We were provided a pickup time for our online order of 5:00 p.m. I called the restaurant right after placing my order to be sure it was received as I had received an email at 4:34 p.m. saying it went through, but the website said it had not. Over the phone, the staff member said it was received and showed as paid. They did not mention that they were running behind nor did they provide an updated time that our order would be ready for pickup. We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 5:00 p.m. and our food was not ready yet. We waited as several other people walked in, picked up their to go orders, and then walked out. I approached the counter around 5:25 p.m. & was informed that 2 items (onion rings & cheese curds, which had up charges on them) were not available & asked what I'd like to substitute that with. I'm not sure why I wasn't told this when I first checked in around 5:05 p.m. I asked Athena what the options were for replacements & mentioned that I paid additional charges for those unavailable items...while I was still talking, she said she'd get a manager and walked away. A manager came over and took down my name, last 4 digits of my credit card, and my phone number for the partial refund. I asked her what the options were for replacement for the up-charged items & she said basically only french fries or mandarin oranges. I selected fries for both items. Several more people (a total of 9 guests) came in, picked up their to go orders promptly, and then left. We were getting very frustrated as by this time as it was after 5:30...over half an hour after our provided pickup time. My husband inquired to Athena as to why other people were receiving their food so promptly while we were not and tried to ask how those guests knew what time their order would be ready. Athena repeatedly apologized and did not listen to the whole question that my husband had & once again walked away while he was talking to go ask for a manager because my husband was "giving her hell." She did not say this directly to my husband, but she was in earshot of me when she was speaking to the manager & I heard her say this to the manager. My husband's whole question is how did the other guests know when their food would be ready when our order was so far behind, but no one could ever answer this. During this time, I'll also add that the restaurant itself (as far as seated guests), was not crowded at all. Around 5:45, we were finally provided our food, 45 minutes after our provided pickup time. I inquired again to another manager regarding the overcharge and said I wouldn't have tipped had I known the service would be like this and wanted that refunded as well. To date (3 days later), no refund has been applied to my bank account. I have disputed the amount over charged directly with my bank since the restaurant has not done its due diligence in providing proper customer service and a refund. This was a birthday dinner for my child and was supposed to be an enjoyable experience; however BWW's ensured that was not the case. Thanks a lot! I will not be visiting this particular BWW's ever again, there are plenty around Vegas if I need wings as well as several other options. read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody at least this location due to service. You'll be waiting for water for almost 20mins. Your appetizer will take almost 1 hour. The food is always good and fresh when we eat here. I gave it 3 stars because the wait staff are not attentive, they always seem to be in a rush which dosent give them the opportunity to be friendly. We always have to wait to be seated because no one pays attentuon to the front. Then we have to wait for them to clean the table off and then they think your going to sit on a wet seat. The waitress gave me a funky look when i asked her could she get a dry towel to dry off the seat. The food gets no complaints from me its just the servers that fall short. I want to know hiw a place that sells hotwings that the servers dont make sure you have something to drink. We love bdubs. The cheese curds are delicious & a must have every time we come here. The boneless wings of course are also a must! But this time I was disappointed when I got 4 really small wings out of 7 & to me it just wasn't worth the $8.49. When I brought up my concern and let her know that I'm a bodybuilder who counts calories and logged every drink I've had, she laughed at me . This place was croweded too but it has lots of seating so i assumed we'd be seated right away and we were even though it was packed inside. Let me start by saying I love Buffalo. Like, LOVE Buffalo! But this location is the worst location I have ever been to. (Easily been to 10+ locations) Today, I went to dinner at 4:30pm with my parents. It was dead as it's Valentine's Day. We waited for three minutes for anyone to even greet us. We could hear the hostesses talking about boys & their zodiac signs in the kitchen & saw a group of servers talking across the restaurant. They noticed us but didn't come over. This