The restaurants hours are from 5pm to 11pm. Go to the bathroom BEFORE you sit down as there is no bathroom in the restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation. I did not, but was able to snag a table at the open. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The food was really good. I would def come back here for a meal. It IS a little pricey but when you are getting a steak this good, it's worth it. Enjoy!

Everything was perfection from start to finish. I went to Blackfish for the first time with a friend before we went to a concert at the casino's outdoor ampatheater, and ended up finding a new favorite spot! Hostess was very friendly as she checked us in for our reservation (easy to make online!) and our server gave great recommendations and was very attentive. The ambiance is upscale, low light to set a vibe, although there were people dressed-up as well as more casual so there is no dress code enforced (like some places in Vegas) but it's definitely a fancier place. We had a table facing the kitchen, they have a clear glass you can see thru and watch the chef, very cool! Both our meals were 10/10 delicious. We started with the Dungeness Crab Cakes appetizer, the flavor was amazing. Loved how they served 3 different sauces to try with it (found that quite unique I've never encountered that elsewhere), they were all very good. For my meal I ordered the Seared Scallops, the flavor of the dish was out of this world, and the scallops were cooked perfectly. My friend had the New York Steak & Prawns and she said it was delicious. The restaurant is on the pricier side, so it would be great for a date night or special celebration, or a lovely dinner before a concert if you enjoy delicious upscale cuisine. I will definitely be back again with my husband.

We've been to the Blackfish many times and have never been disappointed. Although like other places, prices have increased. The ambiance is nice with tasteful Pacific Northwest decor. Services is always top notch. Our favorite items to order are: crab cakes, Cesar salad, Heritage salmon (medium rare), and the halibut with pesto sauce. This place knows how to cook their seafood! I recommend to check it out.

The Dungeness crab Mac and cheese was AMAZING. It was pretty cheese but the vegetables on the side were good to break up the flavor a bit. They're also very generous with the amount of crab meat added. I also ordered the raspberry brookie for dessert. I enjoyed the raspberry flavored ice cream and the cakey texture of the brownie bottom. But, I couldn't taste the white chocolate chips that were added. Service was also quick and efficient for a Saturday night.

Blackfish is one of the nicer sit down restaurants that you can dine at inside the Tulalip casino. There is a variety of seafood dishes with some steak options as well. The food was decent but I would not dine here again since the prices were not worth the food quality. Food I got the prime New York steak with potato chunks and asparagus, and the Caesar salad. The steak was overall good. The meat was cooked perfectly to medium rare as I had requested, but crust was lacking. Meat quality was good. The demi-glaze sauce was to my liking and made the steak much better. Asparagus and potatoes are great accompanying sides. The Caesar salad was surprising when I first saw it because the lettuce wasn't cut yet. They were artistically put through a croutons ring and made the dish presentable. Atmosphere The interior is nice and the seats were comfortable. It is not too dark inside and the noise level was not loud for a Saturday dinner. However I do know they were limiting seating due to constraint staffing. Pricing My main issue with this place is the expensive prices of the menu for the quality of food that I got. The New York steak (though it was prime) was $66. I feel like I could get a better cooked steak at an actual steakhouse for that price. Service The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Other Make sure to make a reservation if you have a large party because there is limited seating due to staffing constraints.

We made reservations since we were seeing a show here and wanted to start it off with a nice meal. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, Caesar salads and the salmon platter. I wasn't impressed with any of it. The chowder had a consistently of refried beans and could be eaten with a fork. Many Caesar salads suffer from being over dressed. This one was underdressed. Oysters were good but truly the smallest oysters I've ever seen! One half of the booth had spilled wine our friends unfortunately sat. Our server was amazing though.

The best thing I ate here was probably the rolls and butter. I was looking at all the different restaurants online and decided to go for this one. The menus online do not include price tags. When we sat down, we noticed there aren't that many options and all the dinner entrees were all about $50. We ordered: shrimp cocktail ($16) times 2, New York Strip ($65) times 2, filet mignon ($53)and lobster mac ($50). With drinks and tip, it was easily a $400plus meal. I am not really a steak person so I was the one that opted for the lobster Mac and cheese. $50 for mac and cheese better be totally worth it. It was good, but didn't knock my socks off. My husband had the New York (ordered rare) and he said the steak itself was kind of dry but he enjoyed the mushrooms. Overall the food was good and the pricing is high but justifiable. The ambiance is fancy, you can see them grilling items through the glass window. The part we were unhappy with the most was, the service felt very rushed. Our waitress did make sure we had what we needed but she lacked being that friendly. At one point, when my friend and I were talking, she interrupted mid conversation and said "want a box?" Almost insinuating to hurry up and leave. I understand that there is a 90 minute limit at the table but we were under that time. Hmm it just seems like for the amount we paid, I would hope to have had a better experience with service.

I was happy we actually ended up enjoying our food since our bill was $156! My husbands Mac & Cheese was my favorite dish of the night. Lots of flavor with fresh pieces of crab in it. My meal was very good as well but the shrimp was a bit greasy and I had grease on my plate from it. I should have ordered the grilled garlic shrimp. The bread you receive when your waiting was delicious! It went well with my salad that I ordered before my meal. Our waitress was great, they did a have a 2 hour wait when we arrived but we were able to sit in the bar right away since it was only 2 of us so it was perfect. I enjoyed my birthday dinner with my husband. Yes it was expensive but I think it's a great spot for a special occasion. Plus my husband won $160 at the tables so it paid for our dinner! No complaints here :))

Had our Anniversary at Blackfish last night and had a phenomenal time!! Loved the romantic atmosphere, our waitress was very informative and helpful, and let's talk about the food!!! We started with the crab cakes, main dishes we had halibut and scallops so many flavors and so delicious to say the least we eat every last drop!!

