't mind food that just gets the job done. We ordered the basics: burger, fries, wings, and chips with dip. The bacon on the burger was crispy and full of flavor, but the burger itself was a solid "meh." The tater tots were the MVP, crunchy and seasoned just right. The wings were tiny, overcooked, and not worth the hype. Now for the dips. The queso was okay, but the salsa tasted like marinara with basil. When I asked for something closer to salsa, the server brought another cup of marinara topped with pico de gallo. The guacamole was pre-packed and completely flavorless. No salt, no lime, no garlic, no love. The ambience fits the vibe. TVs everywhere, sports on every screen, and a loud, casual crowd. If you want to watch three games at once with a cold drink, this is your spot. My Tito's Hard Lemonade was actually delicious. It could have used a sugar rim and a little garnish, but it still hit the spot. Bottom line: great for the game, not for the grub.

This review is not for dining in but more so for ordering online via DoorDash. I ordered 10 traditional wings and received boneless wing. Everyone knows there's a huge difference between the two.... Seems like whoever is making the order couldn't care less about what you paid for. Also the wings were extremely salty almost inedible and lacked sauce.

Came here for the AYCE wings for 24.99. Honestly, idk if it is actually a good deal, because I cannot eat as many wings as I thought I could. haha. But it was fun trying all the different flavors. Food tasted great. The potato wedges and tater tots were nice and crispy. It was also happy hour when we got there. So the drinks were flowing. They have really good deals for HH drinks. Our server was Kailiyah and she was super friendly and on top of it. Always checking in on us if we wanted to order more wings or more drinks. Ambiance was great. We went during a NBA finals game so it did get crowded quickly. Will come back fersure!

I came in on a Saturday and placed a take-out order 30 traditional wings 1/2 lemon pepper the other half garlic parmesan sauced and a large fries. Nice atmosphere and the service was strangely fast. Like within 5 minutes? Maybe this is why I wrote the following....without any other inclusions. The lemon pepper chicken rub had a very strange chemical metallic taste to it and the garlic sauced wings I couldn't measure and tastes of garlic or parmesan. Around 11pm, my throat became very scratchy sorta like when you get strep throat which has continued into day two. Live and learn.... not eating the rest.

It took almost 10 years for me to eat here (it sounds weird, but I was deflated when this location opened sooner than I expected, and I was lazy after that). I had lunch here today with my mom and family. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. I was partly annoyed with myself (it was my choice to go here while some NFL games were on). There are 4 benches in the waiting area (the seating capacity is 12). The Cowboys beat the Commanders. The fans at the bar were loud and fun. They added to the atmosphere. Our total wasn't bad given what we ordered ($84.21). Pick 6 Meal For Two ($24.99): My wife and I took advantage of the deal. We were charged $27.99 because I upgraded my burger (it's $5 to add a Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet). Our server was given a $14 tip. She was friendly and checked on us regularly (she worked hard in general). I even received a lemonade refill way before I needed one. "Oh, shit!": The men's restroom is small (it only has 2 urinals, and a guy was surprised that he had to use a stall). It is also cramped (the paper towels on the left were out, and I had to wait a moment before I could get to the sink). Tater Tots: 6/10. Another reviewer raves about them, but I don't know why. They weren't greasy, but our tater tots were bland and disappointing. French Fries: 7/10. Everyone but my son had lukewarm fries (I would otherwise give a higher score). I added some salt, but I was pleased overall with how my fries tasted. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/buffalo-wild-wings-hayward?select=rnWFvMDi5Wv4VWRy9ZeMQw Beer-Battered Onion Rings: 8.25/10. They were delicious and nicely sized. A regular order gives you about 8. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/buffalo-wild-wings-hayward?select=r6uhMlU2NjcJ38ES3IdQjg Triple-Bacon Cheeseburger: 8/10. My burger was large and tasty, but the patties fell apart a little. The bacon strips were thick, but I felt like another one was needed. The challah bun sort of stood out. Spicy Chicken Dippers (my son wanted 5, but you can order 3 instead): My son liked his meal (sadly, I noticed too late that the picture I took was blurry). He brought two of the dippers home because he got full. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/buffalo-wild-wings-hayward?select=ONBjV-L3mOPt8Xe0C8q0cw Bacon Patty Melt: It was huge (half of it was taken home), but my mom told me that her patties were dry. She also expected the brioche toast to be buttered. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/buffalo-wild-wings-hayward?select=ksu3oxNQFdbrlbaJEmndFg Boneless Wings with Medium Sauce: 6/10. We were given 10 traditional wings for free because someone messed up. My mom liked the sauce okay, but only on the traditional wings. Everyone else found it to be "disgusting." I feel bad because I told my wife too late that buffalo sauce is the default sauce (she thought that Medium referred to BBQ sauce that's mild in heat). My wife ate all of the boneless wings only. We were slow to receive the bill. My mom grew antsy, and I was wondering what was going on too. The hours are great: Sun & Mon 11 a.m.-11 p.m.; Tues-Sat 11 a.m.-Midnight. It wasn't too dark inside (I basically felt like I was in a dungeon when I went to the Union City location), and it was easy enough to move around. A sizable outdoor area was created a few years ago (the seating capacity is over 30 and there are at least 12 TVs there). There are a limited number of spaces out front, but there's otherwise a ton of parking. There are a lot of negative reviews. While the reasons are quite solid (ex: bad service; small chicken wings), our experience was positive overall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVZH3EzVZtk&list=RD4XrWESC7dsA&index=3