is the perfect summary of the service at this buffalo. The service is so slow, staff is seen talking & hanging out with one another, & my food is ALWAYS cold. At least one item is sent back due to it waiting too long. Out of the four times I've been here, the only good experience was due to the manager coming over & fixing the situation. It was game day..Niners vs. Green Bay, and the time was 4:15pm. My fiance woke me up so we can get to BWW for the 5:30pm game. I was sooooo sleepy but when we arrived at BWW, I was so glad he woke me up to get there early. The place was already crowded for the Broncos/Ravens game. We waited for 15 mins before we got tables to seat 7. After we were seated, I realized how we got there just in the nick of time because there were tons of groups after us. The server was very attentive and friendly. She made sure our drinks were always half full. At a time like this, half full is good enough for me. She came by many times to ensure we ordered everything we need. My favorite are the lemon pepper bone-in wings. Fiance and I shared 18 wings. I was stuffed after 6. Will we come back...Heck Yeah! The wings are just flat out disgusting to me. They are small, undercooked, have lots of dark meat and red lines, and are majorly under-sauced (even when requesting them "wet"). And while they offer numerous sauces of varying heats, none of particularly tasty or hot. The only things I can tolerate here are the appetizers. They are edible, but far from tasty or desirable. The staff are alright. But they always seem to prefer socializing with other staff and friends that come in than actually doing their jobs. Napkins and silverware are never provided unless very specifically requested at least 3x. The beer offerings are alright. Not great, but better than like PT's. All in all, skip it. read more

This used to be my favorite BWW location until today. I showed up at 1:30pm to a restaurant with only a few tables occupied. The hostess said it would be 5 minutes to get a table. When I was seated I was told I could only order using my cell phone with the QR code. Even if you want to pay by cash you still have to enter your credit card info and have them void it. You must pay by card BEFORE you order! I have been waiting over 40 minutes for my food and there are only 4 other tables occupied. They said this their "Manager" is making them do this. We ordered through Doordash and it knew it would be a long wait since it was NFL playoffs. However after they were so rude to our Doordash driver, we drove down there ourselves. It had been 2 hours at that point. When we asked to speak with a manager, they sent out the shift lead only. He was nothing but rude as well. The hospitality staff is a JOKE. We got home finally with our food and it was completely out of temp and ice cold. The cardboard boxes were falling apart from sitting so long. We went in for dinner last night and I don't think I have ever had this GREAT of service at any BWW! Samantha was fantastic and checked on us multiple times throughout our visit, she never let our water get below half which is a huge thing in my book. I've been coming to this location for 6 years and have been frequenting BWW across the country for over 20 years. Their motto is "wings, beer, sports." If you're into those things, then B Dubs is for you. We're here every Monday night and occasionally for other sporting events such as NFL playoffs, the college football playoff championships, and most recently, the NCAA national championship basketball game. On Mondays, they have drawings for two jerseys, one for each team playing. They carry all sports packages and show UFC fights also. Brandi is our cocktail, Jason is the bartender, and CJ is the GM. They all make sure we are well taken care of. Brandi brings us beers without asking and she makes sure we get all of our orders in before happy hour ends. She knows my food order when I'm ready: snack size traditional wild wings, all flats, with a side of carrots. The wild sauce is the second hottest sauce and has the perfect kick for me. Jason is one of the hardest working bartenders I've seen and can handle a full bar on his own. During happy hour, they have $3 apps and $3 tall domestic drafts. I'll usually start off with some roasted garlic mushrooms or chili con queso dip, They have a couple good sampler appetizers and the cheese curds are fantastic when you eat them when they're nice and hot. I could also munch on mini corn dogs and potato wedges all night. During lunch, they have great valued combos. I understand not everyone has VIP experiences like we do because we are regulars. But to increase your chance of having an enjoyable experience, I would sit at the bar or cocktail area if everyone is over 21. The cocktail will usually be able to run circles around a server in the dining area. Avoiding peak hours or grabbing a seat early before big events should also enhance your experience. If I could give no stars I would! Horrible experience. Saturday night Labor Day weekend, the restaurant is slow