Walked and was ignored by multiple hosts before my party of 4 had to flag someone down. The waitress was warning us about an hour wait for food. When I looked around, not even half the seats were filled, She then explained that the expo was new and really struggling with his job. After 45 minutes we got half our food And half the sauces. After ten minutes the rest of the food arrived but we were still missing sauce. only by the time we finished the food did the sauces come out and wrong. The food was alright but the wait time for the amount of people dining was not worth it and honestly embarrassing. We could hear about other tables being comped their food for the wait but we had already paid before we were told they are refiring and comping our entire meal, but we had already paid and were almost the door. The attempt was appreciated but by the time we had the offer, we had been there for an hour and half for 3 meals(2 of my party shared a plate) and had run out patience. Not going back. read more

Came to have dinner with my wife and son on Friday night at around 6pm. They had maybe 4 tables of people in the restaurant and 2 servers. They told us it was going to be 50 minute wait. The hubs loves this place. They really do have great wings. Best in Kali as far as we can find. Weve tried Rileys in Kila and Scotty's. A lot of places just have Hog Wings like Desoto's and Blue Canyon or Boneless Wings like Applebee's. Real, good wings are kinda hard to find around here. The Boat Club in Whitefish has some pretty darn good wings, but you can't beat all the flavor options here. Get extra sides of sauce, ranch, blue cheese. Shoe string-ish fries. For sauces, we like the hot ones: Buffalo, Asian, Thai. Its a pretty cool sports bar. We've always had good service here and they do a great job with take out. Glad they came to town! read more

We waited a while and finally had to flag a server down to get service. My chicken Caesar salad was standard fare. Tastes like Sysco bulk dressing. The chicken was served warm, which I appreciate. Some of the lettuce was brown. It came with garlic bread that looked seasoned but lacked flavor. SO ordered "hot" heat for sauce on his wing combo -- traditional and boneless -- but the wings didn't have enough of the sauce. The fries look tasty but are greasy and bland. Here's the thing, I want to like the food here. Sooooo badly! But it makes me sick. It's sooooo salty and just overkill and my stomach hates me. HOWEVER: the atmosphere and bar and staff is why I keep coming and will continue to do so. They're all so fun and friendly, it's a great place to hang out and grab a drink and hang out. Maybe it's just me, but I can't eat there...as much as I want to. It all looks so good but just isn't. Either way, some desserts and other small things are great! But NOT the entrees. If I could give negative stars I would. terrible customer service. greeted very rudely and told we couldn't park in take out - we were there to order take out. When my husband went inside to order the same person greeted him rudely again asking what he wanted. Not how can I help you? Not welcome NOTHING friendly. He said I tried to order take out and the app didnt work. She said we don't do take out so goodnight. This was our first trip to Montana and our first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. We've come quite a few times, and each time, I've remained hopeful that the service would improve. I've never written a negative review, but this place is truly terrible and deserves every bad review it gets. To summarize a plethora of unfortunate experiences, the food is regularly cold and they don't seem capable of including every item in the order the first time. Tragically, this is one of the only places to get wings in Kalispell so if you do decide to go here, be prepared to check your order to ensure nothing you paid for is missing. All of our issues have been with the kitchen which, I imagine, is a complete train wreck. The waitstaff, however, is perfectly friendly and helpful! read more

Probably the worst service all the BWW in the country. Slowest service, slowest take-out (even if you order on-line you have to wait for them to cook it after you get there) and today was the last straw. Walked in and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the front door, then one guy goes to clear a booth and a lady tells there are only high tops (I'm disabled - high tops are hard to get in and out of). Get your act together and maybe someday we'll come back. In the meantime there are way better choices with way better service in Kalispell. read more

So, Let me start with, we have been here 50 times over the years since they opened. The food has been going down hill and the service sucks. They were not busy, the waitress was more worried about hanging out in the kitchen. Our glasses stayed empty. She came back and asked how things were and what we needed. I pointed to my glass. When she returned she slammed it on table and never stopped on here way to the kitchen. Amazing service from Derrick! He was very attentive, polite and brought out everything we needed quickly.

So far I have only done take-out orders at this location. The food has always been great and my order correct. The staff is always friendly and make the pick-up process smooth. Being able to place orders with the App is extremely handy for quick lunch runs. read more

We were seated and had to ask twice for a waitress. We were seated for 30 minutes before one showed. There were people who sat down right across from us and their order was taken right away. we asked other waitress's to take our order and told they couldn't because they didn't know the number of our table. For Mother's Day we wanted to bring Mom a nice dinner. She is home bound so we went into the restaurant and ordered a few things she would like plus our own. We paid a lot for the 5 of us! When we got home, 50% of the food was wrong! We couldn't believe what we got! There was even a hamburger that we did not order! Mom's order wasn't in the bag. nor was mine. We had macaroni that we hadn't ordered! We were right there in the restaurant when we ordered and picked it up. None of us could believe how mixed up this was when we got home! Not only that, we were charged for any sauces that should have come free or part of our order. The wings were so tough with very little meat on the bones, and the celery I ordered was wilted and limp, the coleslaw was old and had no taste, and a tiny bit in the cup. Please tell us why this is OK. I don't want the excuse about being short handed or can't find people to work! Four servers were just standing around doing nothing. My wife and I have been talking about having some wings for the past month. So this last Sunday we finally let the urge take control, and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, so this was going to be our first experience here. For the most part everything was fantastic from the sides, wings, and wait staff. The only thing my family and I didn't like were most of the sauces. The kids just used ranch, which didn't surprise me at all. What did surprise me is my wife went with ranch as well. We tried the Thai curry sauce, which we did not enjoy much at all. The spicy garlic sauce wasn't bad, but not great. The buffalo bbq sauce was pretty good, so I stayed with that one. Our dislike for most of the sauces could just be our tastes, but the wings were cooked perfectly, and they were pretty big. All the TV's in the place gave it a cool sports bar type vibe, which would have been great to watch a game with the guys and have a couple of beers. I should say one thing I did like about the wing sauces was there was like 8 or 10 different sauces to choose from, which does give you a lot of choices and flavor combinations. There is also a bunch of dry seasonings for the wings as well, but because of the kids (who are pretty young) we went with plain wings with the sauces on the side. We sat in the bar area because baseball was on the big screen. Nice down to earth atmosphere. Had the appetizer sampler, it came with nachos, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and buffalo wings. Everything was good except the nachos. I am a nacho lover but these chips were too thin and to my disappointment the weight of the toppings made them collapse because they were soggy. Other than that, the other items were good. My favorite was the onion rings, I love crunchy batter rings. Our server greeted us with a smile, she was attentive and nice. I would love to recommend hugely that they change their chips but this place is about wings and their wings were good.
