Wait times are getting longer and longer. Waited for almost 20 minutes when I counted 5 open tables and 3 open booths on a Friday evening. After being seated was another 15 minutes before the waiter took our order. I visit this restaurant about 1 every 2 weeks and this trend seems to be consistent. Some or their wings are pretty good but the fries and pretty much everything else looked and tasted a day old and is overpriced garbage. The people that work in the restaurant section are rude trashy kids. I don't even think they're rude on purpose. They just seem clueless about how to treat people. Don't expect much out of them. The bar wasn't too bad last time I sat in. Beer is way expensive though, especially for being low percentage. My advice is do not bring your family or date here. The environment is terrible even for a sports bar theme. It's just cluttered with screens and noise. Maybe meet a couple friends in the bar, get a pitcher and eat some wings. Well I have to give one star but if I could I would give it no stars! The service here was just unpleasant and I didn't feel like I had an enjoyable experience at all! My fiancé and I took some of our friends here for dinner and it just started off bad. I ordered an alcoholic drink and it took almost 10 minutes to get to me while d drone else had their drinks. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad and my fiancé and one of our friends got the boneless chicken wings, the other friend got the chicken sandwich. My food came first and I felt like I was a rabbit! What they call a salad is a few long pieces of lettuce covered in ranch and Buffalo sauce with ONE CHICKEN NUGGET! That's not a salad that a plate of lies! Then 10 minutes later my friend chicken sandwich came out to her, DRYER THAN DRY! Finally my friends and fiancés chicken wings finally came out THEY WERE CRUNCHY! And the fries tasted like they had been out for a week! And out waitress didn't come over but twice to check on if we needed more water and soda! I was highly disappointed! One of our friends went to go and speak to the manager and the manager didn't even come over to speak to the whole table and see what happened! Absolutely shitty service! I was so disappointed! I came here this past weekend while in town for a business trip as well as being in Utah for the first time. Prior to visiting this location, I had only been to one other Buffalo Wild Wings (in Union City, CA) and it was terrible. The bad experiences at that one left a "bad taste" in my mouth and already gave me preconceived notions about how this one was going to be. To my surprise, things turned out well! The reason that I came to this particular location was because I was working for an NFL player that was holding a silent auction here. With that being said, we had the whole patio section reserved. The restaurant already had a small buffet line set up for us. The buffet line included: 2 different kinds of wings, 2 different kinds of boneless tenders, potato wedges, a mixed green salad, carrots, celery, ranch and blue cheese dressings. It's hard to mess up salad and vegetables, so I won't talk about those. I opted not to eat the regular wings and only ate the boneless honey BBQ tenders. Unlike my experience at the other location, these were soft and tasty! I also had a healthy amount of the potato wedges which weren't too bad! In addition to the food, we had several employees that attended to all of our needs including constantly refilling our drinks. In addition, everyone was extremely friendly. Although this probably isn't the place to put this anecdote, I must also mention that just about everyone that I came in contact with in Utah was friendly! My husband and I went here. We asked for a booth the teenagers (3of them) said "they are cleaning one now" we could see the table they were talking about all it needed was to be wiped off. Really amazingly sweet waitress. When my mom said no tomatoes on the meal she asked if it was an allergy or just a preference. And she asked for no chicken on her salads it did come with chicken on it and both a manager and are waitress made sure to ask if she wanted it remade. Usually B-Dubs is a home run for someone with a gnarly appetite who needs to kill the hunger dragon within, but tonight they struck out in my playbook. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap thinking this would do the trick. When I got home with the takeout order I opened the box to find the world's smallest chicken wrap. I paid $9 bucks for this thing and felt like they cut 4 inches out of the middle. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to up their game, if they have any left, to win me back. In addition, they were out of several beer selections. I believe their drink menu needs updated as some items had the wrong percentages listed. On a number of occasions, food orders were messed up. For example, I ordered a sampler "to go" and upon opening the box I found that one of the most significant items in the sampler, the wings, were nowhere to be found. I went their with my girlfriend and we both got sick, I took her home and I went camping and it was a horrible experience! I've heard of other people getting sick as well, now a friend from work took his gf for valentines and she got very sick! The wings are good, the wait staff is attentive (sometimes too much so - coming by your table every ten or fifteen minutes can get annoying when your watching a game or having a conversation), and they're happy to turn on pretty much any sporting event they can. I get that BDubs is known for iffy service, usually on the bad side of things, but this was on a whole different level. I only saw one waiter, and I can see why. The place is severely mismanaged. My wife and I received a gift card here for Christmas and decided to try it out. We walked in and nobody was upfront. We stood around and waited until we were told to sit ourselves which is weird for a restaurant. We ordered drinks but took awhile deciding what we wanted. My wife was asking questions and our waiter got very very annoyed. We felt like a burden but we were one of the only occupied tables in the restaurant. Our food came out, my wife said hers was okay. Mine was cold and terrible, I ate a couple bites and decided to just stop eating and then eat something at home instead. We got our check and put our gift card in and waited. The waiter never came to get it so we guessed it's one of the restaurants where we pay up front so we got up and started heading to the front but the waiter thought we were leaving without paying and pretty much chased us to the front. He then told us he'd be the one taking our payment so we stood at the front while he took our card away to pay. He came back and told us to sign and give it back. We filled out the tip (he wouldn't have gotten one if it would've been busy but since it was empty we figured he wasn't getting a lot of tips that day anyways so we tipped 20 percent) but then he disappeared and we had to wait awhile until he appeared again so we could give him the check back.