Saturday dining around 3pm for 3. Located off Hesperian by Southland mall. Assuming they are very short staffed. Took sometime for them to acknowledge we were waiting, took name down & said it would be another 10+ minutes as they needed to catch up. About a handful of people at bar, about 5 tables occupied , 1 large party. It did not seem very busy inside but also did NOT see anyone eating as they were all waiting for food. Empty tables everywhere, only saw maybe 4 employees. While waiting for table, placed a To Go order as they have different specials on the app that you can't get at restaurant. & very Faulty app as did not connect my name & reward card but you can add points afterwards so no big deal. When we sat down, I did mention we placed a To Go order but wanted to share a salad & appetizer here. Salad took some time & to go order took Even longer. Asked for dressing on side & tasted as it was drowned in dressing, it was Caesar & I know they are usually tossed together but I've also had others where they do not. Otherwise, employees were pleasant. Prob won't come back to This location, the one closer to home seems a bit more staffed & busier & Food seems better.

Came here this past Monday evening for dinner around 6pm, party of 4. We came for the all you can eat wings deal (boneless for $20, traditional for $25). And honestly, not a terrible deal, but it really is kind of tough to eat more than 10 chicken wings (which is what you have to do to make it worth it, since the regular boneless price is $16). I got garlic parmesan and lemon paper DRY RUB, my 2 fave flavors at any wings place, and the AYCE option comes with fries, carrots/celery. Since it was a Monday night with no popular sports games playing, not crowded at all. This place is such a nostalgic chain for me since it's where we used to go in college to get drinks in large groups. Pros: - The current deal is pretty good right now. Would recommend getting the traditional wings though, because there's less breading and you don't have to feel pressured to eat all the meat off your wings, cuz it's all you can eat. - Love their fries, perfect amount of crispiness. - Carrots are always solid - Server was nice. - Garlic parmesan sauce is great to dip fries in - Reasonably priced in my opinion, since these types of mid-tier restaurants are all the rage right now in affordability above fast food. - So many varieties of sauces and dry rubs to chose from. Cons: - Kitchen was randomly really slow and we had to wait more than 20 mins for the 2nd round of wings - too much breading on the boneless wings, you can get full super easily. - For some reason, at every BWWs that I've ever been to, even if the restaurant is so empty, it always takes longer than expected for a host to seat you - The lemon pepper wet sauce is wack. it's way too lemon-y, felt like I was eating a lemon bar pastry Honestly. you get what you come for. I'll probably be back haha

They forgot my girlfriend's cheesecake and she's on her. Period.. that's like the one thing she looks forward to. Like who just lightly glance at the back it doesn't make sure that the order is correct. I guess they don't care about service.

The proof of poor food and communication promising the 4,000 reward points.

