I ate here last night, with my mom who has never had Buffalo Wild Wings and SHE LOVED IT! We ordered way too much food and the only complaint were our fries were "bottom of the basket" a mix between soggy and cold or over cooked and also cold. My coworkers and I went here after work and it was ridiculous. We waited for 2 hours for one friend to get their food and even then they got it wrong. We also didn't receive any silverware until we requested it and then they brought it out loose on a plate. We were served the wrong food and wrong drinks. They have OK service, nothing that great, but it's not terrible compared to most places in Mankato it's good. I have been here about 5-6 times and I order my wings extra wet each time. Besides the first time going, each time after there has been absolutely no sauce! This last time I went I had literally made microwave chicken nuggets with more flavoring. Buffalo Wild Wings is a place that could easily keep as a traditional place to go if you have the right money which prices aren't bad they are a great place to go if you want to be a regular. I have been an avid Buffalo Wild Wings fan for over 20 years. It is a restaurant that I attended quite frequently in my dinning career. Nothing sounds better than some boneless honey bbq wings with big game on one or all of the TVs inside the restaurant. If I was to make this review six months ago, I would have recommended this restaurant, and did, to everyone. That was up until recently. Ever since Buffalo Wild Wings of Mankato switched to metal trays, the portion sizes of the "shareable" food items is laughable. A basket of buffalo chips with cheese is now about 10 chips. That's inexcusable and should be addressed immediately. Gone are the days that I dine into Buffalo Wild Wings on my free Saturday. I will not be attending my former favorite restaurant in Mankato until they address this portion size crisis. read more

I really do love B-dubs, but I am not a fan of this location....it is too busy all of the time and almost every time we order takeout, something is missing or not right. They do always correct it, but it's still very annoying to have to wait longer than we were quoted when the receipt actually does say the correct order and they still mess it up somehow. The downtown location was much better and I wish they would have kept it for a town like Mankato, it really made more sense to have 2 locations. Now this one is always so overloaded with people that they struggle to keep up with the amount of orders coming in. read more

I had put myself on a waiting list and when they said i had a table ready they didn't. They could t figure out where to put us and it took a bit. I got sat down the waitress was friendly but took her sweet time and didn't explain where menus where at all. I ordered a beer and it took 10 minutes to even get brought to my table. I feel like if you've been to one BWW, you've been to them all. (I suppose that is what the concept of a chain restaurant is all about) The food is solid, the beer selection is nice, but the place tends to be so very loud, that it is hard to hear the waitress and the person next to you. I do enjoy the trivia, if you are lucky enough to have a non-sports tv in view; however you do need to remember to ask to play. read more

Each time we go it seems like our experience gets worse. Last night we waited over 45 minutes to get our food and then when we did get it, they didn't give us half our order which we had to wait even longer for. Ordered take out late a few nights ago. Wings were great as usual. But I thought I'd branch out a bit and get their buffalo burger. Needless to say that either in the movement of the bag or something else the burger completely undid itself. Some minor food surgery and it was back to a "burger". Waited 20 mins and NO ONE came to serve us... disappointed because I just got off of work and wanted to enjoy dinner with my boyfriend who came from out of town to see me.
