A few years ago this restaurant used to be amazing.... Not so much anymore. Around 4 months ago when we came, we were seated at the far back table right near where the servers go to type stuff on their computer and it was not a well lit area. The restaurant was not super busy, and we had seen numerous servers, but the servers only seemed to really care about the other tables, including our server. It took our server a long time to come to our table to even get our drink orders. Also took the server a long time to bring the drinks to our table, so when she did bring them to our table we placed our order immediately because we had been sitting for so long. We had both finished our drinks and were probably sitting at the table for about 15 minutes with no service, empty drink, no food. Our food finally came but it was cold. We ate about half of the food and decided we just wanted to take the rest home and leave. However, we had to wait another 30 minutes before anybody even came back around for us to ask for the check and boxes... Numerous servers had walked right behind us to type stuff onto their computer, but not a single one helped us. If we were not decent human beings, we could have just walked out and left without paying as nobody seemed to notice us anyways... We had not been back again until tonight. We got in and got seated almost immediately. There was not a line of people waiting to sit, and there were only 5 tables with people at them. The hostess was having to also do the jobs of servers, and bussing tables. I did not see any other staff members out on the floor helping. The waitress took our drink order and came back almost immediately and got our order placed. It took about 10 minutes for our appetizer to come out, but it came out cold.... The waitress did not return again until 15 minutes later with our wings, and never bothered to ask us if we needed anything or if the food was okay.... When we got our wings, they tasted as if they had either been sitting out for quite a while or they were overcooked... they did not come out super warm either... I am definitely not blaming the waitress, as from what I could tell she was doing the job of three people. But I do blame management for not being on site to help out when short staffed. Like I stated, there were only 5 tables with people present, however, one person cannot do a proper job of seating walk ins, bussing tables, and serving/customer servicing the tables. I work in a management position and I can tell you that in order to keep your staff, you need to step up and not only be a leader, but also a teammate willing to help out your team. Your ship will sink very quickly if you keep staffing one team member to handle the job of three. I plan on taking a few months off from coming here yet again because this experience has ruined BW3 for me, yet again. But I do hope to return with everything back in order like how it used to be years ago. read more

The service just isn't on point. It feels like the staff was annoyed we dared to dine at their restaurant. Also, there was tension between the servers, they were hiding in the kitchen while one server frustratingly took on a 5 top in addition to her other table. We paid for our drinks and left, it didn't seem like a good idea to order food lest we make someone have a nervous breakdown and cry. My fiance and I are good natured people so we laughed about the event. My sister and I came here for lunch as I was in my hometown visiting her. This bdubs used to be the go to spot when I was in high school, so it's funny to me to hear how it's also the go to spot for her and her friends all these years later. The place is still pretty nice but it has aged a little over the years and could use a little sprucing up. But overall it's still enjoyable and the food and service are good! You really can't go wrong with any food choice at bdubs, but I opted for the chicken wrap with honey bbq sauce and I was pleased. One of the better spots to dine in Marion! read more

I don't normally complain/rate restaurants, but in this instance it is definitely necessary. Ordered delivery through actual BWW website. When the order did finally arrive, did not receive the order of fries that were ordered (Also verified the fries were ordered and paid for on the receipt on the bag). The 2 Bird Dawgs received had hardly any meat on them (the amount didn't even fill the buns). The Bird Dawgs we normally get fill the entire bun end-to-end and top-to-bottom, but not these. These definitely were not worth the amount paid for them. Also, the 20 boneless wings ordered were very tough; almost inedible. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from there (especially delivery) again for a long time. read more

Holy heck, if I could give zero stars I would. I went in, gave the name, girl went to the back and returned saying it was being boxed. I waited 20 minutes and she finds it sitting on the shelf and had been there because they didn't bother to look up the name. She laughed and I said it was not funny. The manager came up to say she misunderstood and I asked how do you misunderstand and then say a complete lie about it being boxed? Manager then said I made the girl cry. I told her she was rude and got what she gave. The manager then told me to leave, I left and as I am getting in the car a thin black haired waitress had the nerve to come out and yell across the parking lot " leave you fu©k!ng fat b!t©h." Isn't that lovely? I'm fat but I'm also worthy of much better than that waste of a restaurant. I can be called a Karen and yes I'm fat and happy but that place is a joke. We visited this location on a Saturday evening and they had a full house, but were turning tables over quickly so we did not wait long at all. Having been to other B-dubs chain locations, I was not expecting such a modern open space that seems to accommodate the family friendly, sports bar vibe this particular restaurant seems to have embraced. Not to mention that such a design ensures that no matter where you're seated you'll have clear views of their numerous TVs and your teams. Our server was efficient but by no means brusque. I decided to try their new Mediterranean turkey burger with fries. It was all a tad cold, but I actually liked the flavored mayonnaise. He got the boneless wings, which even someone like myself who is not a big bbq sauce kinda person enjoys on occasion. Food was delicious especially their buffalo wings! Our waitress was really sweet so no bad reflection on her, our hostess however had us standing for 5 minutes before she decided to help us. However all things put asides they had some really good burgers, my boyfriend got the blue bacon burger and I got the flatbread pizza along with their hot buffalo wings and a berry lemonade. Our food was really good! It was a cool looking restaurant with their bar really being the star of the show. They had all sports games on and had the UFC fights on Saturdays.