Reviewing Chaplin's Sports Bistro as a place to watch a game. It was a great place to watch…read moresports, but the food was just ok. We came here with a group of 5 on Sunday. Found a spot near the back to watch the Packers game. Most of the TVs were playing the Raiders game with the audio on for the Raiders, the "local team". We stayed for the whole game and had two servers. First server was friendly and patient. Second server was friendly enough. Never had any issues ordering drinks or getting food and we put in 3 separate orders. Shout out to the bartender, who was a Packers fan and came over to high five us whenever the Packers scored. It's always fun when there's more camaraderie! We still haven't found a Packers bar in South Bay, so check this place out if you're a Packers fan and you'll at least have one buddy at the bar. The Packers collapsed in typical recent Packer fashion, but I digress... The food: Buffalo Wings - Pretty happy with this. Nice crust and sauce. Comes with celery, carrots, and ranch. Some places don't even give this out anymore (sadness). Half Order Nachos with Carnitas - This was a good portion for our group. Carnitas was tasty. Bourbon Brussels - Brussels sprouts with bacon bourbon garlic and onion maple sauce. This sauce is boss. Thought the sprouts were fried a tad too long, but this was tasty. Lemon Pepper Wings - Good flavor, but our order got way over salted. Either that or Lemon Pepper sauce had too much salt. Still edible, but not my preference. Tacos - this was the only fail for the items we ordered. The tortillas were ok. The steak was really dry (avoid carne asada). Got some pickled vegetables but this could have used some salsa. Everyday happy hour from 4-6:30 PM with discounted drinks and appetizers. All their food options are listed on their website. They had 14 beers on tap with a couple of canned options as well. It's a full bar, so they also had wine and cocktails. Non alcoholic options available as well. Great place to watch a full game. Never felt rushed and the other patrons are polite.

Interesting enough my server Katie who I ordered the food, as well as to-go boxes, asked if I wanted them to-go. Make it make sense. Poor leadership, is the reason why I will no longer patronize this location or recommend to others. After briefly overheating Katie's interactions with others while waiting for my food, it's clear she is personable, kind, and capable of doing her job. If you're ok with shared fryers, their fries are technically vegan too. Since they don't have a pasta option on the regular menu that doesn't include meat and cheese, I usually order a create-your-own pasta off the kids' menu and choose a side of steamed broccoli. Dear Cody, "To love…read moreis to dream. Too often, to dream is to hurt." It's one of the many jaded expressions in Football that we all eventually experience. When we experience it, and only when we finally do, do we truly appreciate the painful wisdom embedded within those words. It's only your first World Cup, Cody, and you are already feeling the heartache. You spent much of the tournament at Kezar Pub, which you endearingly refer to as "the pub". Daddy lived his first World Cup with Goo-Ma in a more humble fashion -- through an antenna-enabled 18-inch television. You, in privileged contrast, were surrounded by probably more than 18 wide screen TVs and the best sound system in the business. Brilliant equipment aside, Kezar's atmosphere is inimitable. There is something special that spurs Daddy to share beers and jello-shots with new friends. That pub is a beacon for good times. I have many photos of you in your WC shirt sampling pub favorites with uncles and aunties. Bangers and Mash was a hit. Maybe a bit lukewarm on the Shepherd's Pie (Daddy loves it though). The Fish & Chippies though? Cody ate enough of the English staple to justify the face paint. I do NOT have videos of you receiving trinkets and high fives from the best owner and best pub staff in the world. I certainly do not have a video of Daddy screaming profanities whenever a certain scumbag referee gets on screen. Oh hey Cody, bullying players and referees is never okay, but also sometimes absolutely necessary (another wise Football adage). I do not have a video of you screaming We All Like Vindaloo after a goal. No videos of you sitting in the community benches doing Sprite-cheers with Portuguese / German / Swedish / Dutch / Mexican / Norwegian friends we shared seats with. Nothing of you flexing the Arsenal shirt you have underneath for whenever one of our boys scores (Kai Havertz scores again!!). I wish I did, but Daddy does not have a video of us pointing to the red number 10 shirt bellowing "Na-Na-Na-nananana! Nananana!" What we do have are memories that'll morph into stuff of legends. Legends we share with each other for a lifetime. Yes, we'll have the pain, too. Daddy's first dream was shattered by a red card in '98. Although, you know Cody, I don't actually remember the red card too well. Daddy's most visceral memory of that tournament was the wonder I felt as I kept asking Goo-Ma if Michael Owen is the fastest guy in the world. I still feel that kid-like wonder again whenever that moment floods my memory. Thats why Daddy thinks it's our good moments that stays with us. Cody, we had so many of them. The heart-stopping penalties we watched on the couch. The Jolibee-fueled game nights on Fridays. Those incredible, incredible times at Kezar Pub. Maybe years later, your most vivid memory of your first World Cup won't be of the gutting loss, just like Daddy's isn't of the '98 red card. Maybe years later, the moment you'll feel again is that Saturday against Norway. That feeling of triumph and jubilation and fearlessness  and that surreal feeling of singing Hey Jude with ALL of Kezar. Football hurts. And maybe it'll hurt again for many more tournaments, many more years. But you also know all the love that comes with football. Love that comes on the badge on your shirt, love that comes with going to Kezar Pub, and of course so much love in singing your favorite songs. After so many years of following the tournament, maybe Daddy can give you his own wise football expression: Don't let the possibility of hurt ever stop you from singing, Cody. "60 yearssss of hurttt, never stopped me dreammming"  Love always, Daddy

