Me and my husband went to this BWW and when we waked in it wasn't busy at all. There were maybe 5 tables including us. We sit and are greeted by the waiter, Elijah, who said he would be right with us. After deciding what we wanted, he came over to the table to take our order, my husband ordered first and me. The waiter did not read back the order, or clarify anything about the order. As we waited for our food, it got busier. Then the food runner, who desperately needs to get her hair done, comes to bring what we think is OUR food, but no. Just my husbands. I sat there and waited for my food for 15 minutes. By that time, my husband had already finished his food. Along with my food coming out, also came our appetizer. Once i finally got to eat my food i was waiting to get the servers attention to ask for some ranch, not only did he NEVER stop by our table to check on us again after placing our order, after i did finally get his attention to order the ranch, he NEVER brought it out. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, which was great, we ordered food which also came in a timely manner! As me and my children entered the restroom there was a sign stating the men's restroom was under maintenance and was closed off. The woman's restroom was a mess. Two out of three stalls were extremely unclean. The paper towels in the trash can were overflowing and it was obvious the vanity sinks had not been wiped down in a while. We ordered 3 orders of kids boneless wings and fries, my kids seemed to enjoy their meal; however, what my husband and I ordered was not good at all. He ordered the smoked Brisket Burger, and traditional wings. The wings were close to burnt I would say, they were extremely hard. A customer sitting next to us actually asked if our wings came out hard or was it just theirs, we confirmed it was ours as well. The Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad I ordered was bland. We also ordered guacamole and chips, the guacamole had no flavor whatsoever. I really do like chicken wings and watching some sports when I can. Buffalo Wild Wings are pretty consistent, but not always the best value. Reliable for the most part, I just don't like the overfrying of the wings that result in hard nubs sometimes. If you order to go, please check your order and not just have them read off what you ordered. The ticket will be right, but the bag will be missing some sauce or a whole order. This place has been worse and worse to go to! This is the third time I tried to give it a chance and it was horrible again! Went to the bar to have lunch and the service was god awful. Never checked on me or my food. I could see my food sitting in the window from where I was sitting. Ask for 15 wings WELL DONE with spicy garlic and mango habanero. They were in the window so long that when the bartender went to go get them finally she had the cook mask them with more sauce due to them sitting so long! She then decided to bring them to me. Is there an option for no stars? We were a party of 7, the restaurant had about 35% of the tables open and unfilled. One member of our party got 6 wings delivered (half of their order), 30 minutes later, two more orders of wings arrived. The appetizers came 15 minutes after that. When the rest of the food was brought to the table it was cold. So about 1 hour into our "dining" experience, we finally got the beer we ordered when we first arrived. The manager doesn't seem to care much either, that's the real reason for this review. The staffing seemed appropriate, no servers were busy or seemed stressed. I would give it 5 stars but when we first received our food it was cold and the wings were hard to bite on, however the bartender that was also our server took care of us and took the food back and got us new wings so it was nice and fresh. I love sitting by the bar, you can enjoy your food and drinks while watching the football game. The service was great and they made great cocktails as well just a little pricy for the drinks if it's not happy hours... other than that I recommend. Literally the most overcooked, undersauced wings I've ever had in the 35 years I've been eating wings How can a place the specializes in wings do such a terrible job at cooking and tossing wings? It's a 2 step process that should be rather routine and simple for such a place. I chose bww today for the sauces because I really like the flavors. Unfortunately, these wings were so unbearably gross that I had to throw them out. One star, because of the national burger day special and BWW wings are my favorite. Other than that, thumbs down unfortunately. So yesterday was "national burger day," and I woke up to an email saying BWW was having BOGO free burgers, plus it's a Tuesday so BOGO free wings! I'M IN! My boyfriend and I walked in and stopped at the host table. After a couple minutes, no one acknowledged us and employees just gave us stares. We finally saw the sign next to the host stand that said "please seat yourself and scan the QR code for the menu." Yes, it's our fault we didn't notice the sign, but the restaurant is pretty dark. We would have appreciated if someone just yelled at us to have a seat anywhere we'd like too. Once we got seated, we scanned the QR code and a server came up to us asking if we'd like waters and volunteer to get us hard copy menus so we didn't have to look at our phones. Ok, the server SEEMED promising, but let me get to it. Before we even ordered, we asked about the national burger special. We asked if it was all the burgers on the menu or if it was just certain ones. She didn't know the answer, which we'll give some grace because this is a special specifically for this day that we were just notified about that morning. She asked someone, came back, and said it was for all burgers on the menu. Great! Then we also asked, "since it's also Tuesday are we able to get both the burger special and the wings BOGO offer, or is it just one offer per table?" She said that both would be honored as long as I activated the offer on my BWW account. So we got 2 burgers and 12 wings. Burgers were much taller than expected. They were tasty, but incredibly greasy and oily. I also asked for no pickles and it came with a pickle as big as the patty and another smaller one. Obviously, I panicked since I didn't want the taste being ruined, but it was fine. When the server checked up on us, I told her about the pickles and she said "I told them no pickles." And I said it's fine as long as the taste wasn't altered, and it was fine thank God. Once the wings came out, my bf asked the food runner for ranch. She never came back with it and after 20 min our server came back and he asked for it again. At the end of our meal, the server told us she'd "work the numbers." When she came back she told us only the burger special was honored, pay on the QR code, and left. We were confused. We asked about the special deals before ordering and if we had known prior, we wouldn't have gotten wings. Anyways, when she came back with boxes, we asked her if she