B-dubs has never been a favorite to me but rather a last resort since most places aren't open that late. I feel like the staff they hire is very unfriendly and I've worked at many restaurants to know that their behavior is not acceptable. Usually if I ask for a refill I get my eyes rolled at when instead I shouldn't have to ask because obviously I'm thirsty enough to finish one. My service seems to be like I'm pulling teeth for them and I am a very reasonable person and past waitress that knows how to tip properly but here they clearly don't deserve it. Tonight my family went and it was an utter nightmare. We waited well over an hour for food, things didn't come out right or it's not what we ordered then was offered half off the bill then it didn't get split right. Like c'mon, I don't know the software but it can't be that complicated. After all that mess my sister felt sick then came home and threw up her whole meal. We will not be going back again. read more

So here's the honest truth about Buffalo Wild Wings. It is very hit or miss. They don't seem to have a consistently good or bad service record. You are literally rolling the dice. The good thing is they have consistently good food and cold beer. Our recent visit to the Logan location was pretty bad. They forgot our appetizers. So we say for 30 minutes then we received out main meal. We told the waitress to forget about the appetizer. Then she proceeded to bring it out anyway and cha he for it. At this point I ordered another bud light because I knew I was in for a great experience.... When she brought is the check I put my card in the sleeve and she walked away. 40 minutes later she returned to pick it up and charge us. No refills on drinks, no contact whatsoever in between. We had to wait forever to get in, which is understandable as they just opened. We were willing to overlook that. Once we were seated, I asked for beer recommendations from the person I thought was our server, but she informed me she couldn't talk about beer because she wasn't 21 and that she was the hospitality captain. From the time we were inside, we dealt with at least 8 different people hovering over us, etc. I never did figure out for sure which one was my actual server and never got a beer recommendation either. Once we ordered, we waited 45 minutes for our food, again somewhat understandable as they are just getting started, but my food came out 5 minutes later than everyone else at our table, which was awkward. Also during the time we were dining, they needed to move a table, so they picked it up and carried it over our heads, which seemed odd and a little scary actually. The food wasn't spectacular. I ordered 6 wings, a side of fries (that was delivered in a paper boat like you would see in a drive-in) and a 12-oz beer. Cost=$20. Seems overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food I received. They also charge extra, I believe it was .60 for ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing WITH YOUR WINGS. I have never heard of this at any restaurant ever. I may try again when things calm down a little, but as of now, the food/price and loud, LOUD atmosphere will keep me looking elsewhere. read more

After looking for a place to get a drink all we found was BWW. The bartender Justin was very attentive and a fun server. This is a restaurant not a bar so you have to order food with your drinks buck luckily they have some very inexpensive food items on the menu. read more

I wouldn't even give them a star! The moment we walked through the door, we were automatically judged by the fact that we just came down the mountain from snowboarding. They came and told us what we could not order and passed judgement before we even sat down.. So We ordered and automatically asked for boxes. We got here tonight (Monday night football) around 10 PM, seated right away, in the bar area. When our whole group arrived the drink orders were taken quickly but it took a good five minutes to receive them. We were all ready to order quickly thereafter but we sat there for at least 10 minutes before the waiter came back to retrieve our orders. All drinks were quickly depleted but not refilled promptly. They ran out of iced tea mix so my husbands lemonade was comped. Food took about 20 minutes to get to the table (maybe even longer) the restaurant had around 12 people in it. When our orders FINALLY got to us, 3 of the 7 orders were incomplete and took approximately 10 minutes longer to get completed. The beer cheese that our friend ordered looked like it was previously used at an earlier table the waiter seemed pissed that he had to go get a new beer cheese. Quite frankly, he seemed quite off put to do anything for our group. I had ordered 3 mixed drinks and the rest of the table had soda or water. Overall we had fun sitting with our friends but found the service poor. Especially since they closed at midnight and we were leaving at 11:15. Good food for a decent price:) the servers are always super helpful and friendly.what's nice is they check on you often enough that you don't feel neglected, but they also give you enough time between check-ins that you don't feel like they are hovering. :D I love all the TVs. Good boneless wings. (Dirty bird- parmesean garlic with lemon pepper is amazing!) Also the chips are delicious with buffalo rub! The environment is exactly what you would expect at a sports bar. Our kids beg to go here because of the tablets you can play on. Probably not a great place for a first date unless you don't want to talk. Clean, quick and yummy! As has been stated, it is what it is. A place I could get into, but not this particular store. Servers don't know/can't say anything about beer and their beer prices are about twice as much as the average Logan establishment. Can't say much about the food because we never were able to place an order. We must have turned invisible after being shown to our table, because we sat there for half an hour without a single employee coming to our table. After such a long wait, my dad actually went and confronted a group of servers; but five minutes after speaking to them, we still hadn't been visited by our server. Serious disappointment! We literally had to wait on the staff to seat us because they were fighting and arguing with each other right in front of us!!! I even had to tell them they were being very unprofessional and then the hostess went off on her own rant about the situation. I've only gone on a Thursday night for the cheap wings. The service has always been great even in busy times. Plenty of sports on TV.

