We arrived at 615pm, as a party of 4. There were 5 booths open and no party's of 4 or more were waiting to be seated. We were told the wait for a table would be 30-45minutes (by Nicole). Nicole was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We asked multiple times if we could sit at a booth and were refused as they "only sat parties of 5 at booths". Both the assistant manager (Carly) and store manager (Martin) said it was policy to only sit 5 people at the booths. However we witnessed several tables sat that consistently had less than 5 people. We waited an additional 15 minutes (628pm) and we're finally seated at a handicapped table, located in the corner of the room. We had ZERO a/c (as we were told the a/c was broken) the outside temp was and our server didn't acknowledge us until 639pm. At 7:14 a party of 4 was seated at a booth, just two spaces away. Every time we addressed the issue, we were dismissed. We were threatened with being kicked out multiple times due to our questions related to being sat at a table reserved for Handicapped and not at a booth. We felt like this was a donor standard as we were told the booths were being held until the UFC fights began. *of note, the UFC fights started at 3pm. We're incredibly disappointed by the events that occurred tonight. Previously, we loved coming to BWW and the service we've always received. It's so unfortunate that our visit to BWW in Henderson was sub-par at best. 115' no A/C they should have warmed us before seating us and taking out order! Mgmt did nothing to accommodate us.... Martin repeatedly dismissed our concerns and told us "go eat your food we have other things to deal with right now". Please consider addressing this issue as I'm sure we aren't the only people of which this has happened to. I'd really hope that this BWW had better training on how to seat their guests appropriately. The food was great; asian zing boneless wings and a cheeseburger with tater tots. Our server was wonderful (sorry, I don't remember his name), went above and beyond to make us happy, including changing the channel on one of the TVs to make it easier to watch. Prices are very reasonable. The down side was the long wait to be seated at a table. No host? We gave up and went to the bar which was pretty empty, but they expect you to use your phone to read the menu, which I hate. Plus no booths. Finally gave up and went back up to the desk and waited for a table. Missed out on a booth seating because of our bar detour, unfortunately. I think they must be short staffed, as the floor had loose napkins and crumbs everywhere. We ate at BWWs quite a bit in Murrieta (CA) when we lived there, it was still a bit loud but always had a good look, with lots of light coming in from windows. Biggest complaint here--the music is incredibly loud! People were shouting to be heard over it. And its not a particularly great selection of songs. They really need to check the decibel levels in there, when you add voices to the music. I will have trouble getting my husband to go back there because of it. As for the menu - my husband misses the shrimp po' boy sandwich and I miss the chicken flat bread pizzas. However I commend them for finally serving the loaded ice cream in individual serving size. I love that dish! The single servings aren't quite as good/impressive as the 4 person dish, but the large version kept me from ordering it if we had less than 3-4 people (3 if one is a teenage boy! 4 huge scoops of ice cream, a full sized fried flour tortilla w/sugar and cinnamon, drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrups, and cheesecake bites in the middle!). These are the same flavors, but much smaller (and no cheesecake). I wish, more than anything else, that they would just turn down the volume on the music a few notches. I'd like to avoid damaging my hearing just to eat a good meal. read more

Alycia needs to find a different profession because her attitude is terrible. She is very abrasive and rude. When I walked in she shouts " take a seat anywhere it's just me!!" which is super unprofessional. I wanted to place my drink order and my food order at the same time because I was on my lunch break(I wanted to get my order in quick, so I had enough time to eat). She refused to do it and over talked me and would not let me speak. There was a very clear difference in how she was treating other customers and me. I 100% believe Alycia had an attitude ON PURPOSE. So many years of being a customer here staff has always been amazing with the exception today of witnessing one employee cashier taking orders who has the name badge that says certified Trainer Maya. Terribly rude on phone then rude and argumentative with me. Laughed when I asked politely to speak with the manager and instead sent a lead cook. The assistant general manager came out and was very polite. Even another employee that witnessed it was apologizing about how rude the trainer was. This is definitely not the person that should be a Trainer. It was not a one off. She is just completely rude and unacceptable. My husband and I went here for a date night, and never once in 40 minutes after taking our order did they once come up to our table to make sure we were okay. I had to go after our server to ask her for another drink because she would walk past us like we didn't exist. There was no prior situation before this, simply had our orders taken and never saw our server again. We didn't even get to order desert before we paid and left because the service was just awful. First time to this location and overall it was an ok experience. We checked in at the podium for a party of five and were seated right away. We arrived around 7pm on a Wednesday and the Golden Knights playoff game was on...sweet! This is definitely a good spot to catch a game as they have TVs everywhere. As for food, we started off with the regular nachos which held us over until we got our wings. Nachos came out pretty quickly but the wings took a little longer. We got the garlic Parmesan, Buffalo and dry lemon pepper wings. Honestly all are personal faves so these are definitely my "go to" wings. While dining at the Henderson location, I encountered several issues related to service quality and cleanliness. Upon arrival, we waited to be seated, and the restaurant appeared dirty, with floors in need of sweeping and several uncleared tables. Over the 1.5 hours we were there, no table was fully bussed and ready for use. Notably, two staff members (one in a #11 jersey, Brown) sat at a booth, socializing and neglecting their duties. The overall young staff seemed disengaged, and the absent manager contributed to the lack of oversight. I recommend reviewing security camera footage from June 15, 2024, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM to address these issues. We ordered 20 wings--10 plain and 10 with BBQ sauce--along with a side of Mac and Cheese and Celery with Ranch. Unfortunately, the Sprite was unavailable due to a syrup shortage. When the meal arrived, we noticed that the Mac and Cheese, served in a black bowl, looked dry and old. It occupied less than a quarter of the bowl and was returned untouched. We asked for the bill, but the Sprite and Mac and Cheese were still included. After requesting a reprint, my husband paid at the Takeout register after waiting to pay. As he left, he fell ill with food poisoning, likely from the BBQ wing. He's been sick all night. All your staff hung out in the back most of the time we were there. read more

