Placed a online to-go order online. When we got here, the place was closed down due to a plumbing issue. No problem, things happen. So, I wait outside until a worker comes out to assist us. I tell them that we had an online order for pickup. They go back inside. I wait 15 minutes later, I made the assumption it just wasn't ready yet. After waiting a woman comes out and says that the order had already been picked up. But obviously it hadn't!! So I tell them it might be under a different name and say my sisters' name. So, they go inside. Then, another when comes outside and asks when we placed our order. I respond,"About 7:20, it said it would ready at 8" To which she responded "we stopped accepting orders an hour ago."......??? Then why did it let me place the order?? To start, I tried to get a beer at the bar and was ignored. After being ignored I see the bartender tell a server that I need something. The server comes over all confused like what could I possibly need...To order dimwit. Server brings the wrong beer and says it will be comped. After deciding this isn't worth it, I decide to ask for a check. Again the server, who signed up to be a server, is confused why someone wants to pay up. A lot of weird confusion going on. Beer was not comped and the server would not bring my ticket back after he ran my card. He wrote in a nice $20 tip on my $17 tab for the worst service I've had this year. The service is 50-50. Sometimes you have a server that's more attentive and sometimes the water isn't at your table for a good 20 mins. Unfortunately the last experience was more like the 2nd scenario. Once we spoke with one the other servers, it got a bit better. We ordered wings, drinks, fries, and nachos. my girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for a while now, but today was it for us. who ever was on management sucked bad. waitress was whatever, and bartender sucked to. bartnerder didn't want to give us limes or salt for our ultras. Maaaaan If I could give this place a negative star I would give it -10. Me and my girlfriend had a long day of moving over to this area. When we were finished we decided we were craving some wings. We got two medium orders of boneless wings. Spicy garlic, mild, honey barbecue & bourbon honey mustard...When we picked it up it smelled AMAZING & had high hopes but sadly we were MISTAKEN. The chicken itself was just dry and and stale tasting and the sauce was super thick as if they didn't even heat it up. ESPECIALLY on the Spicy garlic. Imagine if they put Elmer's school glue on chicken. Let me not get started on the ranch! It tasted rancid and SPOILED! SPOILED!!!!. At this point I didn't think it could get any worse... But it did. How in the hell does celery and carrots taste spoiled as well. As if they have been waiting to get thrown out for months. The only thing I enjoyed about this meal was throwing it out. I go to BWW in pretty much every town I work. Honestly I usually regret my decision and am disappointed in the food and cleanliness. However, I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It was nice, felt clean, good bar service, and the wings came out hot and were above average. Only criticism is the celery was a ways past its prime. As far as this brand goes, it's one of the best locations I've eaten at. I'll go back again. read more

