What a nice clean place for lunch! We got the Asian zing and honey BBQ wings, the little cheeseburger sliders, fries, bacon cheddar jumbo tots and the skillet cookie for dessert. Wow! We got here around 11:30 on Sunday for football and it wasn't too busy at first, so we got a nice spot at the bar, the service was very good. Our waitress was always asking if we needed any additional drink or menu items. It of course was loud because it was a football Sunday, but that is to be expected a sports bar! Lots of TVs and drinks make it a great place to watch a game. Great service, okay food. Service (5/5) Service was excellent - both friendly and efficient. Plus, she got all of our bills correct for a table of 16, with spouses and kids all mixed together- impressive. Nashville Hot Chicken (3/5) Hubby said his Nashville Hot Chicken should be renamed to Lukewarm Chicken, or "Minnesota Hot" Chicken. This translates to an okay sandwich that he wishes was much spicier. Redbull Sunrise (5/5) I LOVED my Redbull Sunrise. Seriously, my drink looked just like the one on the menu and it tasted so delicious. Received the best service by Isabella and she even let me vent on the bad experience in Apple Valley with CHRIS THE BARTENDER. Isabella was friendly, helpful, great personality, and great smile. Very helpful with giving me a sample on trying a sauce I was not familiar with. She made great recommendations and was very efficient. She even suggested getting the Buffalo Wild Wings app to earn points... which I did. Hope she wins that mug... she deserves it. The 15pc wings I ordered were delicious. The boneless wings are so bad, so much breading and the chicken is crunchy and weird with gristle and fat and whatever else. my husband said his tradtional wings were fine. we ordered the small onion rings, such a joke - 6 rings for $6 , sucks because these are the only things i enjoyed! potato wedges were decent , oh and the chocolate cake....the cake is incredible. got it to-go and i heated it up when i got home, so good. They had several and I mean SEVERAL tables open. They told us it would be an ungodly wait time. The lobby was packed with people waiting. There were only 4 groups ahead of us and at least 8 tables open and available with ample servers. If they could figure their seating out we could have been served. We ended up leaving. This isn't the first time at this location we have seen this problem. The few times we have been served the food was cold and our orders were wrong. Wow! Never have I been in a restaurant that has the music/TV volume crank up so loud. Normally we sit in the bar area but the primary sound source was coming from the bar. Due to the high volume the folks in the restaurant were talking so loud and together it created such a bad experience that we got our order to go. Went in for a beer and some food to go, and needed to order through the app. App doesn't work worth anything so we asked the waitress if we could just order without using the app. We were told absolutely not. I understand that we live in a world where absolutely no one wants to work, but come on BWW! We entered at 8:15 with a 1/2 full restaurant and our server Connor said due to capacity we had to wait 20 minutes. We asked to sit at the bar and were told our party of 3 had to be sitting??? Well other than shuffling the whole bar to accommodate three seats in a row, we elected to wait it out. After watching 10 or more patrons departing I asked how this could be a capacity issue and he changed the story to that it was a lack of cooks and they were backed up in the kitchen. I again asked why we couldn't just sit at the bars empty tables and he said the tables were being filled? We finally were seated 35 minutes after check in. Next to us at high top bar area was the 2 tables of high school boys. Again why would you seat ten 14 year olds in a bar area drinking water when patrons thirsty for beer have to wait? I guess profits at this location take the back seat to common sense. After a round of cold fries we finally got our wings. Thank the lord the wings were as good as they were otherwise I would have really had a hard time dishing out one star. In the end a disappointing end to a good round of golf we were just looking for a cold beer some hot wings to finish the night and things had to get far too complicated. Terrible. I called almost an hour ago for an order that they said would take 30 minutes. No sense of urgency but I've already paid so I have to wait. First the good, the staff is usually pretty nice more often than not and on Saturday night, with a fair amount of snow in the forecast and a dead bar, they were still nice and nit dreading a night of poor tips. So there's that. The food, it's chain bar food, there isn't much to speak of there and that's the starting point. When you already start with a mediocre product, anything you do to reach less than a perfect end result only serves to make your product less and less desirable. One thing I didn't do on Saturday night was get cheese on my chips, it's never worth the surcharge. Most of the time you might get a very small sprinkle of cheese and that's it, not enough