We love Buffalo Wild Wings! This time I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was rubbery. I let the server know and she took it back. Buffalo Wild Wings always tastes good to me. I always find myself ordering the boneless chicken in the snack size. The sizes are a little bit bigger than they describe. The snack size has about 8 chicken pieces in it. I always get a side of fries as well. The fries are usually good but the last time I went in, it seemed that they over salted the fries just a little bit. I think that was just a minor fault. These guys are 0/2 both times I've been. The staff at the Logan location really do suck, as other reviews have pointed out. First time it was like 20 minutes to closing time and we had to basically talk them into letting us order even though we said we would be out of there as quick as we could and were. Last night was it for me for that place. Went in strictly for the beer since the food really isn't that great, and upon checking my ID I'm told she can't accept it because it is 11 days expired. Just had a birthday and hadn't remembered to get it renewed yet. I had two other forms of state issued ID, (concealed carry license and a salesman ID card) that were current and should have been completely acceptable but was still turned down by both the manager and the waitress that really had no idea if they could accept those as forms of ID. I mean, I get that Utahs laws for restaurants are strict, but when I've got three different pieces of ID that all say I'm of age, don't you think that would warrant an OK from a manager, to keep a customer satisfied? Lots of way better places to eat in Logan especially when you have to get treated like that. read more

I am very upset with B-Dubs. A couple of months ago, on my husbands first day off in a long while, we went into B-Dubs and ordered the Chili Queso Dip and they were out of the Chili Queso. Tonight we go in, again on my husbands first day off in a long while, we ordered the boneless BBQ Mash Up Wings. After placing the order the waiter comes back to tell us they are out of the BBQ Mash Up! Saddened, my husband let him know that was the only one he liked and the waiter told him, "I don't know what to tell you," First, as a server, this is unacceptable to say to any customer. I am very appalled that the two times we go in there they are out of stuff. Then we are treated like it is a burden on the server to try to find something that is middle ground to make up for the lack of adequate inventory. This place is just fine. It's Buffalo Wild Wings, so I think everybody pretty much knows what they're in for here. It's loud, it's busy, and that's the way it's meant to be. Did you notice a table of teenagers leave yesterday? On a not busy Tuesday night around 7pm? 1 of them was my oldest daughter. She was in Logan for a 3 day FFA event at USU. After waiting patiently to be seated the kids decided what to eat. Then they sat there & waited. And waited & waited & waited. The waitress never got them water. Never took their drink order. The waitress never even approached their table. The waitress never even acknowledged their presence. My daughter contacted me (her mom, a professional chef, 3 hours away) & asked how long they should sit there before leaving. It had already been 20 minutes since they were seated. I told her they could leave immediately but they gave you an additional 5 minutes. Still nothing. As they got up the waitress didn't event say anything. She smiled & acted happy. They told the hostess as they left that they were going somewhere else. There was no response. Don't expect the business of me, my family or anyone from the FFA events that are held locally to ever frequent your location again. You allowed 3 well behaved teens to walk out with a considerable amount of money they could have spent. They were treated like second class citizens, most likely because they weren't of the age to drink. Shame on you! read more

Its a B Dubs...but in Utah. OK wings, expensive beer, lots of TVs. One tip: if someone at the bar asks to watch a game, change the TVs at eye level to that game. Don't change the giant TVs 6 feet above eye level. I'm going to have a sore neck the rest of the week. My fiancé absolutely loves BDUBS however this location seems to screw up our order or we get cold food. We live less than 1/2 a mile away from this location and we have ordered take out more than once and it was cold when I get it home. It is not like I am waiting too long to get it either. I ordered, picked up the order and got home in less than 15 minutes(which is their standard wait time) and it is cold. I have even had to wait for the order, got home and it was cold. I understand takeout is not going to be as hot but it should not be less than room temp. The cheese on my spinach flatbread was so cold it was hard. It had obviously been sitting for a bit. We even get cold food when we eat at the restaurant. We have significantly decreased our trips there because it is a joke. The management doesn't want to do anything about our complaints because it doesn't change. read more

Stopped in Logan overnight on the way to Bear Lake, wanted somewhere with a lot of TVs and beer to watch college football - BWW fit the bill! 50 cent wing special and an impressive selection of beer (including gluten free options, bumped it up to 5 stars). Coming from California, this buffalo wild wings gives off a completely different vibe than the ones I've been to previously. It felt more like a pizza parlor than a sports bar. The music wasn't that great, especially for the loud volume it was set at, and was probably one of the workers play lists which i felt was kind of strange for a buffalo wild wings. I feel like maybe this restaurant needs to send in a manager who has worked at other ones to make "adjustments" in order to feel like any other BWW. The food was good. The staff was nice, but gave off a strange vibe, weren't super comfortable to talk to except for the hostess. She was very welcoming. It felt like a family owned pizza parlor with workers who seem more concerned with the staff and entertaining each other than the customers. Our waitress was nice, always brought us new water even if we hadn't asked, but I could definitely tell she was anxious for us to leave. We were sat at a table even though the restaurant was empty, weren't even offered a booth. These are just a few small things I noticed were a bit off from other BWW's. Overall though, it was a good place to eat. Just don't expect the signature vibe of BWW here. read more

Terrible customer service, I would go somewhere else. We tried the fried mushroom appetizer and were very surprised at how ridiculously small the portion was. Before eating any of it I asked the waitress if that was a normal portion for the appetizer. Looking very surprised herself at how small the portion was, she said that it was abnormal and that she would do something. Minutes later a manager came up and asked us what the problem was. I told him there was no problem but that we were just hoping we could get a few more mushrooms since we were only given four very small ones. He told us that they served them by weight and that all of the orders were like that. This seemed like a hot load of BS given how small the food was and that the waitress before had already told us the contrary. This was pretty frustrating since it was the most expensive item we ordered. All in all I would avoid this place, it seems like they are more interested in saving a penny than providing good or even fair service. read more
