Food itself is great but the service is so inconsistent, Order ahead of time at 9pm on a Sunday and somehow the food is still 15 minutes late and wrong. Got the right food and it was great but for how slow it was it shouldn't be that hard to do right the first time, very simple order too. Also they are blasting the football commentary so loud you can hear it clearly outside. If their service improved they'd be way better but for now food and service is inconsistent and can't be reliable enough to recommend. read more

I come here a lot and I have to say, even with all the change inside the restaurant, the food is still consistently good every time. I did ask our server for a lemon with my water & when it came, there was no lemon. I also asked for a kids menu that never came so I went to get one myself. However, the overall experience here was good. Now that they took down that big, dark booth divider in the middle of the restaurant, it feels more airy in there. Our food all tasted great! read more

Come here quite often and thought I would have a good experience but unfortunately i didn't. They have a sign at the front that says "please seat your self". Which i did and do every time and i always ask for a menu but for some reason the server that i had (Sidney) got very upset and had an attitude when i asked for one and said. "Well you sat yourself". Dropped in for a Sunday Meal. The food was your basic bar food. Burgers and wings. The food came out relatively quick. Nice and hot. I like the fact that they have a "Hot and Ready" policy, so when a dish is ready, they bring it straight out instead of waiting on the entire tables order to come up. This is definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. My family of three visits this location semi-regularly and we're almost always happy with our experience. Service is often above average and the staff typically goes above and beyond to take care of us. We often order the sampler platter as an entrée to share. The sampler platter comes with 6 wings (with one choice of sauce), 4 mozzarella sticks, chicken nachos, and onion rings. It's plenty of food for two to share. The food is hit-or-miss, but typically is better than other locations. There have been a couple of times where we've been shorted a wing or two or that the nachos were missing something, but they've always been quick to fix the problem when we bring it to their attention. We've found that when visiting on a week night (Mon-Thursday), we usually get the food much slower. Buffalo Wild Wings brings the food out when it's ready, regardless of whether the whole order is finished. So if you've got meals for multiple people, sometimes one person will get their food and be finished or almost finished by the time the last person gets theirs. We've noticed this happens far less frequently on a Friday or Saturday night, so we usually go at those times instead as we all like to eat at the same time. The restaurant is always loud and active, but that's to be expected at a sports bar with 20 televisions playing at once. We've never had a "bad" experience at this location and would definitely recommend giving it a try. read more

Not sure why the rating is so bad but I have been coming here for years and don't think I ever had a problem. Came here Saturday for lunch and sat at the bar. My bar tender was Shelby. I've had her a bunch of times while she was a waitress but never as a bartender. She did great! Great attitude and great customer service. One of my favorite employees here. I ordered a drink and some original wings. The place was packed but the wings still came out pretty fast. I got the Parmesan Garlic. It was pretty creamy and had the right about of spices. It's def one of my favorite flavors! I recommend this place for good beer, good food and great atmosphere! It also has Tons of TVs for sports fans! read more

Maybe having food would be good. Went to this location and they had no burgers and no sauces. I know you would go here for wings but burgers are the other half of the menu. So disappointed! Came here last Sunday with our 13 week old puppy to watch the games on the patio and she slept in my lap the entire afternoon. We had multiple wait staff come by to see the pup. Was even offered a dog bowl with water. Also two other dogs were on the patio as well. We don't eat out often. We were excited to order and get boneless wings for the super bowl. We went there yesterday to pick up today, even tipped the young lady in hopes we would get our order the way we wanted it. Hubby picked up our $200 order and opens everything up to see that we received regular wings. I hate bone in wings and so do our two teenagers. Hubby called, they offered a $10 credit. We had a mixed experience here today. The everything pretzel knots were great. Servers were busy but worked as a team helping each other. BBQ sandwich was a little dry, but a little side sauce fixed that. The only thing we saw as an issue, which lowered the rating for us was regarding providing cleanliness. We were seated near the wait station. Twice drink glasses fell on the floor and picked up and used for customers l. One was a plastic glass and the other was 3 of the disposable ones. The disposable one were stacked in each other and came apart when they hit the floor. A server picked them up and stacked them back together and used for customers. We walked in and noticed that the place was very clean and set up well. The tables were spaced out and it wasn't too overcrowded. Our waitress was Autumn, she said she had just started working there. Food came out hot and even though they have a hot and ready system (bring out food as soon as its ready) we didnt have to wait long for all our food between them bringing out half of our stuff. My son turned 21 yesterday, and I took him to the Buffalo wild wings to have his first drink, and they refused to serve him, saying they do not serve a person who is 21 on there birthday.. it was very disappointing and put a damper on the night but it's OK because Hooters made up for it as well as BJ's and the Outback. Even though none of the 100s of T.Vs were tuned into the game we wanted to watch, they immediately changed the channel on about half the T.Vs around us once we asked to watch the game. Service was great - the waitress we had was attentive and our glasses never reached empty. We decided to get the shareable basket which included four items off the menu.
