I have gone here previously and received decent food, but my last trip was disappointing. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese online and placed my order about an hour in advance. When I arrived it wasn't ready, which typically I don't mind during busy lunch hour, however the restaurant was only a quarter full. The Mac and cheese had almost no sauce on it, which made it extremely dry. The flavor was bland and not exciting. It honestly was a bowl of a grease mess. Hi. I just went to bdubs with some friends and it constantly gets worse. No wonder it has bad reviews. We waited 35 minutes for apps and 50 minutes for food.. and it wasn't busy. Also we watched our server hit on every co worker around and play the claw game while we were missing sauces, fries and our drinks were empty. I am a server, serving isn't hard. This place is a joke. They worked my 17 year old daughter at least 26 hours in one week. She was a hostess and they never made accomodations for her to have one break ever. They were rude to her. The nasty miserable girl she worked with told her she better have every f'n thing stocked before she goes home. Even after working all day with no break. I made her quit. She is a hard worker and quiting is never something I would normally encourage her to do. I am most definitely filing a complaint with the dept of labor. read more

We ordered our food at 5pm to be ready at 650pm. This place was so unorganized it was incredible. They knew it was a busy holiday and websight should have blocked orders for only so many to be made at a certain time. Not order willy nilly. We got there at our pickup time only to see 30 more people in line with the same time. Waiting outside in the cold. Then they couldn't find out order and had to search for it. I went to this establishment and they close at 11 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm and the waitress said that they don't serve people past 10 pm. This seemed irrelevant as it was 30 minutes before 10 pm. With capacity at half due to Rona, it's difficult for me to understand why it would take 1.5 hours to get our food. 30 minutes to even be asked what we would like to drink. No offer of a menu from our server who clearly had an attitude upon approaching our table. While waiting for menus, our server thought it best to sit back and count her tips rather than serve us. When I asked for a manager, I was graciously pawned off and never had the opportunity to address the multiple issues with this experience. Havent had wings in such a long time so i was really looking fwd to this. Unfortunately wasnt as great as I imagined it to be. Service was slow and it was not busy at all. Our server was friendly but the quality of the wings have gone down. I wasnt expecting anything fancy but the wings barely had sauce. Our kids ordered non spicy wings and they came out spicy. Honestly, I can buy the sauces I like at Meijer and I can get chicken strips with more meat, better meat, less excessive beading and more flavor before the sauce even enters the equation from McDonald's. You'd think BWW would want to fix that, yet they're still selling little cubes of chicken with 5 oz of breading caked around it and calling it food. It was a packed Saturday evening so my friends and I got a table in the bar area. Given these facts I get that it means the place is so loud that conversation needs to be yelled in order for a person 2 seats away to hear you. And I get that the tv's are a distraction on every vertical surface- absolutely EVERY inch. What I don't get is the lack of service and lousy food. Our waitress or the cooking staff took 4 times longer than normal to get our orders out. Once they were out they were mediocre at best. Half of my choice- a blackened chicken salad- needed to go straight to the trash for being spoiled. At least the chicken was seasoned well and edible. So if you prefer the loud, distracting and man appealing atmosphere you'll like this place. Be prepared for the crappy food by eating elsewhere first. Nothing much to say about Franchise food stores. - The food was on point, ordered 5 different flavors of wings, all of them were loaded with sauces which is a plus. But the service on the other hand, was rather slow. I dined with a party of 4, we were one of 4 tables present, no huge parties everyone was just dining on a Saturday afternoon. Our water was rarely refilled, and it took the waiter a while to get our orders down. I have gone to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings and the one in Holland is the worst! Bad chicken tenders and carrots and celery look terrible. The bathrooms are another story. Flooded in the men's bathroom and the women's bathroom really needed some cleaning. Not a good look. read more

I recently very into B-dubs, and I can see that the quality of food gets somehow better, although it's still very depend on the day and the mood of the whole restaurant I guess. So I don't like that part; however, the chicken is very constant in quality. One recommend would maybe to upgrade the menu, since it is pretty boring. read more

When we were seated it took another 10 mins for them to take our orders. once food was brought to the table something leaked from the ceiling onto my food and I told staff, they responded with "yeah we need to get that fixed" and did not do anything else about it. Came up to the table threw the wings down, told us the order and walked away. They need to find some better waitress or at least someone who is friendly. Ahh Buffalo Wild Wings! Thank you. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings (Bdubs) 1 week after it opened. I had a good time the place was packed. We only waited about 20min tops, and there were a TON of people there!! We got seated, the drinks came quickly, and the food came at a reasonable time considering how packed they were. The food: I ordered the Cheese Burger Slammers and 6 Boneless Buffalo Wings with Spicy Garlic sauce. First off the Burgers were ridiculously good, they came with lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side with a generous helping of shoe string fries. Bdubs is known for their bone in and boneless buffalo wings they have quite a few different sauces to choose from, from great tasting to great tasting burn you face off Blaze sauce. My personal favorite was the Spicy Garlic sauce. You can sample sauces if you would like, I had sampled 3 different sauces. Mango Habbenaro, Hot BBQ, and Parmesan Garlic. The mango had a sweet flavor to start with a killer kick at the end. The Hot BBQ was just hot through out the entire sampling, my wifes face turned all red from that one. Then the Parmesan garlic had no kick what so ever and tasted more garlicky than the spicy garlic did. I was very pleased with my overall experience with Bdubs and will be going back soon. read more