This is the first time we visited Buffalo Wild Wings since we moved to the Las Vegas area from California earlier this year and we were very happy with the customer service! Everyone delivered fun and friendly customer service from start to finish. Our server was Starla and she introduced us to caramel dip with cheese curds! My fiance wasn't a huge fan of it, but I absolutely loved the combination! It reminded me of funnel cakes, caramel popcorn, and auntie anne's pretzels, but better! It's that sweet and savory goodness if you're a fan of that! We did the BOGO traditional wing special (Tuesdays) and were happy with the wing sizes and flavors. All around, we like this BWW more than California ones. Food & service was excellent! I always get great service at this location. The last few times Lauren was our waitress and she's super nice! Since this is basically a sports bar (with a restaurant) it's always loud because they have games on all the huge TVs. If you come on a popular game day, it's so loud that you can't even carry on a conversation. I would definitely recommend getting take out on those days if you're not a sports fan lol! I always order the small size of traditional wings, so I can get two sauces. I get them "extra wet" because I love the sauce. The potato wedges with cheese and fried mushrooms are my favorite sides! I came in to pick up my food. There was a line because I thought that maybe people were placing orders and others behind them to place orders or pick them up, I thought maybe here were some folks in the mix that were incorrectly in that line when they should have been in the one for a host or hostess to assist you so that you may be seated for dine in. NOPE. The line was out the door. ONE hostess for a ton of people who were all there to pick up their orders. It was pretty terrible, especially when some of the other front end workers were available but instead were standing there just watching how much heavy fire the take-out cashier was taking. After waiting several minutes for me to even make it up to the front quarter of the line, I noticed that there were some very nasty, grumpy, mean old men who were waltzing in, picking up orders and leaving. Those grumpy pops were grub hub and door dash employees. They were there to get their orders and get on with their delivery night. NOT cool! They should have to wait in line just like we did. Although the manager was pulled up to the futon to assist with some sort of cashiering issue, they never addressed what was going on with the lines, her hostesses or any of that. I not only waited for more than 20 minutes to get to the front of the line, I got my food home assuming all would be well. NOPE. 1/3 of my wings order was not cooked all the way through. I'm talking about not redness near the bone but small sections of cold chicken and light pink liquid coming from that, previously frozen chicken blood. That happened in one third of my order. I have yet to let the store know but I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Needless to say, I tossed the rest of my order, not willing to take the chance. Several people in line in front of me picked up their orders with ease. A few of them had incorrect sections of their orders and others had payment issues. The hostesses should have let people know in advance that they are running behind and/or that our orders may take a little while longer to receive as they just were in the midst of an online order rush. I was NOT happy, to say the least. The line was tooooooooo long. I, along with at least 8+ other people, were all cut in front of by the terrible delivery people. If I could give ZERO stars, believe me, I would. What a nightmare this place is. For our Super Bowl party, I ordered a delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings, making sure to request sauces on the side and even paid extra for additional sauces. When the delivery arrived, we were missing 11 out of the 16 sauces we ordered! Instead, we received 5 mysterious brown sauces (I could only guess they were some form of BBQ). Side note: The side sauces are TINY. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the so-called MANAGER (!?!) gave me nothing but attitude. She flat-out refused to give me the missing sauces unless I placed another order or physically went to pick them up. Despite me never asking for a refund, she repeatedly stated, "WE AREN'T DOING REFUNDS," which was not the point--I simply wanted the correct items I paid for. To add insult to injury, when I asked for her name, she abruptly hung up on me. After calling back, I found out the two female manager working were Samantha & Jasmine (or so I was told). The manager had the audacity to blame ME for the missing sauce, which is downright laughable. Her excuse? Apparently, I didn't check the bag upon pick-up. As a reminder: it was a DELIVERY order placed directly through their website. FUN FACT: Buffalo Wild Wings subcontracts delivery through DoorDash. I had no chance to inspect the order before the driver picked up. Nor did I have a way to contact the driver to double-check things since it was not done through door dash directly. Ordering through THEIR site should infer the ownership lies on them - not me or the driver. The fact that they subcontract delivery through a third party is beyond my control. In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation, I spoke with a man named Max, who assured me that if I placed a second order, he would personally ensure it was correct and he would include the missing sauces from the first order. I'm sure you're shocked to know that not only did we not receive the sauces from the first order, we also received ZERO sauce at all for the second order. So now, we're stuck with 80 wings, 5 mystery cups of brown substance and no solution at all to the sauce debacle. I am 100% convinced this was done intentionally to add salt to the wound. I get it; they're probably super busy for the Super Bowl, and mistakes happen. I run a business here in town and I understand that people are human. HOWEVER, there's absolutely no excuse for blatant rudeness and hanging up on customers, especially when the problem stems from your staff's lack of attention to detail. If you're going to hold a position of authority within a company, you should be mature enough to handle tough situations without resorting to toddler-like behavior. So, if you're even considering ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, think again. Spare yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. read more
