Tonight has to be the worst service I have ever gotten from BBW. Not enough staff in bar area. Bartender couldn't keep up or know how to really bartend. Waitress has way too many tables. Waitress was combative when things were incorrect with order. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Never got a refill on my beer or even offered. Male Manager walked around in his coat through the restaurant like he was ready to go home. Didn't seem to help his staff at all. Instead of renovating this location maybe they should have just shutdown all together. I'll be going back to my BWW OP. I can't even give this location any stars!! read more

A couple years ago this location wasn't doing very well, but over the past recent months, it had done a complete turn around! This location has a lively atmosphere with fast service. Staff is friendly and they are very strict with their 10pm curfew for anyone under 18 which i like. Very clean too. read more

The entire dining experience was deplorable. We arrived to an empty restaurant around 2pm after a kids event. First issue we noticed was the condition of the restaurant. It was filthy. Well, football season is here and there's just no way to avoid the pull back to BWWs... so remembering my prior experience with poor service, I thought I'd be clever and use the website for a to go order. Well, the team at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings was up to the challenge of ensuring that my streak of bad performances would endure! First up we we arrived 5 minutes after the website told us the food would be ready. The gal at the counter looked and informed us there wasn't an order and volunteered that we must have come to the wrong restaurant. While I must admit the problem solving logic is sound, it would have been great to double check versus assuming I made a mistake. After retrieving the phone from the car to prove the location and receipt, a manager walked up. The manager was able to open the warmer and sure enough, there was our food. Now, if any readers are looking for an apology or an amazing customer service recovery... well, this is not the establishment for that sort of thing. Went here after work on a Thursday after midnight. They have happy hour specials which are $1 off certain alcohol drinks and $4 on certain appetizers. I got the Buffalo Zoo which is a fruity drink. (It was NOT included in $1 off, but as of 8/24/17 is $5.50 for ~12oz). Then my co-worker got one of the "build your own mixed drink" for the happy hour special. I think it was raspberry Absolute with orange and pineapple juice. It was only like $3 something. Then we split a fried pickles app. The app came out fast and was really hot, lol. We got chipotle ranch and regular ranch as dipping sauces. My total was ~$8 something and hers was ~$6. Not bad for one drink and an appetizer split. On a side note, our waitress was great! The store was not currently busy, we were seated immediately. We had a group of 6, 4 children and 2 adults. We had to remind the server that we were ready to order. She brought drinks and walked away. 2 kids ordered strawberry lemonade. It was not cold, and the drinks were majority syrup. We had to ask a different server and the manager and still waited twenty minutes for them to receive their drinks. The children's food took 45 minutes to come out. My server brought me the wrong food and it was an hour and a half before I received my food at which time I was no longer hungry. This was an incredibly bad experience at this location. We came in with a party of 4. The restaurant wasn't at full capacity and honestly weren't very busy on the floor. We all 4 ordered wings (buy one get one). One person's food came out 15 minutes later. The next 10 minutes later. The next 15 minutes after that. And the last (myself) waited another 15 minutes (an entire hour after ordering). Throughout this time, the server was shying away from our table. After the meal was completed, I told the server there's no way I'm paying for this meal and the server responded "why, what's going on?" I clearly expressed multiple times with complaints. Came for a late night get together with some friends and Buffalo Wild Wings was more then accommodating. Despite having a large group our food and drinks orders were taken in a timely manner and we were always checked on and more drinks brought out as needed. Honestly has become one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever (unfortunately routinely) been to. It sits empty during the lunch hour each time we visit, but they still manage to miss the 15 minute fast break lunch timeframe nearly every single visit. It has gotten so bad that I have actually had waiters and waitresses roll their eyes at our table if we comment on it. If they were busy, that's one thing, but this continuously happens when it is barren on a Friday. (Also, The 15-minute guarantee fast break lunch was introduced by Buffalo Wild Wings as a way to stay competitive and to get people to come in for lunch during the work day. But it doesn't work when it goes from a 30 minute to a 1-1.5 hour lunch that is wildly inconsistent). Furthermore, it gets almost worse whenever you try to do take out. It is, for us, 100% never ready by the scheduled pick-up time. Routinely it is 10-20 minutes late; and what's worse is that rarely is everything in the order correct. I have spoken to the manager on multiple occasions, for the previously mentioned and obvious reasons, but they have become as "frustrated" and visibly rude to their customers as the wait staff. Why continue going? We like their wings. It is close to work. It is reasonably priced (especially considering how many times a meal gets comped as the 15 minute guarantee becomes 30 minutes). read more