The place gets loud when a big game is on, but that is exactly what you want from an Irish sports bar. We were there for the Stanley Cup Playoffs, World Cup soccer, and UFC 250 all in the mix, and the place was packed with great energy throughout. The Guinness pour was excellent, clean lines, great head, perfectly poured. As a busy sports bar things will not always be spotless when it is packed, but the team did a great job keeping the bathrooms clean despite the volume on such a busy day. We spoke with the owner directly and he made sure we had a TV tuned to the hockey game, a genuinely nice guy who made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

I went with the fried pickles, chicken dippers, pretzel knots and thai curry wings. The flavor on the thai curry wings were phenomenal, it was so saucy and flavorful, I'd definitely order this again. It was the perfect size for sharing. We also ordered a bacon patty melt and the bacon was fresh, patty was juicy and the bread was nicely toasted. The side of fry wedges were crispy and had a good seasoning. Service: 5/5: Super helpful staff and very attentive, they made sure we had all of our food and would check on us for refills and also brought over a free order of 6 birthday wings! Highly recommend signing up for BWW rewards. Ambiance 4/5: There's plenty of seating inside and there's also a patio outside for outdoor seating. It's comfortable enough my only complaint is that it's super noisy and loud but that's a given with the sports bar vibes. We we were able to use their app based jukebox to play music and that was nice!

The staff is friendly but the customer service was terrible. They rarely checked on our table and the food took so long to come out. It took about 40 minutes just for the 1st round of boneless chicken wings to come out. We didn't even want to do a 2nd round because of how long it would take. I even asked the server for a refill and they forgot to give it to me. The wings were mediocre & nothing special. The fries were decent but they were not hot. The dipping sauces were not as good as other places. Definitely my last time coming to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Although the restaurant looks really nice, there are signs of wear and tear that isn't being properly taken care of. For example, we were sat at one of their booths, and the booth chairs sank in and were very uncomfortable. We ended up spending about $270 for 4 people. We did enjoy the wine and appetizers, but their entrees and lack of menu knowledge was really disappointing. For starters, we ordered their fig toast. We asked the waiter how many pieces came with the order, he confidently said 4. So we ordered it, given that we're a table of 4. When the plate came, there were only 3 pieces. We asked the female employee about that, and she did not offer to do anything to address the situation. We simply ordered a fourth piece, and they charged us $6 for one piece when 4 pieces were $16. Keep in mind, this was their mistake to begin with, we would have ordered something else or 2 orders from the start had they just correctly explained their menu items to us. I could see our male waiter and the female hostess speaking behind the bar, he never came to apologize, address, or fix their mistake. Thankfully, this was delicious and the best bite of the night. We also ordered shishito peppers, after we got our entrees, and they were good too. The one complaint though is that our waiter forgot to put the order in, so we got it way at the end of our meal. For entrees, we ordered their chicken parm, lamb burger, and steak frites. The steak was overcooked and lacked flavor. They forgot to put the sauce on my steak, I forgot what sauce but there was none, so I asked for chimichurri which they charged me $2 for even though my steak came with no sauce. At this point, I was so tired of fighting back I just gave them the $2 at the end. The chicken on the chicken parm was cooked well, so was the pasta, but the sauce itself lacked flavor. Just tasted like straight tomato sauce with nothing else added. The lamb burger had no complaints, but I personally do have grudges against restaurants charging $20+ for a burger and it comes with NO sides. How much is a handful of french fries honestly? Or a handful of potato chips or some side salad so it's not a sad empty plate? We did also order 2 peach crisps based on the recommendation of the female hostess. She gave us this beautiful description of fresh grown peaches in season...the peaches in their crisps were CANNED peaches! Honestly, shame on us for trusting them more than one. To be 100% clear. Our table didn't complain, we just rolled with the punches. Oh 3 pieces? Fine, we'll just pay for the 4th and move on. However, that makes your guests leaving feeling a little taken advantage of and disappointed. To their credit, their wine and drinks were good. That's it. Nothing else was up to standard for the prices they're charging. I've honestly had better steak in diners before.