to even have even a small shrewd of cheese for every chip. Saturday night, and the primary reason for this review is because of the sauce, or lack thereof. One of the selling points to what we used to call BW3 is their sauces. On this night you could barely taste any sauce let alone tell they were tossed in any sauce before they were delivered. That's the kicker right there, it's very clear when something like a wing is or isn't tossed in the sauce that there are supposed to be prepared with. Tonight I was jipped. Go ahead and come here, hopefully you get the nice people but that's all you'll get. You won't get great food, at best you'll get mediocre food if it comes out.... UPDATE: Fool me once.... I'll preface with the point that some workers here are great, spot on, no complaints. Other times it was tonight and not so much. There were three total people at the bar and the bartender was glued to the girl he used to go to school with. No problem, pretty girls are great, id probably do the same if I were him. I would, however, actually pay just a little bit of attention to the other customers that he isn't trying to get the phone number from. My friend and I came in late, 10:30, and only ordered off the happy hour menu, nothing tough there. Even easier when, after my friend orders, I say I'll have the exact same order except with a different wing sauce. Sounds easy enough right? Nope. First of several mistakes. 10-15 minutes later our chicken tenders came out and they were warm, I'll say that much, but aside from taking as long as it did it was odd that chips and dip still hadn't made it out 15 minutes later. Chips and dip, shouldn't take more than the walk back to the kitchen and back. Eventually one order comes out and the bartender looks at us oblivious to the error. And we said, well, what about the rest of the order? He seemed confused he forgot and walked back to the kitchen returning quickly saying they needed to heat the cheese for the dip and it would be 4 minutes and I'd have a fresh order. 10-15 minutes later, with my friend nearly done with his food, the chips and dip finally come out, albeit a half hour after I ordered it. Should it be surprising the cheese dip was barely lukewarm and not really warm at all? Thing is the bartender wouldn't know any of this, or that our glasses were empty, since he was glued to the one customer at the bar who had a to go order, that's right, she wasn't even eating food there so it was a bit odd he was so concerned about her "customer well being" when she wasn't even eating there. He eventually makes it back to us where I said I'm not interested in the luke warm chips and dip and he seemed to think taking it off my tab would somehow make up for it. No kidding, you'll take it off my tab? How very benevolent of you. A number of mistakes and he takes yet another break with his favorite female customer before he gets back to us, glasses still empty, and asks if we'd like the check. That was a quick yes from us since we weren't getting service and since we were clearly an after thought to him tonight. Honestly, this was pretty bad, all around. It's hard to screw up bar food in a bar that's nearly empty, but this guy and his kitchen staff managed to hose up nearly all of it. Bottom line, there are a few solid workers here but there's a decent chance you will get the others and their "attempt" at service. Good luck. Third time is not the charm, Attempt 1 on an order of the chicken tender meal (5-piece). I asked for them extra wet and sauce of the side to dunk them. Their Asian zing sauce is good and for 5-pieces I like to dip them in the sauce. Picked up my order and it's read off correctly, "extra wet and side of sauce." Get home and my chicken is dry (no sauce at all) and one small side sauce. *Let me explain the size of sauce is maybe 2oz it's hardly enough for 1 piece of chicken let on 5! Attempt 2 on the same order of the chicken tender meal (5-piece). Asked again for the exact order: extra wet which is their lingo apparently for extra sauce on the chicken plus a side of sauce to dip the chicken in. Exact same experience and I did t possibly think the order would be screwed up again. Get home open the bag and again I have no sauce of the chicken and received sauce on the side. Attempt 3 and the final experience ever...I'm done. Too many choices locally from small business to give them another dollar. Enjoy bankruptcy. I called in and asked for the same 5-piece chicken tender meal. This time I explained I had order previously and it didn't come how I asked. They explained the tenders do not come with sauce on the chicken (first time hearing this but okay) and the sauce only comes on the side. Knowing they provide the smallest side of sauce imaginable, 2 oz, I asked for two! I know big time...right?! I was going to reward 2-1/2 stars but I didn't have the option. First off, our server was great! He was professional and very attentive to us. However, the low score is due to the slowness of the food. The food itself was okay, but it took a long time to come out. Our server even checked for us as well. The manager could have lit a fire under the