Great place for beer and wings. Bartenders are great and helpful. Good food. No complaints!

New business, I went there once a week when it opened. After it wasn't so new anymore the service went wayyyyyy downhill. I waited 35 minutes from when they gave me the check until when they picked up my money. They never came around to refill drink (bad, bad bad). I'm glad I didn't decide to go there on my lunch break that day and waited until after work. The price is meh--okay for your money, not good not bad. read more

After reading the reviews and arriving in the afternoon to an empty parking lot we almost did not go in. Glad we did. Staff was friendly and good was good. Chips were not perfect so not a five star but overall would not hesitate to stop again. read more

Walking up I was ready to forget going here. Why? The smokers standing around the front door!! I thought there was a law regarding how close you can be to the front door. The part that made it worse was when I told the girl who greeted us and she made all kinds of excuses... "I don't know why they do it..." I said, "They do it because it's obvious nobody is going to tell them not to." Once we managed to choke our way inside, the service was pretty good. Our server was friendly and somewhat helpful. When you get wings you can get dipping sauce OR celery?? She didn't explain it very well but I don't blame her- it's a ridiculous way to serve wings. Our food was delicious but then we ordered the cheesecake bites- our server suggested them but they were a HUGE disappointment. They are deep fried nuggets of cheesecake but we didn't see them described that way on the menu. Last time I checked cheesecake is served cold. I had one and I was ready to return them :( A bit pricey too. Again, based on the way they do their menu. Probably won't go back. read more

The absolute worst service possible. Went there at 3pm on football Sunday today and the place was loaded with EMPTY dirty tables. I was in a line of 30 some people trying to get in the door. The hostess said to the first folks in line it would be an hour wait for food. All folks in line bailed but my party of 6 thought we would get a drink and watch football while we wait for food. After 15 mins when NO ONE came to our table for even a drink order. NOT ONE Person!!! We got up and left. I have had terrible service at this B-Dubs but thought we would give it a second try...there WONT be a third. I can't believe they would be so short staffed on an NFL Sunday. Mind blowing on how much business you lost today and that was just what I had witnessed! read more

Up there with some of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. The food was decent and the staff was great.

Great wings and sour cream & chive fries! Fast service! We didn't care for the fried pickles so the manager was kind enough to take them off the bill. Very appreciative! read more

My husband and I are regular BWW goers here in Marquette.. we love dining in but our carry out experience has been horrible. We have 'carried out' a few times now because it is easy and it is quick.. is the order right? Never. Tonight, for the third time, our order has been wrong.. Check the order yourselves people! Just wanted to commend the general manager, Jon and Danni our waitress at the Pleasant Hills, Pa location. I have a gluten allergy and Jon came to our table himself and explained/discussed detailed information about preparing my meal. We haven't ever eaten anywhere that the manager explained everything so well. He truly seemed to care about my wellbeing! We had great service! We all had good meals. read more

If you don't order from their fast breaks menu at lunch time, DON'T be in a hurry. Only 7 of 30 or so tables were filled and it still took over a half hour to get our meal. The quality, however, was great and I still think they have the best onion rings in town. Would I go back? Absolutely... but not if I'm in a time crunch! read more

Our server, was very bad. It was a slow time and we still had to wait over 10 minutes to get our drink order taken.. (by a different server). Food was decent, other waitress (Alan a or allata?) was very nice and she brought my son a table game tablet and took our drink order. Hats off to her... or our visit would have completely sucked... Tried to get a table. It's Saturday. Undoubtedly they are busy, when we asked for a table we were told "I'll seat you but we just got 2 huge parties,so your food won't be out for an hour or more" there were in fact large parties there but lots of other tables completely empty at least 5 in plain view. Baffled I had to ask, your not anywhere near capacity why would there be such a wait for food...? The response "sorry buddy, chicken takes time to cook"...offended we opted to pass on BW's for the evening & a while. read more

Every time I come here, the service is super slow. It took about twenty minutes for our appetizer to get to the table and it was literally warm pretzels. Any trip to this restaurant is well over an hour. I would never comes here but it's my sons favorite place. No matter how busy or slow it is, the wait from ordering to table is about 45 minutes. The service sucks. It took us 30 minutes to get our food, and we didn't even get our drinks until our appetizers arrived. Ordered another beer when the food arrived, and didn't receive it until after we were done eating. However, our sever was friendly and our food was high quality, I will not come back to this location unless I have time to kill. read more

After a long Sunday drive from Detroit in July, our party of eleven were hungry and tired. It was pouring down rain with thunder and lightning as we dash from the hotel to Buffalo Wild Wings in our ponchos. We had eleven, (six children under eleven), which I know is not any easy group to serve quickly, but we had been at their other chains in the past without a problem. We were greeted right away by the waiter. He brought us our drinks and took our order and then we waited and waited and waited some more. It was a whole hour before we were served, by then the kids were very upset and we were talking about leaving, when the food finally arrived. Won't ever go back! read more

I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants before but if this location had been my first experience at one, I would never go back to one again. I was visiting the area this weekend to run in the marathon today. I also heard there was a dog show and other events going on in town so it was a busy weekend for Marquette. When we got there, I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get seated so quickly which was great. The service, however was another story. Our waitress was polite to tell us that they had just seated a few other tables of hers so she was basically giving us a heads up that she was going to be busy. We received our drinks fairly quickly which was nice but our food was at least a 45 minute wait. While we were waiting, the restaurant and patio had cleared out and they weren't as busy anymore. When our food came, nobody had brought us silverware so someone at my table went to the front to ask for it as our waitress busy. The girl he spoke with said that our your waitress would bring it right to us. It took at least five minutes for them to bring the silverware and meanwhile someone's food at our table was getting cold as he could not eat without utensils. When our silverware arrived, our waitress apologized and said she had to wait the kitchen to clean it. The 'freshly washed' silverware was dirty with food particles still on it. The waitress got defensive when we pointed these things out and said she could have to manager come speak with us. The manager came to speak with us but I felt she tried to cut the conversation short and didn't seem very genuine. She just kept say thing that they were busy and were just trying to get food out as quickly as possible. Nobody seemed to want ownership of these issues and all wanted to play the blame game. We understand it was a busy weekend but please staff for it or if you couldn't provide full staff the just be honest and say 'I apologize, but I wanted to let you know that we are short staffed today but we are doing the best we can.' I am generally a very patient person but I was so upset with this service that it convinced me to write my first Yelp review. After reading a few other recent reviews it appears that a lot of others reviewers have experienced long wait times as well.