and yet 2 bartenders can't take care of any of their guest. As my husband and I sat at the bar and received horrible service we watched multiple people walk out because they weren't even greeted after waiting long periods of time. We ordered two simple things. First they didn't come out together so as my food sat there my husbands never came out. After sitting for over 12 minutes without anyone even checking on us.. (although it was slow and there were two bartenders) I sat there with my food and empty glass as my husband sat with no food and an empty glass. The bartender was ok with giving us a bill although i hadn't touched my food and my husband didn't even get his food yet. When I brought to their attention that we were waiting on food they said oh sorry we will personally check what's going on. I guess the kitchen forgot to cook the food as he claimed. First off. Im a server. I get how it can be and give people the benefit of the doubt but holy crap there was no one in the restaurant and it was slow. We are a party of 9. The hostess, Cooper was completely rude upon arrival. He sat our table and once we asked the host for a sling for the car seat, he had an attitude because he had us move sections due to a fire hazard. Totally understandable. The server, Hal started out fine, but not once did Hal check on us after apps were dropped. I had to ask the rude host, Cooper for silverware, plates, and napkins after we were halfway through with our appetizers. Also halfway through our experience our waters were empty, with a 9 month pregnant woman and children. We waited a considerably long amount of time for our entrees that were COLD. We never got our sides of celery and carrots so we asked the host because AGAIN, the server never checked on us. Cooper said 'yeah when I get a second' and where we saw him standing at the front just watching tv. We asked for refills on water when Cooper came back which he said while walking away and waving his hands like 'yeah I heard you' SO INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL. We had to ask for everything and NOT ONCE was the server checking on us or 'is there anything else I can get you?'. We were not rude in any way so we don't get how horrible the service was or how little they care about giving an inch of quality service. i'm a delivery driver and i went in there to grab an order and the young girl told me "a few more minutes." which is fine, i work in a restaurant and do uber eats on the side so i absolutely understand how stressful it can be in a restaurant and also I absolutely understand what takes a while on orders. I get it. Right from the star she had a very bad attitude. But genuinely I don't care. So after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how much longer because she told me a few minutes. She told me 10 more minutes. At that point I was not frustrated nor had an attitude. 30 minutes goes by, i ask her can she give me an accurate wait time, because the customer was asking and it seems like everybody was getting their order except for me. after waiting 30 minutes, she tells me they already gave out the order to a different driver. At this point, I have an attitude. That is so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. How long was she going to let me sit there if I never spoke up ? Why did she keep telling me a few more minutes if she knew from the start that she had given that order out ? not only that, she had a very, very sour attitude from the start. Which only made it worse. I can't believe you have the young lady at the front serving customers. She was being extremely rude to everybody else as well. I overheard other delivery drivers who are waiting for their orders as well, complain to each other about her attitude. It's not that 30 minutes is a long wait. I can wait for 30 minutes. That's not a problem. like I said, I work in a restaurant too so I know how it is. But the fact that she left me sitting there, and probably would've had me sitting there all night if I didn't ask her. My family and I have been coming to this buffalo wild wings regularly for years. We ordered food to go today for dinner. We ordered mild cauliflower wings and they came with everything seasoning and jalapeños on top. We have ordered mild wings for years and mild cauliflower wings since they have been on the menu and never received them with seasoning and jalapeños. Hit this joint today for the first time in years. I use to be a regular here but found another place to enjoy sports the last four years unfortunately my new place didn't appear to survive the lockdown. As for my review of this place. My party was created at the entrance and we were seated immediately. The server was wearing PPE as were all visible employees. They have a barcode on tables now that you point your phone camera at and the menu opens on your phone browser. The service was spot on. The food was delicious and Tuesday's are buy one get one on wings. I ordered my normal amount and took the second order home to enjoy later. read more
