Just read my review from three years ago, and what a difference time makes. Visited for lunch today, slow seating, slow service and food was really salty and the restaurant is not well maintained. The server we had was friendly and polite, but could definitely tell she was handling more than her share of tables. Did not blame her, definitely a corporate/management issue, so she was not dinged financially from us. Definitely not enough servers or even a host/hostess scheduled. Delicious food, wonderful service, and a great atmosphere inside. I had the trout for the first time and it was so light and delicious. Love that it was perfectly cooked. The fire cracker Calamari was so good I ate the whole plate. This was my enjoy life day and I did just that. read more

This location is spiraling. The steak had no seasoning, very tough, fried shrimp way too salty. Lobster tail had only two bites of meat-- definitely overcooked as well. For the prices, you would think the food would taste good and be up to par. My family has tried to give this location chance after chance and every time we leave disappointed. Got here at 8pm and was quickly seated and that was about it. Many servers walked by us, ignored us, no drinks, no silverware, nothing. 15 minutes passed so we left. There were about 4 people in the restaurant and all of the servers we hanging out in the kitchen. Painful experience but I tried to give them another shot since it's been a year. The atmosphere was nice, couldve been cleaner.. The service was really good, our server was super attentive and sweet. But the food was horrible. I mean BAD.. no seasoning, overcooked, and just plain BAD. This is my first time eating at Red Lobster. I was so excited to finally go and during crabfest at that, i was ready! I got the new seafood boil, and was extremely let down and underwhelmed. The shrimp was so overcooked. It lacked flavor, period. The crab wasn't cooked right and barely had any meat. I decided to try this location but I was really disappointed with the quality for the price. I ended up requesting a refund for the mash and cake. The manager Greg was polite and took care of it. He stated with the cake it's already pre-sliced. The flounder was ok.. didn't look like picture. The lobster mash is an up charge and wasn't worth that with 3 pieces of lobster. Meh. Brother-in-law ordered a coke. It wasn't working. I ordered a blue moon, it wasn't working. Sister wanted mahi-mahi and server had to see if they had any since so many of the food items are out of stock. Seriously, they were out of fish and chips.... We always come for my son's birthday since it's his favorite and a tradition at this point. However, if it continues to be run this way I imagine it won't be open a year from now. read more

The service here definitely made up for the horrible service we received at the Clarksville restaurant. Hostess could have been nicer when we asked for a booth. (There was no one here.) We asked the waitress to let us sit in a warmer place and she was great. The previous seat was really cold and I overheard another patron complaining. We have eaten at this location multiple times every year over the few years and the food and service has been excellent. Surprisingly they also have an excellent steak for those who do not enjoy seafood. We have a large family and they have always been very nice and accommodating! So I'm not a huge chain restaurant fan, but I had such a great experience here that I had to leave a review! We had Christina P for dinner and she made our meal. She was so outgoing and new exactly what we needed and when we needed it. We always have a lot of modifications and our special needs son who started the meal off screaming that he was scared of her (as he is with all strangers), but by the end he was laughing, actually ate quite a bit for him, and was so happy and asking to come again. That's amazing for a family like ours when it's so easy to dislike him or be scared, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and for this family who doesn't get to go out a lot it meant the world! First, there isn't a problem with the wait staff but the cook is terrible. Coconut shrimp appetizer was good but the main meal was terrible. Overcooked everything. Fried shrimp was a dark brown and no taste just rubbery. the Grill shrimp same thing. dried out and rubbery. The lobster tail, I should say half a lobster tail was dried out and no taste other then the butter for flavoring. The lemon whatever pasta, was overly and I mean overly lemony That's all you could taste was lemon. And of course I wanted the asparagus for an EXTRA charge and it came grilled to nearly burnt on the tips. No taste, hard to chew and burnt taste. Needless to say, we will never go back to Red Lobster and it was the only time out to a restaurant with my husband in over 2 years (our 24th wedding anniversary) and $99.66 for the worst meal ever. read more

We had a party of seven and were told we had a 45 minute wait. After about an hour and five minutes of waiting our party was called. They then tell us that our party was written down as a party of two, so we had to wait twenty more minutes. I love seafood, but my husband is less enthusiastic about it, so we usually go for something different. As a joke last Christmas I gave him a $100 gift card for Red Lobster. At least I thought it was funny! We used the last of the card this week and it turned out pretty well. We had the 3-course lunch offerings with clam chowder/salad, coconut shrimp, and fish and chips. My husband really liked the cold salad with onions and all sorts of toppings with just the right amount of dressing. The clam chowder was a little on the thin side, but had lovely, juicy clams and no grit. We both liked the coconut shrimp very much. The fish and chips were good enough and similar to the UK version. Nothing rivals the fish and chips we had during our life in England, but these were above average. Our server was Jessica, who couldn't have been better. Every need was met with a smile. What I especially appreciated was the young man who so quietly cleared the tables. It was so nice not to be assaulted with the horrible clatter of dishes being thrown into the bin. Both he and Jessica then very thoroughly sanitized the tables AND seats, which was pleasing to us. I made a point of thanking them both for jobs well done. This recent visit on an Sunday afternoon rush felt like a casual Tuesday lunch dinner. From the server to the assisting staff made my experience more than relaxing. I have never written a review about a positive experience somewhere. That's how great this Red Lobster was. My husband and I came with his family to celebrate his and his aunt's birthdays; we were a party of ten. We called ahead to put our name on the list to hopefully. It have to wait too long on a table, but we ended up having to wait about 30 minutes because the party already at or table sat for roughly 45 minutes after finishing their meal and wouldn't leave. Management profusely apologized for our wait, even though it wasn't their fault. We understood and didn't mind waiting. When our table was ready and we were seated, management offered us two free appetizers for our wait (and ended up giving us four). This definitely wasn't necessary, but it really showed how much they value their customers. Our waitress, Jackie, was hands down the best server I have ever seen. She busted her tail to make sure our glasses were full and her guests were happy (not to mention, she also sang a beautiful rendition of "Happy Birthday" to the guests of honor). This Red Lobster is very lucky to have her on staff, and we were lucky to have her as our server. This was the best service and management I have ever seen and I hope to return in the future. Worst food ever, could of gone to WalMart and purchased frozen Sea food and meal would have been better. Food was served cold. We waited 40 minutes before salad and biscuits were served total meal time was 2 hours. We left before all refills were brought out. Only half decent dish was shrimp scampi all others were like rubber with a cold sauce poured over them we had looked forward to the shrimp feast. Our meal was over $100 for 4 with no bar tab.