could split the check so both deals could be honored. She easily said yes, which was odd to me. Instead of dropping the check off like that with an "out of luck" attitude, could she have spoken to the manager prior, offered to split it before, or found another solution? Why did I have to ask to split the bill for the deal to be honored? Or maybe she could have asked for clarification before we ordered? I'm not sure what the answer is, but after all this back and forth we noticed her name tag said "server trainer," as in she trains the servers. I don't want to dox anyone so I won't be giving out names, but this was not acceptable customer service. We sat ourselves, could have ordered on the phone, was told to pay from the phone, then had an issue with the check? So the only thing the server is required to do is run food??? You hardly need staff for that. Nowadays a robot does the food runs at some establishments. From my experience, I assumed all places would have a huddle prior their shift with servers talking about daily specials, what to push out, and ask questions. Clearly the server who trains others does not even bother to keep up with specials or knowledge of the system only taking one special per check. Anyways, I love BWW wings. I think their specials are great. However, next time I'll be ordering to go on the app. I can see what specials will be honored, do separate orders, and even order ranch. read more

Randy Azar (Manager) said his Buffalo Wild Wings website displays dine-in only. There is nothing on the website about it. He is a "Liar." I viewed the website and it said nothing about veterans have to dine-in. They do not take orders at the counter nor walk-ins. Veterans are expected to dine-in even if Veterans do not want to dine. So this review is for the pick up because there is a huge problem with them getting orders right and the customer service is awful. I've come in there's always something wrong but today was so bad i decided to write this review. To sum it up I ordered the 20$ deal where you get boneless wings and tenders, they forgot the tenders. I walk back in and tell them , the woman at the front said she double checked and they were in there, I told her they weren't. She storms to the back and I wait like 5 minutes until presumably the manager came out and said we're remaking them now. This is how I know she didn't even read my damn order. Today 3/27/24 around 2:55 pm, we came in mind you was a slow day only two tables dinning when we walked in. Ps we only go out during week days. Reason why? We have an autistic son and he loves to elope doesn't stay. We came in, got seated at a table and we very polite asked if we could get a booth with a high chair for our 14 month old we informed them we understood the whole safety protocol... again we come when it's slow. Never on weekends on peak hours. The female hostess seems like she didn't really care much about our kids concern, we asked to speak to a manger may be they could understand. She seem to take matters into her own hands. Got a high chair set it with full on attitude and when she did we both said thank you (myself and my husband) she just ignored us with so much anger followed by attitude that I just felt like we need to leave!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! Went here on Monday, May 23, 2024, for the all-you-can-eat boneless wings for $20! (Should've known that was the first red flag). We DIDN'T make any reservations, so as you would imagine, there were about 7 people waiting. The lady tells us that if we sit in the bar, it will be faster. Not really caring, we stepped into the bar and chose our table. Once I sat down, we walked right up to the bar so the ONLY server in the bar, who also happens to be the bartender, didn't have to walk far to take our order. We ordered the DAILY special that was advertised NATIONWIDE--$20 all-you-can-eat boneless wings and fries. You would think they would have been prepared for this! 45 minutes later, the bar now has 5 dirty tables, 4 full tables, 3 patrons at the bar, and STILL NO WINGS OR FRIES! How hard is it to drop frozen items in a fryer, especially when they're on special? This isn't rocket science! I haven't been here for awhile. This is a good bar food. Nothing really special but I like the casual atmosphere and the service. I am into any discounts. I think Sam's offers discounted gift cards for this place but I didn't have it. However, I have Rakuten and it gave me 2% back. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this is the second incident that has happened in this location. First time we waited I've 2 hrs for pick up and the order was wrong. This last time, we had the rudest waiter. He looked like he was running the show. He never smiled, which I'm ok if he doesn't want to but the fact that he ignored us all night long is what gets me. He took our order and complaint saying he had 70 tables. I'm ok with him venting, but his attitude towards was nasty. Our order was missing extra wedges, extra veggies, and mandarin. I tried getting his attending multiple times and he completely ignored me. The one time he made eye contact he walked away and hand gestured me to wait. My husband had to stand up and ask the hostess for extra sauce. The tables around us were asked if everything was ok while we were completely ignored. I'm 100% sure he ignored us because we're a different race because the table next to us was his same race and he came around more than 3 times. I never got my fries nor my veggies. My daughter got her mandarin at the end. I wanted a to go box, we waited for them to come around so we could ask for the check the waiter never checked. I was beyond infuriated I wanted to leave without paying but I'm not that kind of person, so I went to the hostess and asked for my check. My husband is a very generous man, this waiter missed out on what could have been a great night for him. I believe in second chances and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Which we gave him multiple chances to remediate his actions and I understand if his the "only one" but he should have treated everyone the same. I will NEVER come to this location again! This man should be held accountable and honestly if he doesn't like his job he should quit and look for job like dicks at the Excalibur because he would be perfect for that job. We got ignored for ten minutes at the bar again, so we went back to the front to be seated. Waited another 15 minutes and no hostess no greeting from anyone!!! Multiple employees even walked past us probably going on break, but wow can't even let someone know there are people waiting. Feels so stupid to even try to spend money at this restaurant. Once I received my food, I had to ask for fresh hot food and they brought me out the same wings dipped in grease. The wings were old and discolored and limp. They never mentioned the Bogo special I had to overhear it being explained to another guest. They treated me as if I was a homeless individual or someone who had the plague!