Have you ever ordered something over and over and over again, because it was that DELICIOUS?! Welp, the Dungeness Crab Mac & Cheese, at Blackfish Grill & Bar, inside the Tulalip Casino Resort ( @tulalipresortcasino ), is that dish for me!!! Sometimes, I add scallops or prawns too, but that Mac is where it's at!!! There are other restaurants, inside that casino, but Blackfish has the tastiest seafood! Feeling so blessed to be back in the PNW and getting to eat it all the time!

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

Despite it being a busy holiday evening, we were seated immediately. The vibe was lively but comfortable, with most tables and the bar filled. Since we visited in February, we leaned heavily into their specials menu. We skipped the small plates and went straight for the mains: the Greek Salad with Steak, the Steak and Gorgonzola Flatbread, and the Vine Burger. Every dish was a hit, though my wife found the red wine vinaigrette on the salad to be just "okay" rather than great. For drinks, we stuck to the mocktails. We tried all three on the menu, and the Blueberry Mule (ginger beer based) was the undisputed winner. We'll have to come back for the cocktails another time since they looked promising! We capped the night with the Apple Blossom pastry with vanilla ice cream--it is a total "must-try." Overall, the service was courteous, the ambiance was spot-on, and parking was a breeze. From the moment we walked through the doors until the time we left, the experience and service were absolutely top-tier. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our first visit one we'll never forget! Before we even ordered, each table was served a warm, round loaf of bread with herb butter. Oh my...this was heaven! The bread was soft and fresh with the perfect crust, and paired with the flavorful herb butter, it was nearly impossible to stop eating. It was the perfect way to start the meal. There were 11 of us, so I was able to sample quite a few dishes and capture about half of the table's orders for this review. Starters A couple of the guys ordered the Caesar Salad, and I had to sneak a bite. It was packed with flavor, topped with crispy bits, and was large enough to share or easily enjoy as a meal on its own. Another guest ordered the Wedge Salad, which was loaded with tomatoes, creamy blue cheese dressing, and crispy tobacco onions. It disappeared quickly (minus the onions!). Entrées Four of us ordered the 8 oz USDA Prime Filet, cooked to perfection. Every steak was juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious. My fiancé ordered the 24-Hour Wagyu Short Ribs, and they were phenomenal. The meat was incredibly flavorful, fall-off-the-bone tender, and literally melted in your mouth. The plate was cleaned! Another member of our party had the Roasted Chicken Breast and couldn't stop talking about how moist, flavorful, and delicious it was. Definitely a winner. Shareable Sides The sides are designed to be shared, which made it perfect for our group. We ordered: * Corn Ribelets * Wheatley Potatoes * Loaded Baked Potato * Yukon Potato Purée * Beef Tallow Fries The Corn Ribelets were hands down the best I've ever had! The seasoning was incredible, and while they came with a chipotle aioli, they honestly didn't even need it they were perfect on their own. The Wheatley Potatoes were unlike anything I've had before. Think crispy, rectangular hash browns topped with Parmesan cheese. They were absolutely divine! The Loaded Baked Potato was ordered by my daughter (definitely not meant for sharing!), and she loved every bite. It was generously sized and loaded with all the classic toppings. The Yukon Potato Purée was light, fluffy, and buttery, served with a flavorful chimichurri that complemented it perfectly. And the Beef Tallow Fries... WOW! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and not a single soggy fry in the basket. They came with dipping sauces, but honestly, no one even used them because the fries were that good! To top off an already amazing evening, the restaurant surprised me with a delicious birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. I truly can't say enough about the service. Several team members checked on our table throughout the evening, and our waitress was exceptional. She took the time to explain the menu, recommend shareable sides, describe the dishes, and made sure everything was perfect. Her knowledge and genuine hospitality made the evening even more special. Thank you again to the entire team at Whiskey Prime Steakhouse for an unforgettable birthday celebration. The food, atmosphere, and service exceeded every expectation. We will absolutely be back. But wow, I open the shrimp and I can smell ammonia coming from the meal. I try one bite of shrimp just to make sure it's not me because it is heavily spiced and cooked in oil. Nope, shrimp is seriously spoiled, and the moo shu is smelling off as well. We decide we can't eat the food, and I decided to head down to the restaurant so I could talk with staff and have them check out the meal. Jin, the waiter in charge, tells me after I come in that it doesn't smell bad to her. Jesus, just what you want to hear when you've driven back to restaurant with the spoiled shrimp. Strike one. Jin then tells me that the employees eat the shrimp today and are fine. Strike two. I explain im really not trying to be difficult, but Im concerned about the defensive posturing in light of a possible food poisoning situation. So Jin, to prove her point, goes ahead and eats one of the shrimps, the other male staff watching her with some discomfort. I tell her to spit it out, but nope, down the hatch it goes. Jim goes on to tell me that we eat dead seafood (you know us---People in Everett--and yeah maybe it's a little soft but that's just typical dead seafood. Strike three. She did finally offer to refund my meal in cash, and I told her I was really trying to just make sure the restaurant wasn't unintentionally making my neighbors, friends, and family sick. I wasn't interested in going on blast with a review and contacting the health district, but after sleeping on it, I'm doing the right thing. Sorry Jin, your ego got in the way of a resolution. Be careful.... PS A note for Jin and Flying Lemon Fish. When I was 23, I served some bad clams at a fine dining restaurant. The family called to tell us their daughter was in the hospital with some liver problems. We immediately went to the cooler and went through all the shellfish, called back the family and offered to take care of any medical bills or follow-up. It happens if you serve food occasionally, just be respectful with your response, it goes a long way instead of challenging a customer's dissatisfaction.