However these parties had already gotten their food and was eating good our server was trying to multitask by taking our order to drink and completing the tickets for the party of 10 She bought my son his lemonade right away I ordered a drink from the bar After about 20 minutes I stopped her because she was running around trying to complete the tickets still I asked about my drink.. She said they haven't brought it to you yet ? I was like no ma'am she said let me go check on it for you Another 10 minutes passed still nothing I stopped her again she said she's going to the back to go check on it she can she came back with the drink this time and said oh the bartender forgot to make it Wellthe drink tasted like nothing but juice and andvi didn't taste any liquor I sent it back to have it made a little stronger I was willing to pay for the extra liquor She brought me another drink it was better mind you all the parties that were in there were clearing out and leaving She had yet to take our food order So when she finally got to us she took a food order she let us know about the special and we went ahead and ordered I ordered the ultimate sampler as a meal my son ordered the cheese sticks for the appetizer and the wings I couldn't understand what was taking so long to bring out the appetizer So I stopped the Mgr So after he went and checked on it he lets me know she just put the order in 7 minutes ago I said sir we've been sent here for almost an hour now he apologized and said let me hurry and get your appetizer out.. We ate here after our hike at Pinnacle Mountain. Our server was pretty good. Forgot her name though. I ordered sweet tea which wasn't so sweet and not so cold. I told the waitress and she was aware their sweet tea isn't sweet. lol So I tried a different beverage. The lemonade blueberry mint caught my attention and ordered it. LOL it was tooo sweet!! lol I had to dilute it with water. You would think that they would've perfected the mixes in their drinks. I guess that's room for improvements for them there. Food wise. I ordered the philly cheese steak of course with fries!! My sandwich was loaded!! There was lots and lots of cheese in there. I think it was too much which made it salty lol I've had sandwiches from other places and BWW Philly cheesesteak sandwich didn't really impressed me. I wouldn't order it again. Love some Buffalo Wild Wings. But on this occasion it was awkward! First of all I walked through the bar with a box of diapers in my hands! We were meeting some Fraternity Brothers for a "Man Baby Shower" (if there is such a thing) we brought diapers to be entered into a raffle for a bottle of whiskey... I digress. Food was good, i mean its hard to screw up fry chicken, sauce chicken, serve chicken.... I love their wings. I love their long hours. (Until 1:30 am most days) I hate that they're so effing far from where I'm staying, but I still drive 20 minutes just to get their fabulous wings. My first visit I stayed for a Primo Margarita on the rocks with a salt rim. It was pretty good. The 24 buffalo wings with buffalo sauce was pretty awesome too, for some reason they were the hottest of my visits. Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much monopolizes my food options since I get off work at around 12:20 am most nights. The place has a lot of TV's. Most are on sports channels. Worst experience I've ever had here. I've been coming here for years and never had enough issues to not come back but there were workers not wearing masks. I ordered online, arrived at the restaurant & waited until the app said my order was ready before entering the restaurant. I stood & waited for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Then they told me it would be 10 more minutes for my order to be ready. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, then was told that my order had been siting for several minutes ready & my wings were cold when I finally got them. Lastly there was a complete disregard for customers and inadequate service. People were taking their masks off to interact with customers and ignoring customers. Unless you want to catch the Coronavirus from a subpar, badly staffed wing joint I would advise going elsewhere. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but I will NOT be going back. read more

I visited 2 weeks ago and am still having flashbacks from our terrible visit. My dissatisfaction stems from the wings. The wings were TERRIBLE! They were just barely done and should have been cooked a lot longer. The skin was jiggly and the sauce wouldn't even stay on them. They were just gross! I've been to numerous BWW locations in different cities and states. Never have I had an experience like this. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and she offered to redo the wings. This restaurant does not have a good team that can handle to-go orders well. I ordered 20 traditional wing, 20 boneless wings, and some other stuff. I drove out of town to eat with my family and found out they were missing half of my wings when I arrived at their home. I spoke with the manager over the phone about the problem, and he gave me restaurant credit for 20 wings and potato wedges. I call the restaurant 2 days later to use my restaurant credit for a to-go order of 10 traditional and 10 boneless wings. However, they only gave me 20 traditional wings. The person over the phone handling these orders does not take accurate notes and no one double checks to see if the customer is getting everything they ordered correctly. This needs to be part of their process in their training. read more

Went to eat at 7:30 on a Thursday night, wasn't very busy. Food took over an hour to reach our table. Large potato wedge plate was not properly portioned as it was too small. One person in our party had 2 of their 3 wing flavors wrong. When they remade them, they brought out bone-in instead of boneless which was incorrect. They forgot the sauces, sides, and silverware. Our appetizer arrived with our check. When we asked to remove the appetizer from our check our waitress seemed upset but thankfully did remove it for us. Our drinks were never once refilled during our nearly 2 hour meal. Worst location I have ever dined at. Will not be back. Big disappointment. read more

B-dubs is hit or miss for the area and this one's a miss. Came here to watch the NCAA Football Championships. The table felt icky and the service wasn't great. The beer selection is supposed to be good with local drafts but our server couldn't tell us what they were. They had plenty of TVs which was nice but there was one TV that was 30 seconds faster than the rest so it let some people spoil what was going to happen in the game; extremely annoying and not sure how it was just one TV. The final straw was that at the end of the night both bathrooms were flooding and couldn't be used. The food was standard with our apps (popcorn shrimp + potato wedges) and wings.