cooks to speed it along. The other staff also seemed to have a vibe of "I'm here to earn money but not put in a full effort of work." Our server was great however as I said. But I wasn't impressed with the rest of the visit. The management could encourage their employees to do better work. Not sure if we will be back. I've went to this place numerous times and all has been great, except my last visit. I ordered a medium boneless honey barbecue, but when the food came out my food had clearly sat out for awhile, and was bone cold. I also noticed there was another sauce mixed in with the honey bbc because there was a reddish-orange sauce that had contaminated my wings. After I politely asked for a new batch of wings, this Oompa loompa look-a-like manager with red hair, named Amanda came out and was an absolute buzzkill to my family's outing. She was blatantly rude, and scoffed at my request of a new batch of wings. She even touched it with her own hand to check if it was cold, then proceeded to tell me it was fine and told me to eat it..... Like, you touched my food, and now expect me to eat it!!?? Not to mention she was extremely unprofessional. She looked like she had just got up from bed, didn't have her name tag on, and her overall attitude towards me was degrading! I love any buffalo wild wings. Great wings and good times. As always I am usually here on 45 cent Tuesdays or boneless Thursdays. I have no raves or complaints about this location. But overall service is usually good and the food never disappoints. They have late night happy hour that starts at 9pm offering $3 drinks and appetizers. This is by far the worst BWW I have ever been to. Not only is the service beyond slow, after waiting 20 minutes to place an order for an appetizer, they showed up cold, after our apps arrived it took another 45 minutes for our food to come out (which I am certain was sitting in the fridge before arrival, as it was nowhere close to even room temp let alone warm) after explaining to our waiter that this was clearly not okay and our party of merely 3 would like some warm food; we were greeted with the comfort of knowing there are a lot of orders at hand and that's why our food isn't warm (makes sense). Who would want warm food, not us clearly. A second server came and said we would be discounted our current wings and given a new batch and they would be ready in 20minutes due to the inconvenience...... well that was quite a lie. I spoke to our waiter and asked if he knew when our order would be coming out, only to have him respond with "oh I didn't know you had more wings coming. I was just going to give you a check." GREAT, ANOTHER LET DOWN. After asking for the manager (clearly a Karen move here) we were told by the on duty manager there is simply nothing more they can do (thanks, Kevin) and we should pay our bill and they would be willing to put a new order in for us but it would take another 25 minutes. Clearly this is not the place to go. After 2 hours of sitting at our table, our dinner party of a measly 3 was left with 3 orders of cold wings, beyond unsatisfactory service and one huge reason to tell everyone we know to not go to BWW and go to northern tap house next door for better service and food. Beyond upset... the reason I don't like going to BWW in the first place. Service is always poor. Got there around 7:40 and didn't get out until 9:15! I ordered 25 boneless wings with 4 sauces and 5 ranches on the side and said it multiple times. Not only did I only get 1 ranch and 1 sauce it took 15 minutes to get more sauces I ran out of water and put my cup on the side of the table to only take another 15 min to get water. Buffalo Wild Wings is your typical noisy sports bar, and they have TV's covering the wall so you know the game you want to see will be on. Their wings are what people go there for.It is good, but can be pretty expensive. The little known flat bread pizza's are what I order every time, and they absolutely blow the wings out of the water! The atmosphere and menu are the same everywhere. This particular restaurant though, has given me less than satisfactory service on two occasions, something I haven't had at any other Buffalo Wild Wings. I felt disliked by the server and on one occasion my food took forever. Nevertheless, it is a fine eating establishment and I would recommend going there on Sundays during football season to watch games that aren't being televised at home. read more

He needs some serious customer service training. When bringing up an issue with our bill he came to our table arms crossed "we have a problem here." It was over a small charge on a drink. After him blaming it on our server (she was great!) we told him we'll just leave. Then he said he was going to comp us but since we have an attitude we can "LEAVE HIS RESTAURANT".... (while we're already walking out).. Because of him my family and I will never be back, and I continue to tell this story every time Buffalo Wild Wings comes up in conversation. The owner did listen to my complaint and honestly seemed to care. She let us know that she will give us comps, but I was only interested in an apology from Greg.
